Dear Journal,
I've been so happy with Rune's art skills. She has really been learning so much from my books. I'm taking a few art classes in school this semester, and I've caught her staying up late, reading and working on new pieces. Here is a piece she painted the other day. And wow, I am just so very proud of her! I scanned the piece and printed it out - that's why it seems so blurry. I didn't want to stick the original in my old journal right here. She signed her name at the bottom right - I guess we have to work on her signing her E's! We talked about it though a little bit, and she says that's how she saw it signed when she was younger .. probably influenced by that little rebel Callidora or something, if I may boldly assume! Just kidding. I think Rune misses Calli and Aven. I wonder where they've been? Maybe Calli grew and Aven's wondering what she's going to feed her now! Hehe, anyway, here is the drawing. Enjoy.

ROLEPLAY
DING - DONG
"Huh?" Allure sat up from the couch, a very blank and confused look upon her face. Rune floated up from the arm rest, her little rainbow tail wiggling from side to side within the air. A small question mark seemed to float from the side of her head. Rune tilted her head to the side in response, and they both stared blankly at the door.
It had been quite some time since they had a visitor - let alone anyone ringing the doorbell. Allure bit her lower lip, and slowly pushed herself up from the couch, and headed towards the door.
"Huu duu yuu think it is?" Rune chimed happily, and zoomed quickly towards Allure, leaving a trail of rainbows behind her. She rested her fuzzy little orange cheek against Allure's shoulder, while Allure leaned forward to peer through the peep hole of her bungalow door.
"Hello!" Cheered a girl with short red hair, almost as if she knew Allure was watching her. "I'm with the Wethkin Delivery - At your service!" She raised an outstretched hand to her forehead with a salute.
"Oh! She's with the Wethkins?" Allure turned towards Rune, nodding. Resting a hand upon the door, she twisted the knob and pulled it open.
"Hello there!" The girl glanced down at her clip board for a moment, studied whatever information was on there, and looked back up. "You must be Allure! And you must be Rune!" She said with a cheerful grin. Not a moment later she reached into a bag beside her, and pulled out a small giftbox. It was wrapped very nicely, in pinks and purples, very girlie looking.
"This is a Spritkin Candygram Delivery! Just for you Allure and Rune! Please take good care of the precious sweets inside, they are rare and - " She leaned closely, lifting a hand to her cheek. "And maybe magical?"
Allure, still puzzled, put her hands out and cupped them to recieve the package. As soon as the girl made the exchange, she gathered up all of her things and started to skip down the pathway of Allure's bungalow.
"Oh .. er..! Thank you!? Um!? Is there anything else I should know? Or someone I should contact - or ? Uh?" Allure struggled.
The girl just turned around and waved with a smile, soon she vanished. Allure and Rune were left there, with the package in hand. They both moved inside, and Allure set it on the countertop.
"Whaat duu yuu think it could be?" Rune questioned, poking at it lightly with her tail; Allure shrugged. "Well, she said it was some sort of spirit-candy-grahm thing?" Fumbling with the ribbons, she slowly opened the package.
Sitting right there were two delicious looking sugar cookies, decorated elegantly with pink frosting ribbons. But there was something in between them, sitting up and sparkling brightly - a very beautiful sight to behold. It was bright hot pink, vibrant and glossy, it seemed to be frosted as well. Allure smiled, and leaned closer - then noticed a small swirlmark at the bottom of the object. With a gasp, she moved back, putting her hand to her lips.
"That's .. That's an EGG!" She pointed with astonishment. "This is going to hatch one day! ... I think..!?"
"YAY! A NEW FWIEND!" Rune cheered, and fluttered close to the egg, hugging it -- while getting smothered with frosting.

ROLEPLAY
"Oohh boy." Allure sighed with a grin. She wrapped a towel softly around the Valentine's Cookies that were delivered a few days ago. Rune eagerly flew above them, hovering with a smile.
"What duu yuu think they'll be like?" Rune quiered with a curious grin. Allure smiled up to Rune, shrugging her shoulders.
"I think they'll be ... however they were supposed to be. But I know that they'll be your friend!" She nodded, and patted the cookies softly, being careful not to break them.
Just as she was getting ready to go make some lunch for herself and for Rune, there was a ring at the doorbell. Her heart sank. She hurried over towards the door, and cupped her hands together around the eye-hole.
Just when she thought it was going to be the red haired girl - to her suprise - it wasnt'! This girl was a little shorter. She had bright blue colored hair, kept neatly in two little pigtails. She had parted bangs along the top, which were cut just above her eyes. Speaking of her eyes, they were bright yellow, and they reflected the light brilliantly. Adorning her chest was an orange vest, she had on a small pair of little white shorts, and .. well, Allure couldn't see her shoes.
"Yes?" She spoke through the door, her nose now pressed hard against the cold door.
"HELLO!" The girl giggled loudly, then paused for a moment, biting her lower lip as she seemed to forget something. ".. AL! .. er.. ALLURE!" She nodded, raising her had to her forehead in a salute. She knew Allure could see her.
"I'm with tha' Wethkin Delivery Service!" Allure could mouth the words to herself, since she could vividly remember the last delivery girl. It was as if they had to recite a certian skit when delivering something. The door clicked and swung open, Allure smiled, and the girl returned it.
"It seems ya' have quite a few packages, Miss Allure!" The girl chimed, winking at Rune; whom was now hovering over Allure's shoulder.
"Oh.. I do? Are you sure?" Allure leaned back, jerking her thumb towards the kitchen. "I already hav ---"
Soon enough, four packages were piled up on Allure's chest, and she cupped her arms around them. "Er.."
"There ya' go, Miss Allure! No need to sign for anything. It seems like you have a few more ta' be delivered. Hav'a good day, y'hear?" She skipped off before Allure could say a word.
"I ... think you have some more new friends, Rune.." Allure squeaked as she wobbled back in the house. Rune giggled.

Dear Journal,
I thought that it was almost overwhelming when those four packages were delivered the other day. I thought maybe that the delivery girl was kidding when she said she had more packages for me. But when I woke up this morning, ohh boy, I was all too wrong.
I went outside to get some fresh air, and what did I see at the base of the door? Yep, journal, you guessed it, more packages! Rune was very excited to see them, it seems like she knew that they were Spritkins. When we opened the packages together - she was right! They are!
I don't know where they're all going to sleep.. In my room with Rune and I? I might have to go out and buy some more fruniture!
Erk! I have to go journal, Rune's calling me to check on one of the Spritkins..

Dear Journal,
I am writing to you in anticipation of Valentine's Day; February 14th, 2006. Why is this date so insanely important for this entry? Well, not only am I expecting some sweets and some flowers at my door - of course I want that. That is the same date that these little candygrams are said to change. Something special, something magical is to occur. I fear that they are going to hatch! Rune seems very excited as well hm..

jayoku Your little Valentines Day cookie egg seems to be moving. All
of a sudden a bright glow envelopes the egg, you hear munching and as the glow fades you see
a lil spritkin with crumbs covering its mouth. The cookies, are no where to be seen.

Dear Journal,
I can't believe it ... I was playing with the Valentine's Cookies the other day. Seriously, I wasn't going to EAT them. Although, they did look very scrumptious .. ahem.. yes. And anyhow, the little egg in the middle? Or at least, I can only assume it was an egg, right? Suddenly it started to glow, get brighter and brighter - Oh boy it really reminded me of when Rune was hatching! Anyways, I covered my eyes, and when I finally could see again. POOF! The cookies were GONE! So was the egg .. And what was in it's place? This little fluffy pink adorable Spritkin! Rune zoomed into the room with the BIGGEST smile on her face. She was SO EXCITED to have another somewhat like her around! I had to draw the meeting. It was just too adorable.
Rune and I are still trying to think of a name for the little cookie. Rune seems to like to call it "Kiki" .. Both a combination of the name cookie, and the fact that it look somewhat like a Kitty.. Hmm. Kiki .. I think that shall be the Valentine's Cookie Spritkin's name!!

Role Play
Time for a Change
The duo was outside, splashing amongst the waves that decided to quickly hurl themselves onto the beach during the weekend. Allure was eager for Rune to get out of the house, she knew that the little Wethkin was spending a lot of time watching television shows. She was especially taking a liking to the interior designing soap operas, and the sitcoms where they would redesign a house, and of course she always loved her painting and art shows. Allure had been looking up classes at the local Gaian College for Rune to perhaps take an art class or something of the sort - but she caught wind of some news from the Wethin shoppe that there would be classes for Wethkins! With this bit of information in mind, she knew Rune would have an excellent time going to those. But they would have to wait until they started.
Allure bent downwards in the sand, curling her palms into cup-like shapes. She scooped her fingertips into the bubbling crystal clear waters of the ocean and then suddenly threw her arms up. Speckles and droplettes of the pure liquid sprang into the air, trickling downwards like a gorgeous waterfall. Rune zipped up into the air, swinging her tail around through the skies, creating a color cast over the waterdroplettes. As they fell back into the water once again, they dispersed with hues of orange, red, violet and green. Allure giggled and started to draw with her fingers in the sand.
Suddenly, Rune felt rather woozy. The streaming sunlight illuminating downwards made her feel warm and tingly inside. She slowly hovered down onto the sand, her eyes becoming low and sleepy looking.
Allure paused, and moved over Rune, her body shading Rune's small form. "Are you okay..?" She whispered, scooping her little one into her hands. She quickly stood up, and started walking back towards the bungalow.
"Wa .. no.. Ok..." Rune muttered, her fuzzy little head turning so that her cheek rested against Allure's palm. Soon she would be asleep, that familiar snoring sound resinated from deep within the Wethkin's form. Allure felt an akward feeling in her stomach, something that she hadn't felt in quite some time. In a time that occured almost a year ago.
"What.. Already..? My little baby.." Allure whispered softly.. shaking her head in amazement. Just as she made her way through the door, Rune's form started to grow bright. Her rainbow tail began to elongate, and Allure set her down on the middle of the bed - and just watched in pure astonishment. Rune's tail continued to move and grow, wrapping twice around herself, three times, several times, growing larger and larger. A bright light illuminated within her form, growing so extreme that Allure had to cover her eyes for a moment - even though she didn't want to miss a thing. The ball of light accumulated to about the size of a large orange .. and then there was that familiar FLASH. Everything in the room grew a bright white color, but soon faded away. Spots of colors seemed to stream across the room, and Allure rubbed her eyes, attempting to focus on what was before her.
Rune ... was now a NymphChild.

Dear Journal,
I can't believe that Rune actually transformed! Do you think it is because we were out by the water, and with each crash of the waves against the rocks - it would send water into the air and combine with the sunlight to create little rainbows? Maybe it was because we were having such a fine time, having so much fun together? I have been teaching her a lot lately about life and art, and having her learn how to write, draw, and speak ... Maybe it was just time for her to change? I got "wind" of something.. that Callidora has transformed as well into her NymphChild stage. But it wasn't from any concrete information, it was because of a dream I had. This gorgeous little creature with hair curled up like tornados on either side of her head, and tiny little wings like butterflies. It was such an interesting dream, I've never seen anything like that before. I wonder what it meant? I haven't been able to get ahold of Avenorell in quite some time. Today I went by her house by myself, the place where I first found Rune's egg .. and it was as if no one was living there. Well, at least no one answered the door. I can't believe that I found Rune that fateful day when I was looking out the window at Aven's. I can't believe that was almost a year ago already. Time goes by so fast.
