September 17th, 2007:As has been announced in the SasuSaku Meet-UP threadhere a few conventions coming soon smile Since we didn't feel like spamming up the thread with our photos, Kairi.nin and myself decided to make a fanthread for the upcoming convention, AWA. Well, we have some announcements to make! YazmishaNazo and MooMooJuice have now become a moderators of the guild! Everyone, please congratulate them on their promotion. smile
Also, we just reached 990 members in our guild. TEN MORE MEMBERS UNTIL WE REACH OUR GOAL OF 1,000. We're so close we can taste it. Start handing out those invites to fellow SasuSaku fans around the Gaia sphere, everyone!
Also, due to some issues encountered for a few members, we have decided to make the guild Hidden-- meaning people who troll our guild just to read what is in it can no longer view the posts of the members UNLESS they become members themselves. There was a very good reason for this decision, and the mods, captains and IMOGEN all feel a lot more secure placing the guild in a more secretive atmosphere, at least for the time being.
And, to finish off, I feel the need to inform you all of a bit of information: There is NO Naruto pairing guild that even TOUCHES us in post counts. Although we do no thave the most users out of all the pairing guilds (SasuNaru beats us by 108 users), we have 10k more posts than ANY Naruto pairing guild (2nd place is SasuNaru with 13k posts. We have 23k.). So, congratulations, everyone! We are the most active Naruto Pairing guild on Gaia <3

In addition, I would like to add by saying KanaRenee is a vice-captain now.
*The mods and I have started to plan out the next big event. If you would like to see something added to the event, please leave a comment in the suggestion thread and we will be sure to look over them. :3
Also be prepared for something extra special coming your guys' way. I will just say that we're preparing to launch something no guild, that I'm aware of any way, has done before. It will be quite an adventure. whee

October 10, 2007:Tada! For those of you have not noticed, we have opened up the Fan-works sub forum where you guys can share the contributions you have made to the SasuSaku fandom. You may post up your fanfiction/fanart/AMV or other works- such as icons- and ask for opinions. You will receive help from other authors/artists/and AMV-makers. October 11, 2007 And to add to Immeh's announcement, we now have a Guild Thread Index to make finding threads of interest easier, and to hopefully introduce you to other threads you might enjoy posting in! Be sure to check back frequently, and PM any mod with suggestions for threads to be added. We'll debate over them and add them accordingly <3

October 25th, 2007 Honey-senpai and myself were talking today about how we could possibly get Tamaki-senpai out of his "win the hearts of SasuSaku guild" stupor (you see, he's been emoing in a corner for a while now... it's getting quite irritating). We came to the conclusion that it has to be because of the lack of love for the pairing. So, how do we fix that? My instituting a project. I have enough studying to do to keep my scholarship at Ouran, so I can't exactly do it all by myself, and the rest of the hosts.. well, would you want Honey-senpai writing an essay about the wonders of SasuSaku? That's why I decided to be a bit cunning like Kyouya-senpai and instigate a little plot of my own-- the SasuSaku Guild-Wide Manifesto Creation. Basically what happens is we're going to work together to break down every SasuSaku moment and all of the big plots and themes, together, and bunch them all together as a big essay. It's going to take everyone help-- even if you only have a little bit to say, it's going to help. The thread will be up soon with all the organizational set up, and we'll go on from there. Hello Guild Members! This is an obligatory "OMG it's almost the new year!" post.
Why do we make it a month ahead of time?
Well, members, be prepared to have a lot of new features for our guild unraveled, a few contests, a few guild projects... and a few fun events, and a new WEEKLY/MONTHLY FEATURE.
That's going to throw SasuSaku into the technological age <3
The mods have been slaving away for the last few months in planning, and are preparing to unveil some huge things within the next month. We set a bunch of goals for the guild, and it seems like the time has come to begin unravelling them.
You can all expect to see some new events and projects popping up on the front page too. We promise, all this teasing all this time was not just us being mean.

December 16, 2007:Hey guys! Remember me? The assholeofaguildcaptainthatdesertedyou lazy one. Anywho, the point of this post is the remind you guys of some very exciting upcoming events. Most of the mods were being smothered by all school-related work for the past month or two (me included), so I'd like to apologize for any lack of activity. But we're getting back on track! The remainder of December and most of January will be dedicated to our guild-events. And remember that "something extra secret" we were teasing you guys about? We're working on it! December 26th, 2007:MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS FROM MYSELF AND ALL THE MODS <3*cough* Anyway.... guess what guys? It's almost time for all those super-secret projects the mods have been working on to come to the public eye! As you can see, we already have the SasuSaku Guild FST started, which is where the members can suggest songs for a fan soundtrack for SasuSaku-- we will be creating two albums (complete with album art), one for the pre-timeskip and one for the post-timeskip. Visit the thread and start suggesting! Another one you might see is the lovely new subforum that you cannot access please don't shoot me. Hehehehe. I'm not telling you what it is. You'll see soon enough <3 There will be a guild wide event starting on the 31st and leading into January-- expect to see the thread for said event up by the 31st and be sure to dress your best!! <3 All I'm saying is the theme is red and black, because, my lovelies.... December 29, 2007: Come one, come all SasuSaku guild members, to our one (but surely not the only):  Where we as the guild will welcome SasuSaku to the new year the right way. 2008 rwar. <3 The thread will go up in the main forum come midnight of the 30th - technically the 31st. We decided to give you a bit more time to choose your dress of style. That's right! To participate in this ball and conversation, you must abide by the black & red theme dress code. Formal wear or casual is fine as long as you wear the colors. The event will last from the 31st- 3rd of January (until midnight). During this event, we will unveil the lovely projects we've been keeping from you guys. One of them will launch this guild into a new era and will blow some of you away. I guarantee it. heart So dress suave! And please join us for a splendid time on the 31st up until the 3rd. heart The doors are open!
