This post will no longer be updated. I will keep this thread open, however, so people can still arrange meetings with each other if they want. : ) ( MooMooJuice July 6th 2009) Surely most, if not all, of you have heard of these things called 'anime conventions,' right?
How many of you actually go to them? And how many of you would just love to meet fellow SasuSaku Guild members there~?
It's understandable if you don't want to give any personal information away. You don't have to.
But if you go to any conventions, post here, and be sure to state what convention you will attend/are attending.

Q. Once we meet-up, what do we do?
A. .. Discuss SasuSaku? Go explore the convention? Come up with crack?
Q. Do I have to dress-up? D:
A. Nope. ^^ You can come to conventions as you are.
Q. How will I know what these people look like?
A. Let me point you in the direction of this thread. And if you're not comfortable with posting your pictures online for everyone to see, you can exchange pictures through PM or IM or whatever.
Q. How can I trust them? >/

Mm. Lame excuse.
But really? There's no way my dad would let me go. Driving to Pennsylvannia for vacation two years ago was bad enough. But Georgia? It would take the entirety of the convention to even drive there from New York.
I need one that's in, like, New Jersey or something. >>;

AWA
Ohayocon: January 4th - 6th, Columbus Ohio
Anime North: Sometime in May. Toronto.
AWA 2008
Possibly Mechacon in Louisiana, MTAC in Tennesee, and Otakon in Maryland in 2008 as well.

I'm not sure if my mom and dad would drive me to Atlanta. I live in South Carolina, so it's not that far... I don't have a cosplay...
I have school on the 21st so if I DO go, you guys won't see me until the 22nd. I'll tell ya if my mom and dad say yes or no. It'd be nice to get away from this little town and I've been to Atlanta before.. Beautiful place.. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to go. D:
If only they had it in South Carolina instead...

And I just added the dates and locations of the cons Renee mentioned. AWA's not the only one.
Edit: Don't worry about cosplaying, guys. o.o As far as I know, Iia and me aren't cosplaying.

I'm still unsure about cosplaying. 90% chance I'm not. D:
And if I am, I'm think it'll only be Saturday, part of Saturday.
So really, most of the time me and Kairi will be in casual wear. XD
