Warning to All Current Houseelves (see below, alphabetical order)
We are doing a mandatory sorting on July 21, 2007. You need at least 20 posts to qualify. If you do not have 20 posts by that date you will be BANNED.
Now that sorting will be at least a week. I know some people may not be able to be online on July 21, but if you are one of those people post your answers when time calls for it.
All house-elves who have not been sorted into a House will be BANNED unless you have PMed IceeWitch.
Owls will be sent to the House-elves shortly to let them know of this important annoucement.
(If you know a house-elf who will not be online or who does not want to be sorted then PM IceeKat telling her the name of the elf.

PMs have been sent to everyone. Now I want to emphasize that if on or around July 21, 2007 your name is not on a House List or you have IceeWitch's permission to stay a house-elf you will be banned. Do not take this lightly. It will happen. Get your 20 posts and post in the Sorting Hat thread ASAP.

To the Elves:
Don't try to get all your posts in Spinners' End. Those of you who did BEWARE. You can be unsorted. Spinners End is for boredom, not for activity because you're not really adding anything to the guild itself
The Event is going on for a special purpose: to help elves get their counts. So with you spending every post in the Game subforum you're not really helping. .note to iceewitch lady of shadowws I'm not sure if you even received a PM, but I'm checking to see if you are sorted or not. Records show you are not.
If you're not please post here
You have 37 posts which is more than enough, so I figure you'd be pretty active. If you want to quit (sad to have you do so) then PM me so I can edit the proper places. This is the last message from me about the bannings.

Well!
It's that time of year again (well almost)!
Summer time is almost over and terms are starting once more!
I have a feeling that next term will bring a lot of fun
(I can't say too much... orders from a very pushy house-elf)
Now there's a reason for this particular annoucement. Actually three...
The first and most important is to everyone who has not been sorted into a house (excludes members who were just added last week)
You have until August 1 to get 20 posts and post here. Well, if you don't we'll be sorry to ban you.
(This entire annoucement is important so I'll post it everywhere)
Secondly if you are interested in becoming a teacher, please visit this thread. Term starts August 6, and it's best your class is prepared by then.
Finally, we are preparing for a successful Quidditch run next term! All interested should visit the Quidditch Pitch. If you want more details PM DevilsDarkAngel
I'll ignore the Head Elf's requests right now and just say that expect a cleaner and smoother guild next term. Threads have been remade and members have been removed for our conveniance. Please be mindful that because you have read the book everyone else probably hasn't. Do not post spoilers in the title!

Only people who's name are on that list are subjected to a banning I might have taken some names off by accident... in that case they are lucky.
