Sailor MeissaMeissa hadn't expected her opponent to recover so quickly from being smacked with a broom. Her gaze widened as Aletheia launched forward once more and without much space to manoeuvre as freely as she had wanted to. The impact of the other senshi into her body was enough to knock her off balance and she stumbled before crashing to the ground. This was not the outcome she had been expecting. There was something totally humiliating about being taken down by an agent of chaos. Scrambling madly Meissa grasped at the chance to right herself in order to be able to fight back. Being on one's back did not make for a good defensible position.
Scooting backwards as fast as she could Meissa grabbed for the broken broom handle that she had dropped moments before as a last ditch effort. This was not gonna end well. There was a chance she could still activate her magic once more and at least and hope for the best, "Meissa's Silent Stalker!"
Once more the bobcat materialized but Meissa was unsure if it was going to allow her the chance to escape this time.
[[ 2/3 times using her senshi attack. ]]

Aletheia
Well, that had more or less worked as she hoped! But the fact that she'd squandered the opportunity to grab the broken broom handle before her opponent could reach for it more or less upset her. There was no sense in whining over a missed chance now, though. It was clear that she'd got Meissa cornered and that was more than enough to boost her morale!
"Aww, good try!" She exclaimed as Meissa announced her attack. The bobcat appeared just as before, but Aletheia was ready. Though her heart started to pound against her chest and her mind raced with thoughts of being cornered herself, Sylvite's call came through loud and clear. If Sylvite could succeed, then so could she.
She raised a fist high and slammed it down as hard as she could toward Meissa's face. She wouldn't waste time using magic again, not when brute force could get the job done quicker.

Sailor MeissaShe'd been relying on her magic to at least slow her opponent down. The senshi of bobcats frowned when it seemed as if Aletheia was unaffected this time. It was about that moment in time when the other raised her fist and brought it down towards her face that Meissa flinched. That small reaction probably saved her from getting punched directly in the center of her face but Aletheia's fist still connected with the side of her jaw. Meissa immediately saw stars from the impact. The apparition of her bobcat stalker vanished from sight and as she fought the darkness that flooded her vision Meissa trembled slightly.
What was going to happen now? She couldn't black out. She just couldn't. But the pain from her jaw was growing and so were the black spots in her vision.

General BenitoiteFrom where he stood on the roof top he could feel another eternal turn up. Well, this was becoming interesting. "It looks like back up is trickling in..." And he did mean trickling. This wasn't like in the past when back up would come flooding in, like someone had opened the flood gates. No, this was a lot less than in the past, which was perhaps good for those here tonight. Some of those here tonight were so new he wondered just how many good battles they'd seen and been involved in. For a moment that thought made him feel old - too old.
Had he really seen and done so much?
While he'd been preparing to go down and join the fray, to handle whatever eternal had just turned up, he found himself nearly toppling over at the suddenness of Turquoise getting between him and someone else...an eternal. Oh...that wasn't smart. Reaching out to steady the Lieutenant he moved her gently behind himself. "Stay...or move down to the ground. I'll handle the enteral - I don't want her to hurt you." She was dangerous, she wasn't eternal for no reason. "We'll have tea sometime after this. Right now...I have an eternal to split in two." At least that was what he wanted to do.
Turning his focus onto the eternal he shook his head slowly. "That wasn't very smart little senshi." Eternal or not she wasn't as strong as him - he was sure of it. Summoning his weapon he gave it a spin before pointing the blade at her. At least he knew what she could do - throw eggs...heavy eggs.
As he heard the call for a retreat, and felt others leaving, he remained. Cold eyes staring at the senshi, ignoring her cat, as he teleported so he was right behind her. Aiming to slam the bottom heavy end of his spear at the senshi of eggs. "That's for my Lieutenant." Turning his weapon, a quick movement and shift of weight, the petite figure, lashed out with the spear end now as he planned to draw blood and bring this senshi down. He knew what the point of tonight event was, a kidnapping, and the idea was certainly appealing to him.
"Katya! Grab that cat - don't let her escape." Shouting to his own cat before calling to Cora. "Are you ok, Cora?" His weapon vanishing as he made up his mind quickly. Waiting for an opening in the eternal he moved to grab hold of her. "I'm taking her." He called out so the Lieutenant knew what he was doing. "Grab on and we can go." The cats would, he hoped, figure out a way out of here...there were only so many bodies he could grab hold of and take with him.Sami-Fire Sami asked me to kidnap her eternal. ^__^ LittleLilyKitty Cora, wanna help Katya in grabbing Carmen? Katya."I will indeed keep you safe." The idea of tea was nice, and nice to discuss, but now was not the time. Katya wanted to tell the other that but she didn't - she didn't have time to. The lieutenant was pushing Cora out of the way and taking an attack...an attack meant for her General! That eternal was lucky she didn't get beamed in the face by Katya, who was not having any of this right now. Cora however was not having an easy night. That eternal had brought a cat with them...and that cat had decided to punch Cora in the face.
How dare she!
hearing her General, as she was rather focused on what else was going on here, nodded her head. "Cora, can you change as well?" She wasn't sure, she didn't know the other cat at all. As she asked that Katya knew her energy signature was going to spike as she took on her mauvian form. Going right for Carmen with human hands. Her tail lashing behind her in anger. "Bad kitty." She wasn't going to let Carmen hurt Cora again. Giving the order kitty a shake she offered an arm up to Cora. "Climb on." She was going to grab onto her General and let him taxi them to where he was going, he was strong enough - she knew it. "Lieutenant - come along." Elegant even in mauvian form Katya was a prissy kitty who got her way. They would all be leaving together.

Aletheia
Aletheia hadn't expected the terror rushing through her body to disappear as suddenly as it had come on, much less at the same time as her fist made contact with Meissa's jaw. The corrupt took a moment to glance around with slight curiosity, as though the absence of the bobcat apparition were odd, and shrugged to herself. Okay then, she would have continued to force herself through the entire attack anyway, but she'd consider it a win-win.
Still, the fact that her punch hadn't knocked her target out completely made her reconsider her approach. Punching her again seemed a bit barbaric now that she thought of it. She unfurled her fist, placed her hand rather gently on the top of Meissa's head, and focused intently on draining her of her energy instead.
"Just relax." She whispered, offering Meissa a rather sly smile. "Think of it like taking a nap. You'll wake up feeling so refreshed, I swear!"

MiyamotoWhat he was made for....? It sounded like the other was putting himself down, at least that's how it sounded towards the tail end. But he wasn't sure, and he did want to know, but here was not the time to ask.
"So I noticed about them....and I'm sure I'll get training with you - I don't doubt you on that." No, he was sure Wolframite would see to it that he was well trained...that he became nearly as good as the Captain was himself. He'd make him proud, or at least try his best to do so. He did, for a moment feel a confidence boost at the bit of praise, well sort of praise. he really was trying - all for the other and for the promise of being on the right side of things. This was his choice and he was glad to have the ability to choose, even if it was going to cost him a lot.
"I'm ok, I'm glad I'm ok." He was really glad he hadn't gotten hurt, or killed, he did need to live as Wolframite said. "Thank you. I'm sorry I kept you from the battle." Smiling a bit he reached out to pet one of the others ears. "Soon I'll be safe under your wing all the time." And learning and getting better. He'd get dangerous soon.

Sailor MeissaShe had been expecting another violent blow. She had been dreading yet another explosion of pain. But what happened next was downright terrifying in it's own right. Meissa sensed the other senshi leaning over her and even as she tried to shake free the cobwebs from the punishing blow she had been subject to just minutes before, "Stay b-back. Get away." Meissa bit back the curse that wanted to pass through her lips as she clamped them shut. Oh, that had been a mistake. Talking had actually hurt.
Her ears picked up the words being spoken to her as she felt Aletheia's hand on her head. Relax, yeah right. How can she expect me to relax? What's going on? Why isn't she doing anything?
Even as she questioned the lack of things being done Meissa's thoughts began to slow as her energy was pulled from her body through the contact that Aletheia had established. Her eyes drifted closed before fluttering open and then closed once more as everything in her body went limp. Her thoughts fell silent as unconsciousness claimed her.

Aletheia
The way that Meissa continued to try to boss her around was pretty cute, but Aletheia didn't feel like a comment was necessary. She kept her hand where it was until she could feel Meissa's body go limp and a grin of triumph spread across her features. Yes, she'd got one! She almost felt like breaking out into a little dance! ... But now there was a bit of a dilemma. Getting Meissa somewhere safe without being intercepted.
She allowed Meissa's frame to lean against her's before opting to lift her into a princess carry. The blow from the earlier broom attack came back to haunt her in the form of a sore twinging pain in her side, but it could be easily ignored if she kept moving. The corrupt moved, cautiously, for the end of the alleyway.
Mmm... It didn't seem safe to head for the rooftop directly, but weaving through the alleyways could provide her with enough coverage. She adjusted her hold on Meissa and nodded to herself before rushing into the next alley. She repeated this process a few more times, each time taking just a little longer to assess that it was safe to move, and stopped when her arms started to feel too sore to continue. She sighed, slowly laid Meissa back down in the shadows, and hopped up to the nearest rooftop.
"What did they say to do before...?" She muttered to herself, before turning her attention back to the rooftop where they'd started. Right. Report back to the rooftop for assistance. ... But it looked like that rooftop wasn't the safest place to be right now. Was there anyone running nearby that could help her out? She leaned forward and peered over the battlefield carefully.

AnankeAnanke watched the two bicker with each other as she was pushed out of the way. She was filled with a sense of foreboding as she felt like something... something bad has or will happen to her fellow Senshi. So with a gentle smile, she decided. "Well... I guess I don't have much of a choice." It might be better this way to just go without revealing any of her powers... not that she thinks escaping will be easy but she thought... Ananke thought that she should at least talk to this girl a little while longer. The guy on the other hand... ah well. "Not much I can do against two people after all. I don't really have any physical powers ya know. I do want to talk to you more after all..." Then for a second Ananke stop smiling and looked quite serious. "...You're prepared though right..." She wanted to say more than that though. But it was also to Ananke herself... was she prepared to talk to someone where no common ground could be reached. Was she truly prepared to know that someone that could only be her enemy... She didn't know. As quickly as she seriousness started it she quickly turned back to her bright and bubbly self with a big grin. "So I guess you lead the way then... honestly I've never been a captive before."

Sessrumnir, Knight of JupiterSessrumnir kept his arm around Pendour, even as another Neptune knight ran up to join them.
It was difficult for him to keep an eye on everything that was going on, even as he towered over the vast majority of the younger crowd around him. With Pendour to worry about, and keeping Athene’s guardian cat at a better vantage point on his shoulder, he couldn’t exactly jump into the fight with fists swinging.
Actually…
With Pendour’s apparent trust in this other Neptune knight, and the assumed knowledge that he knew some first aid, Sessrumnir turned to the red headed page and gently passed Pendour to him.
“Her cut doesn’t look severe, but keep an eye on it. Find something to put pressure on the wound, your ascot or something, and keep her out of danger, understood?” Sessrumnir said to the Neptune knight, ignoring the blood that had gotten on him from keeping his arm around the young woman.
“I’m not going far, but I need to help the others,” he said then to Pendour, his voice a little softer than speaking to the Page now taking care of her.
“You okay up there?” he asked his shoulder cat as he held out his hands to summon his large, chained stormglass.
But it seemed as though they would be too late. One moment he could see Cybele through the darkness trying to fight on the other side of the field, and the next she and the pink haired Captain were gone.
A kidnap mission?
“This isn’t just a normal attack,” Sessrumnir growled as he watched the Negaverse spring into action, managing to grab some of their own in the darkness.
Quote: Sess is open for interaction. He would very much like to go after a nega or corrupt. Just let me know so it’s not out of the blue attack!

JadariteThere was a voice behind her, and with a moment of focus, Jadarite could pick out the aura that was right on her tail from among the crowd. She whirled, turning her attention away from the cat and General to her new challenger. She seemed fiery, convinced that she was some paragon of goodness and righteous fury. Perhaps she was. Jada wasn't here to argue that point. "I would not have attacked if the cat was not being a threat," she said with a small shrug. "But very well." She summoned her stapler to her hand and swung out at the senshi just as the call to retreat came out over her communicator. Sami-Fire She'll run in the next post!

Porrima/KitalphaPorrima hadn't found anything particularly interesting while making her rounds of the battlefield. She had also completely tuned out Kitalpha's caterwauling, so she must have looked strange as she walked around and reacted to almost nothing at all. After a while, she thought she felt her mind fuzz over. This isn't for me, maybe, she thought to herself. It was hard to call an all-out battlefield boring, but it just didn't compel her. She was more of a one-on-one, sit down with a senshi and confuse them type. She had a feeling that her one cast of magic did help the Captain with her target, so that satisfied her well enough. The order to retreat was going out, so her work was most likely done here. As if nothing had ever happened, she began to walk away from the battlefield. Meanwhile, it was rare for Kitalpha to ever give up or wear herself out, but she got the message. Porrima wasn't listening. More than that, Porrima didn't seem to give a damn. Not just about Kitalpha, but about anything. That apathy unsettled the Corrupt of Sharpness to her core. Battle got her blood pumping and motivated her to be the badass that the Negaverse had chosen her to be. Heck, action like this should get anyone's blood pumping, whether out of anger, fear, excitement, whatever. The way Porrima just phased out everything around her wasn't natural. It led Kitalpha to wonder if Porrima's corruption had blasted out more than just her memories. God, was she ever glad she'd awakened straight into the Negaverse. She really hoped that the new converts wouldn't end up weird emotionless puppets like Porrima was. Suddenly, Porrima halted where she was. Her head whipped around to some point behind Kitalpha, and she squinted. "We're being followed. I wasn't sure, but now..." Her voice quickened in pace. "Someone is following us. Targeting us. Run, go!" She grabbed Kitalpha's arm and yanked her forward, running as fast as she could with someone else in tow. Whoever had set their attention on them was almost definitely a third tier Order member of a type that Porrima didn't particularly care to assess. It didn't matter what was on the other side. It was dangerous, and it was coming for them. "Ow, hey, wait, you're gonna rip my arm off!" Kitalpha didn't struggle to keep pace with Porrima, but the initial yank hurt more than it should have. So, it seemed that Porrima could still feel fear, at the very least. Was it real fear, or just acting out of instinct? Kitalpha didn't exactly regret trying to make friends with her fellow basic corrupt, but she was starting to feel really uncomfortable with what she was seeing. What would the new corrupts be like? The question lingered in her mind. She was, of course, going to bother them and find out, but the mere thought of encountering another Porrima made her shudder mentally. Of course, that was all beside the point. Even Kitalpha could feel that something big was chasing them. She didn't feel like getting crushed this time, so she freed her hand from Porrima's grip and ran with her. Along the way, the duo jumped up to one particular rooftop. Kitalpha quickly noticed what was going on. "Hey, you got one? Sweet!" she said to Aletheia, commending the senshi she'd downed. "Want some help getting her out? You look kinda... rough." Porrima was peering over the edge of the rooftop for the pursuer. "Answer quickly. We're being followed." tefla Meissa is going to get scooped! GlitnirGlitnir had found what he sought. The black and purple senshi with the dark hair was Sailor Porrima. She had to be. He needed answers, and he'd been pursuing her and her corrupt buddy for the better part of the battle. The two had something of a head start, but he was fairly sure he could close the gap at any time. Knight speed versus basic senshi speed was barely a comparison. Still, he let them increase the distance somewhat. He'd get what he needed eventually. Quote: Glitnir is open for interception!

Aletheia
With her eyes squarely focused on the battlefield, the sudden appearance of not one, but two other corrupts hopping up beside her had Aletheia gasping in fright at first. However, upon assessing that they were both indeed corrupt senshi and were offering to help her carry Meissa, she allowed herself breathe.
"Yes, please!" She exclaimed, a hand moving to smooth her hair back. Oof, did she really look that bad? She winced. "Yeah, uh... She smacked me with a broom."
She would have given more detail than that had Porrima's statement not caught her off guard. Her posture stiffened into a protective stance.
"Followed? By one of them?" She asked, flailing a hand toward where Meissa lay. "I may look tired, but I'm more than willing to help fend them off! What do they look like?"Sami-Fire Sorry for the short reply here but Aletheia's ready to help throw down if need be 8V

Spica like the event and hopped she would be able to come to an other. She felt a little better about herself too. But this was only for a short time as the event turned bad.
Some Negaverse showed up, and the field got dark, as the senshi of candles she could actually see well in the dark so she was trying to find her way to help.
When the attacked she was throwing some wax ball at the Negaverse she could see. Hoping it would at least make them stop moving.
Quote: Hot wax ball She can form wax ball in her palm and then send it to the ennemy. First it's really hot so it burn their skin, and then when it solidify it will unable them to move correctly.
She was trying to go close to the Knight of Jupiter who seemed suitable to give her commands as she was so clueless about what to do. Quote: I have been so busy with work I am arriving at the end I guess sad open for any interaction if someone wants ! Will reply faster now ! Can be negaverse touched by her wax ball, or any senshi who need a little help.

Porrima/Kitalpha"A broom? Where the hell did she get a broom?" Kitalpha screwed her face up in confusion. Was there a senshi capable of conjuring magical brooms out there? The one Aletheia downed didn't seem to be the type. "Yes, 'one of them,'" Porrima cut in. "The enemy is a Knight. A Knight in terms of rank, not just type. Even with three of us mobbing him, we'd be sorely outmatched." That held doubly true when one of the three was exhausted and one of them was bound to be carrying the downed senshi. "I'll grab her," Kitalpha muttered, scooping Meissa up over her shoulder in a carry that was a bit more awkward than it should have been. "What are they feeding these White Moon senshi? Why are they all such lardasses? Ugh, she's kinda heavy." "Don't complain. You picked her up." Porrima looked over her shoulder with a twinge of anxiety. "We have to go. I think the enemy is stalling to see what we'll do next, and it won't be long before they lose patience and start moving again." Cafetite/Nambulite"You want to talk to me more?" Cafetite was flattered, but when the senshi turned serious, she did as well. "Yes, I am prepared." She didn't say for what, partly because she wasn't sure what to expect and partly because the senshi hadn't mentioned what to be prepared for. Nambulite gave an indignant "tch" and went around to Ananke's back to keep her from sneaking off. "You heard her. Lead the way, Half-Caf." Cafetite arched an eyebrow at the pointed nickname, then took Ananke's hand. "Well, there's a first time for everything. Please, come with me. I'll need to make your arrangements for holding." That last sentence made her mentally kick herself. Was "holding" this senshi all she planned to do? Did she have the guts to put the paperwork in for her corruption, or to do anything else? Just capturing a senshi meant nothing if nothing came of it. She would have to address that later, she supposed. Megrez/CarmenThe second the General disappeared from view, Megrez felt a stone drop into her stomach. Just because her starseed, the easiest method of execution, was safe didn't mean that the General couldn't just slice and dice her and leave it at that. "Split in in two," as he had said before initiating his assault. The swipe of the spear came before Megrez could even tense herself in preparation for pain. She yelped as she felt the spear draw blood and crumpled to the ground. Had it really been that long since she'd felt this kind of pain, to the point that she couldn't just keep going, and her body just instantly entered shock mode? She didn't have time to resist when the General grabbed her. She froze, paralyzed by conflicting thoughts. The fact that they could not corrupt her was a small comfort in light of the fact that they could kill her right off the bat. She almost wondered what she had to lose, and was so horrified by having to ask herself that that she retreated from the thought. Powerless in the face of defeat, she waited for her capture to play out. Carmen experienced a similar stone-in-stomach feeling as she saw the enemy Mauvian (not the songstress, but the General's cat) take on her humanoid form. Suddenly, she was grabbed, and that caused an explosion of hissing and clawing and wiggling and distinctly unrefined language. "You b***h! Put me down, this instant! I'll cut your hands to ribbons!" Even as she was being shaken and being called a "bad kitty" (how dare she! The other Mauvian had been a "kitty" not too long ago), she put all her efforts towards trying to resist capture. She would exhaust herself, inevitably, but she refused to take this defeat lying down. Makhaon"She's a cat!" Makhaon repeated, even as she knew that the Lieutenant was clearly not in the mood for fair fights. When Jadarite summoned her stapler, Makhaon reflexively backed up. Staplers were metal and kind of heavy. You could almost definitely at the very least bruise someone with a stapler. The backstep was swiftly replaced by the fiery senshi zooming in, trying to use her speed to at least clock the lieutenant in the jaw. If she got at least one hit in before the enemy retreated, she'd consider herself to have done something. She was not going to have done nothing while so many people were at stake. She refused to be the weak link!
