Naturally their mission was in the Rift. The place he hated the most. Kamacite felt ill, even among so many others. He knew none of them that he could see, and even if he wanted to talk to them, he felt as though he would lose his lunch if he tried to say anything.
He kept to himself, arms crossed uncomfortably over his chest. His hair had been chopped short so that the rest was left in a pony tail, but with so many other Negaverse senshi there who didn’t seem to worry about their hair getting caught on things, he felt a little silly.
Lepidolite seemed to be the best choice to follow. He was a General King, and therefore one of the strongest among them. Quietly, Kamacite made his way towards the marketplace with the others while keeping an eye out for the youma they’d been warned about.

Corrupted Kitty Katya
Watching and listening to what was going on, as she normally did when in groups, Katya kept her silence as people spoke and things were sort of explained. It was when people started to head off that she got off her General's shoulders. "I'll be heading back to a safe place. This area isn't all that safe for cats." It was a well known fact. I'll be waiting for when you return, because of course he would return. He really had no choice but to return to her.
Turning she found someone, some poor Lieutenant, who had decided to back out and had him carry her back, poor thing looked rather scared - too scared to be down here.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Lt. Chambersite will be following Lepidolite to the marketplace.
+5 points
"General Leucite eh?" Chambersite said looking around, though unable to tell who this 'Leucite' was at the moment. "I'll make sure to do so then Captain. Anything I can do to help and improve upon my own skills." After all, while they may have trained at Romano's, that didn't mean they were ready to fight the 'Order' or whatever they were called.
He felt as though he should say something else, but they were interrupted by some more coming and finally giving them some sort of directions as to what they were doing. Or at least the areas that were going to be explored. Chambersite's gaze landed on Lepidolite. The lieutenant's eyes lit up. Now that looked like a leader! He decided he would go with him. He turned to the other two and said, "Well Ladies, I'm going to join the group going to the marketplace if you want to join me. But if not, then after all of this I would like to meet up again so we can talk a bit more." He said, giving them a nod and then walked up to the other General King and giving the imposing man a salute. "Lieutenant Chambersite sir! I would be honored to go with you!"

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Lieutenant Chrysoprase will be following Lepidolite to the marketplace.

Lovi quickly fell into silence when one of the corrupted senshi turned up to speak. She elbowed her fellow lieutenant eagerly, even though the tension never left her body. "So that guy seems a little touched in the head. Let's pick one of the others, okay? I think Stella wants us to get out of this in one piece." And she doubted they could manage that following Face Tattoo.
Really, of all of them, the guy with the hammer seemed the strongest. That meant he could protect them from more of whatever's out in unexplored territory, she hoped. "Honestly I'd rather follow the hammer dude or go home. This place is totally creepy."
Oh, yes. Alkaid... and... yeah, that simply wouldn't do.
When called upon by Rigel, whom he had met and sparred with previously, Carnelian had assumed something more mundane would be on the menu. Something that didn't include parading around the Rift where all senshi had ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET signs attached to them in glittering neon.Carnelian thought of himself as a buffet of sorts but not the kind that involved youma, no sir, no thank you, do not pass go.
Once their mission had been explained and other, familiar faces like Jet, Sera and Zinkenite made their appearances, the redhead's shoulders relaxed. At least more powerful Negaverse agents were among them. With Rigel at his side, Carnelian felt as though there wasn't any room to turn around and go home. With a sigh, he followed dutifully behind Uvarovite.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]General Faustite will be following Alkaid and Haumea to the cottages.
+5 points
The dark glaze of the Rift settled over conversations near and far. Of them a Negaverse senshi emerged, acknowledged em briefly, and the gesture was reciprocated automatically. That she made the time to recognize a promotion was welcome; so much was abuzz about them that such minutiae were easily missed. Before ey could broach a response, another caught the warmth of eir eyes —
"Kamacite." He turned up to the Rift, unaccompanied, and already departing for the Sovereign lead. So much he endured and changed to now make his own unbidden decisions. Did he think much on leadership now? On bearing others through selfsame anxieties? Did he remember the rote taste of rust on his tongue from all nights spent frantic, or did chaos banish that in its flooding? Faustite wondered.
But ey would not press. The youma general passed eir thoughts between triptych panels, separated so succinctly. Uvarovite experimented on youma — likely he would see this trip as a possibility to further his own research and delve beside the point. Lepidolite held all the loftiness of a sovereign about himself by deigning not to mingle. That left the pair of Negaverse senshi, one as shattered as Noctua once dreamed, with a face ey recognized through the database's aliasing. They were the ones straying into the village, where others closer to Faustite's ilk would surely lurk. And they, so being enemy of old, would make most use of Faustite's unique physiology — whether in combat or parlay.
Faustite broke his pacing to stride toward the pair and beyond to the ghost of a village.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Sailor Lalande will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages. +5 points
Lalanda had been a bit iffy in the whole thing when Uvarovite and Tourmaline had said he and Cursa were to be joining them on a trip to the Rift. It seemed a bit strange but Uvarovite vouched for the other senshi that was helping with the mission and the General had been down to the area himself already.
So it was safe enough he was willing to allow him and Cursa to go. Which meant he shouldn't really be afraid but it was odd. He wasn't used to being in the Rift.
Youma didn't like senshi.
He knew if he glued himself to Uvarovite's side though that his General would be upset so ... that wasn't an option. Instead he saw one of the General Kings, one he'd seen around Uv's lab once, so he went in that direction. If anyone could keep any lurking youma from eating the senshi it was probably the General King.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]General Leucite will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages.
+5 points
Leucite gave Amphitrite a nod and a small smile, giving her a small, polite salute when she approached. "It has been a long time, I hope you have been well since then?"
He would not hold it against her - they had both been hardheaded and passionate. Such things were bound to lead to... explosive reactions. Reactions he felt no need to bring up or belabor. The past was the past, and for the sake of a better future - he was willing to let it remain such.
As Valeria became cowed, he gave a slight nod of approval. It was dangerous here in the Rift - and they could ill afford another near fiasco like the last time he'd had to pull her - by her hair - out of the way of possible danger.
When the leaders of the expedition appeared. Leucite nodded and bowed his head to Stibnite and Zink.
"Stibnite, with me?" He asked - asked. He would leave the choice of joining him up to her - as he knew she might have other plans than to tag along into the residential district with Zink as he did. Even though they were leading the expedition - and one had proven herself to be utterly devoted to the Negaverse - he was still leery about corrupts. But, it was a far better than it had been in his earlier days.
"Wardite, go with Benitoite - you are to provide him with any assistance he might require." He barked at the half-youma, before moving to join Zinkinite as he went to gather with the others.
[Prompt #1 Answer:]Captain Wardite will be following Lepidolite to the marketplace.
+5 points
Wardite wanted to give his warden a signal of exactly how much he "enjoyed" being ordered around to follow after someone he barely knew to offer "support," but given the amount of upper echelon that had suddenly sprung out of the woodwork he grimaced internally at the thought of the ensuing beat down if not murder that would follow. So he swallowed his pride - almost choking on it as he bowed his head, his mane of hair falling past his horns.
"As you command, sir," He said in a cool, even tone. Let him think him cowed for now - but the first chance he got he was putting all the knives in that man's back.
Rising from the bow, he turned to follow the other man toward the other General-King. Casting a glance toward Piypite as he did so to see if she was going to join him - or split off and try to gather allies elsewhere.
He quickly fell in behind Benitoite and cleared his throat, eyeing the senshi he seemed to be tugging around and wondering if she might be a possible ally... provided he could stop seeing her as a tasty... delicious... oh so easily broken morsel...
"Sir, General Leucite sent me to support you." He said with a nod of his head. "Just say the word and I'm your man."

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Captain Seraphinite will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages.
+5 points
Gadolinite's accent was an odd sense of familiarity for Seraphinite. He rolled his shoulders and roughly shelved the thoughts. Not here, not now. Instead, he scowled a bit towards the senshi. "Big strong agent is more the point. The usual word is for senshi to say the hell outta the Rift for a reason." So why the change? The scowl shifted into a smirk, lifting a brow at the various flowers around Gadolinite's uniform. "Maybe the youma prefer a dish without accents."
He'd been about to correct the other--Carnelian not being one of Jet's that was--when, speak of the devil. He turned slightly to eye his friend, letting out a sharp breath through his nose at Jet's expression. Seraphinite could only nod in agreement, going silent as a group exited the tower. He only recognized one--the General King--and for a moment was a bit confused why he wasn't the one speaking, but a senshi was... "Is that... cracked doll a senshi?" The Captain kept his voice low as he whispered that to Jet, making sure only the General beside him would hear anything. If she was up there with the General King, there was a reason, and he wasn't about to shout what could be a disrespectful remark.
But whispering it to the friend he figured would know the answer? Fair game.
Find the gears. Fix the tower. Cosmic portal access. Deal with the youma that were pissed off they were there. Straight-forward enough, and enough of an obvious nature that Seraphinite summoned his own two swords to the holsters at his sides. He hesitated slightly to follow Jet and Gadolinite as they joined with the group heading for the residential area, pausing only to look to Rigel and Carnelian briefly. "Stick with other agents, if you can. Radio me if that doesn't seem to be working out." Assuming the coms worked. Jaw tensing slightly at the thought, and unsure if the two senshi would follow or pick their own route, Seraphinite headed off to catch back up with Jet.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Captain Nissonite will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages.
+5 points
When it came to her the captain was quite perceptive. He did notice the brief tightening of her jaw, expression unchanged, but not quiet so bright as they'd been just a second before. A puzzled frown tugged at the corners of his lips, brows dipping as he followed the line of her sight towards the epicenter for that overwhelmingly strong aura, and a muscle jumped in the blonde's jaw as he recognized the dark haired general from the clinic that Amphitrite had looked at with startled fear before she'd had a chance to school her features.
He was waving her over and she was excusing herself to join him, and there wasn't a single thing about that that didn't have the captain's hackles rising.
It took him a moment to realize Adamantine was talking to him, even when he turned back to face her he seemed a little distracted. "Oh? No, it's okay. I really haven't been around very long, and been active for even less time. Not much of a chance to get to know everyone." It'd been on his list of things to get done, but between getting his new life settled and the wound on his chest getting infected and needing a little extra time to heal he'd just been too busy.
"I've got your back though," he said with a quick wink, glancing back behind his shoulder at the other corrupt before Adamantine was calling her name at what really was the most opportune time. Nissonite turned on his heel to follow, long legs letting him catch up and pass the shorter senshi to place himself once again at Amphi's side, Reven still sitting on his shoulder.
[Prompt #1 Answer:]Guardian Reven will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages.
+5 points
The a very brief few moments a lot seemed to happen. She felt Niss's shoulders tense beneath her paws as he looked out into the crowd, and one of their senshi was heading in that direction presumably to talk to someone. Reven didn't know who. She didn't actually know anyone else here, at lest not that she had noticed so far.
So she was going to stick with Niss as long as she was able to, because he was familiar and safe, and she knew if anything happened to her under his care he'd never hear the end of it from Rory.
While her attention had been elsewhere things began to happen; there were more heavy auras, people speaking up to be heard above the crowd, and people were beginning to move. Reven dug her claws into Nissonite's shoulder as he started walking, keeping an eye on Adamantine and Silk as the captain went to retrieve their other senshi.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Lieutenant Argellite will be following Lepidolite to the marketplace.
+5 points
Even if Chrysie didn't actually know what was going on or what to expect from all of these she still sounded like she did, at least mostly, and Argellite responded to that faux confidence, taking reassurance from er friend and turning it into nerve. It had her shoulders relaxing with the slow draw of a steadying breath, apparent pre-mission jitters fading. We can do this. It'd be alright.
The other girl suggested they sit tight and wait for instructions, or even go looking for someone to direct them, and that was apparently the perfect plan because not long after a quartet of impressive figures came waltzing out of the old tower with purpose and began filling them in on why they were here and what they'd be doing.
Argellite side stepped to stand closer to her friend and everyone around them began moving, preventing the possibility of being separated as they discussed what their next move should be. "Hammer dude is fine with me, he feels really strong in my head." Like that other aura milling about that they hadn't yet been able to place a face to.
Fingers curling into the crook of Chrysie's arm, Argellite gave her a soft tug as she started moving towards the towering figure.

Eternal Aue
Information might not have been the 'bread and butter' of the GenOps, but it was extremely valuable to the officer that had taken over command. Intel was her stage, so the chance to go first-hand for a Recon mission was not one to leave idling. Aue knew that her banner would be represented...even so, he went to the 'Broken Tower' in the Rift with others answering the call to await further instruction.
Grating metal and a heavily tattooed corrupt announced their next step. Gears. For the Tower. Of course, they were magical in nature so they could not simply engineer new ones.
Still, it was a fetch quest at the most basic. Dangerous, foolish - but ultimately, something that could be accomplished with enough warm bodies thrown at it. Aue saw enough familiar - and competent - faces to give them only slightly stacked odds against completion; he was also certain quite a few of those present wouldn't make it through to the end. Such was the nature of things.
Uvarovite was there, investigating a Tavern in this newly discovered ruin; a hyper had the market, and a pair of corrupts the residential areas. None of Aue's choices were particularly inviting, so he would have to think tactically: if he were a deranged monster, where would he be more likely to hide big-a** gears? A tavern, a marketplace, or housing?
Knowing his own limitations, Aue made his choice and went to stand at rest beside Faustite, eyes narrowed as he looked about the growing groups critically.
[Prompt #1 Answer:]Aue will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages.
[Prompt #1 Answer:]General Arsenopytire will be following Alkaidand Haumea to the cottages.
+5 points
Arseno had started to get a little impatient waiting around with the others. He could have been forming connections, getting to know those that he had barely or never talked to, but stress was eating up at him until finally the leaders of this little expedition came and they started to ask for those to help them in certain places, but not before explaining what was going on. In fact, it sounded a lot like something from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Darkness/Time/Sky games if they were putting gears in a tower. Though it was the same with a few games. For some reason there was always a tower needing some sort of gear and having to retrieve said gear.
Arseno decided however to go with Alkaid and Haumea to the residential district. So little was known about the ruins within the Negaspace and the Rift. Even if he didn't find anything, Arseno hoped to find some information from there about what life may have been like or any clue as to what civilization was like fro the various scattered ruins within.
He walked up to the two and gave them a nod. He didn't have anything against corrupt senshi, though he knew there were agents who didn't quite trust them. Sure, he didn't like a certain corrupt senshi, but that was only because she had accidentally almost taken his starseed. It wasn't a very good start, but nothing that made him suspicious of the senshi within their group. They were here for a reason, and whatever it was he accepted it.

[Prompt #1 Answer:]Lieutenant Gunningite will be following Uvarovite to the the tavern.
+5 points
General Leucite? She made a mental note to look him, and this Training Corps up on her tablet when they got back. If the captain thought it was a good idea for her to pursue, who was she to argue? Plus, it sounded like it might be a good stable environment for her to learn about the Negaverse and hone her skills. She wasn't really a combatant. She had general strategic theory - but that mostly had to do with combined arms and gun line tactics... Which from what she'd seen so far - the Negaverse lacked.
So she'd have to study to get a feel for what tools were at their disposal. It wasn't like picking up a new army. There didn't seem to be a Codex: Negaverse or a Codex: White Moon. But man that would be so useful if there was...
As Chambersite moved to join Lepiolite, she paused when she noticed another man, with... actual horns... moving to join the group and she stopped cold, letting out a surprised gasp. It was like someone had taken a mutant... No, worse, a servant of Khorne, and had dropped it into reality, and it was on THEIR side?
"Emperor Protect, a daemonhost?!" She hissed under her breath, before her eyes fell on another woman with scales, and then finally a third being whose torso was - literal - fire by the look of things. She turned then, her face pale as she gripped the 8-ball in her hand hard. Actual, real life, WARP DAEMONS.
But, they were on their side - by the uniforms they wore. They were part of the Negaverse. Which meant that... the Rift was... The Warp? It was the only thing that made sense to her mind - to Commisar Lain. Emperor Protect her, but sometimes you had to fight Chaos with Chaos.
But, all the same - she'd like to try and stay away from the man who looked like something that would be more than happy to provide blood to the Blood God, and put more skulls upon the Skull Throne. So she inched her way toward the white haired general, hoping that the nice captain would join her - but not about to ask because that wasn't proper.
All these senshi and officers, roamin' around. Chatterin' back and forth. And not a one of them noticing that he was sniffin' around - or, maybe if they had, they were being oblivious or something. Tiberius didn't know. Tiberius didn't care.
He was enjoying listening to all the juicy conversations.
Juicer was the Tower with the ugly tattoo dork talkin' out his a** about Tower this and Gear that. But hey! The dame next to him - Cracktop McMiniskirt - General Alkaid? She was nice. Smelled like blood, tickly magic, and something unpleasant he couldn't quite put his toebeans on, but...still. Nice.
But no, Tibby wasn't gonna go digging through people's house ruins with Smokestack and Sourpuss. Nor was he gonna spend time with Doctor Moreau. He was way more interested in hanging out with the General King. Lepidolite. So when teams were being divvied up, the Mauvian miscreant sauntered over in all his massiveness to throw his weight around. Of course, he spotted one of his senshi - Kamacite.
"Spaaarklessss~ Lookin sweet, I must say. C'mon kid, let's go make some music for the boss man. Gotta give this our all, right?" Tiberius waited for nothing, scrunching his body down and using his powerful back legs to launch himself up onto Kamacite's slender shoulders like a furry wrecking ball.
He'd found his Ride. At least, until he could convince Lepidolite to haul him around.
[Prompt #1 Answer:]Tiberius will be following Lepidolite to the marketplace.
