Name:Tedan (Hunter) Golem: A very stereotypical female witch. Seriously, she has a pointy hat and broom... "She" is calling herself Cara Profession: The broom is still with "her" and she is a part-time trainer but works in a Pokecenter Team: Litwick (starter), Skiploom, Hawlucha, Starly, Flaaffy, Ekans

Cara frowned at the computer, the message, the fact that the person wasn't answering... the mystery of it all. "This is stupid," she muttered, very close to just leaving the lab entirely and getting on with her day. She had wanted to go outside down and maybe try to do some Pokemon hunting...
Suddenly, the Professor moved. And started talking, rambling really, about who knew what. Cara rolled her eyes and started to push past people, just... done with all of this crap by now. The man was obviously not even doing his job right.
Just about the time she was almost to the door, the pager started beeping frantically and the Professor screamed for everyone to get out. Turning with a frown, Cara tried to see what was going on ... and was knocked off her feet by a huge wave of pressure. She fell just outside the door and so got a prime view of the chaos outside the lab. Explosions. People screaming. Buildings crumbling to dust in seconds, cars upside down, Pokemon and people both running around frantically.
At first, she didn't even look toward the source of it all, the Legendary Pokemon now at the gym. Instead, she focused in on on older man that was halfway trapped under a car, scrabbling at the concrete. An older woman, probably his wife, was hobbling toward him, sobbing. Cara scrambled to her feet and went to help the woman get over to the car. "Wait, wait. Just... hang on a second," she muttered to them both, as the woman fell to her knees and tried ineffectually to help somehow. Yanking out a Pokeball, she threw it in the general direction of the car. "Hawlucha! Come help us out."
The Pokemon appeared and looked around, focusing instantly on the Yveltal. He stared to spread his wings to fly in that direction when a shout from his trainer and partner stopped him. "Hold on, we'll get to that in a minute. Can you lift up the car?" The Pokemon looked at the car and nodded decisively. Easy. It grabbed the back end and lifted up with a bit of effort, allowing Cara and the woman to drag the man out from under it.
"Thank you, thank you so much, young lady..." the couple babbled.
"No big deal, we should..."
"Wait!" the man called, and pressed something into her hands just as Cara took off toward the battle. "Thank you again!"

[ Maple - worst pokemon trainer ever team - Deerling, Braixen, Mismagius, Vivillon, Deino ]
Maple immediately regretted coming here. There had been the hope that maybe taking a few extra days to travel to a further city, battle a few trainers along the way and buff up her team could maybe finally result in gaining a badge. (She wouldn't embarrass herself at a local gym, yadda yadda).
But now instead of stepping into a new city that she had expected to be full of lights and sounds, the young trainer was walking into utter chaos. People were screaming, there was a gaping hole where something used to be, so much running and gigantic looming Pokemon above them all.
Yes, she wanted to turn around right then and there but as she tried to remove herself from the chaos, the cries of someone nearby caught her attention. As much as she wanted to escape, how much would she totally suck for just totally leaving someone behind that was in dire need.
Maple groaned as she scampered to where the young boy had found himself trapped under some random debris that had been covered with the weird tar like substance and a little bit of fire. The groaning of her's didn't stop, she had no time to really assess the situation and figure out the best plan to get the child out except grab his arms and pull. Thankfully with his little body, getting him out hadn't been too difficult; his inability to rescue himself had been more from shock and being scared that something had fallen on him.
However, as simple as it had been, as soon as his foot gave way and found itself free the rest of the small structure came down completely. The bits of wood and tar clattered everywhere and Maple's groans turned into cries from the contact that resulted. It wasn't severe but it still hurt like hell (and she was regretting this decision).
"I'm so sorry!" The little boy squeaked, managing to come to his senses when he realized what had happened and quickly rummaged through his burnt and torn bag for that potion thing that relieved burns. "You-you helped me.. and you got hurt," he too looked like he wanted to cry as he fumbled with the little spray and managed to apply it to her arms.
"I-it's okay..." Though part of her didn't believe that exactly, at least the spray was doing its job now and it didn't hurt as badly. "P-please g-go somewhere s-safe... f-find your f-family maybe?" So maybe she could also flee.
He didn't say anything at first, but then maybe he didn't have to as realization struck Maple. Oh, he was on his Pokemon journey as well, obviously younger than she was but first starting out maybe. "Oh... um..." She stammered, ready to apologize when he shook his head. "No.. i-it's okay. I think... do you think it would be okay to stick with you?" Honestly, she couldn't think of why he would want to. "And... I want to make sure you're alright..." Oh, he still felt bad. That made more sense.
"A-alright..." Maple mumbled, also unsure of why she agreed.

Option 2 (roll 2 of 3)
Quote:
Rolling a 2: You manage to reunite an elderly couple and get them out of the danger area, while doing an excellent combo of dodging fire, smoke and laser beams from you and potentially your pokeball. They give you their prized item as a thank you. ( You obtain an ATK UP. On your next battle move (using STEP 1), add +10 more damage to your final tally)
Apparently the sensation she felt from the smoke must have carried some amount of luck over; she stumbled out of the thick wall of smoke and right into one of the locals, an elderly woman whose fingers trembled as she helped her up. She wasn't injured, just in shock as many were like to be given the circumstance. Chansey helped the woman move, the pink creature's body a sturdy, soft and welcoming thing to anyone in distress. The woman guided them away from the mess to her favorite cafe (long since abandoned), for she knew her husband would come find her here - and find her he did. They shed tears of joy, oblivious to the falling world about them, and gave Lareina the ATK UP before continuing their departure.
Lareina returned to the scene, glancing down at Chansey. Neither had really done much fighting, and it looked like there were others more efficient than she. Ending the fight would certainly be quicker to halting the increasing damage and injuries, so the benefit of such a thing as the ATK UP was invaluable. What to do..

Although it was the extensive low rumble that initially caught her attention (was.. was that a groan?), Lareina's eyes fell upon that of a woman with a boy, her arms looking worse for wear. "You haven't fled yet?" She asked the duo incredulously, "If you're staying to fight, need me to look at your arms?" Chansey gave a trill of encouragement, indicating that she was ready for any work, and Lareina herself always carried her med pack around featuring an assortment of bandages and potions.
The healer wondered what happened with the rest of her newfound acquaintances, hoping to run into them through the chaos if only to ensure their survival. Not that she cared, of course. Just, uh, curious. Yeah. She kept her eyes open for spotting any other injured passerbys.

It had seemed a simple enough task; deliver a parcel to a lab. Ev was a helpful demon, who enjoyed aiding others, so the request wasn't any trouble. But upon entering the 'lab', it seemed somewhat misleading to what she'd been prepared for. It was quite messy... and everything askew. If anything, it seemed out of commission. But, she wasn't the judgmental sort. Perhaps this was part of the theme!
She and her moths stared at the slumbering fur ball for awhile, perhaps waiting and hoping they might wake, but to no avail. This had easily lead her eyes to stray to the blinking message on the computer screen nearby. Hm... maybe it pertained to that giant beast roosting outside? It was so glorious to gaze at~ While most seemed wary of it, Ev.... was enchanted by the powerful beast!
Alas... her daydreaming on the matter was whisked away with the sudden contortion that occurred right before her very eyes! her moths fluttered more briskly, a few darting into her nest of hair, while she took hold of the wall near her for stability. What was happening? Sudden chaos... by the looks of it.... from one second to the next it was like night and day with how severe the situation had suddenly become. It left little time to really think and process, leaving only basic instincts to kick into gear. But what was most important to do... deal with the creature causing the havoc, or aid those who were trying to flee. Both were necessary... but Ev had to decide quickly which she'd be best suited to.

Crimson had been wrong about things before, but boy, they were wrong about this. The madness that was the professor's lab was nothing that could have readied him for the madness that was soon to follow as the legendary pokemon seemed content to make it's own way into the building and-
Smergle somehow got out of their pokeball. "Oh hey buddy." The pokemon just lifted their tail and opened their mouth, a while before pointing towards the currently rampaging legendary. "Hrm yes. It's a bit avante guarde but you know how these things can be."
Taking stock of everyone the Artist looked to their pokemon then at their pokemon pointing at the many people needing help. "Right-o. I'll help get some of these people out of here miss!" He called to the birdkeeper who'd been at the computer. "Then I'll back you up. Smergle no, we can paint an epic battle later-"
Elio- Team Flare Grunt (Poochyena and Zubat) +2 balls
Now, Elio wasn't the type to really brag about being a survivor or hardcore or tough just because they were a grunt. But because he was a grunt, he had seen his fair shares of blasting off, of being beaten by punk kids, having to sew rips in his really nice red suit and joining his fellowteammates at the laudnrymat at 0 dark thirty in the morning because the big boss was going to show up and they had to perfect because look they just gotta. If you didn't get it then sorry folks, not his problem that you failed to grap what was so imperfect with the world.
No, Elio would brag about being a grunt because as a grunt you knew when you were horrifically outmatched and when you really out to just stop trying anymore. In the words of a fellow grunt way back when he'd once been with those Magma bois. 'It's not worth it'. Plus when one attempt by your boss to end the world failed and you signed up with another boss with like goals you just expected an uphill battle.
It was however a nice change of pace to see that for once, a legendary pokemon was doing the whole remake the world gig on it's own for once. That was a really nice change of pace. Better than the old 'lets try to catch it and make it'. Let the pokes pokemon or whatever. So long as it understtod that Elio was all about that noise he-
He-
He had a stain on the hem of his pants. A noticeable stain. This was criminal. Imperfect- s**t, he'd hear it now from his boss. Groaning with aggitation Elio got up. He was not going to be able to make a lot of headway with this whole fight the legendary but- "Okay, come on folks. Get outta here. Team Flare's gonna take this one to the banks." Clear out the common folk, let the others do the fighting, then cash in.
And hope no one noticed the stain.
Problem was Elio was a tad of a softy for kids who did fight and when some upstart started trying to get in and had their pikachu go down? "Nice try buddy." Kid must had been lucky, as for helping a small out, he got himself two extra empty pokeballs.
As a pokemon ranger, it was in the sort of unwritten code you didn't mess with legendary pokemon. If you saw one, you left it the heck alone and let it do it's thing. Didn't matter if it was rampaging in the woods but in the city? Okay, different story. Lure was 99% sure that as a ranger he wasn't supposed to let this be happening. Pokemon belonged free in the wild and not bothered and legendary pokemon not uh- well.
Destroying the city and killing people. That was kind of a huge downer. So far, the only one who seemed to know what was going on or how to possibly defeat this thing was one cherri berry beer soaked pokemon professor so- "Hey, Professor fermentation!" Lure still had the photo of the one other legendary on hand.
The problem was they had to find where the professor went then ask if the guy knew what was the up and up- and if there even was a way to beat a legendary pokemon that currently was dead set on wrecking the city. (not entirely likely) The smoke was thick but they had to at least try.
"Professor! Hey- Professor!"

[Burglar Bing wants to battle!] Team: Persian Mawile Klefki Salazzle Ninetales Flareon
There was a rumble and chaos broke out. Bing made a break for it and helped any stragglers next to her out of the building. She stood with a group of people and she felt lucky to have made it out in one piece. Then she looked at the Yvetal and the surrounding destruction.
That thing is gonna tear this place apart. Now would be the best time to grab a few things I like and… Ughh… Stupid conscious. These people need help. Fighting that thing is gonna make it madder and get more people hurt. If someone caught it, then it wouldn’t be able to bother anyone. And it’s not going to stay in a ball with that much fight in it. Do I really want to put my friends through that kind of a fight?
She never considered herself a great Pokemon trainer. It was just a childhood dream that never really went anywhere. She didn’t study techniques and didn’t like watching her Pokemon get hurt. She only had one Gym badge, a Heat badge. But she didn’t even get that badge through battling. She got it by blackmailing the gym leader and just wanted it to show it off. She tried a similar stunt at another town, but she botched it. From that point on, she stopped trying to be great at battling and just become acceptable at stealing and surviving. She learned a lot over the years, but fighting a legendary still just sounded cruel to her Pokemon. But seeing the other trainers take on the Yvetal got her fire burning.
Okay! Let’s put this thing down!… What should I use?
She looked around and noticed that the trainers nearby who were using Fairy types were effecting the legendary monster to a greater degree. She trusted their judgement over her own and tossed out a ball. A Mawile appeared before the burglar. It looked at Bing and made the most tsundere expression it could. It acted like it didn’t really want to be told what to do. It folded it’s arms and looked away from Bing. “You’re not fooling anyone, Nipper! Hurry up and go play!”
I AM ATTACKING YVETAL
My damage done: 10 (Rolled 5 x 2 for Fairy type) TOTAL DAMAGE DONE: 66
The Mawile made a noise that sounded like a sigh. It tilted its head to look at the looming menace. The mouth on the back of its head twitched with hunger. The Mawile suddenly moved and used Play Rough on the Yvetal.

Pokemon. Professor. Lab. City. The mental checklist led him to one conclusion. Was this... Pokemon? POKEMON? Sin's expression resembled an excited child, a rare expression on the usually mature male's face. There were even poke balls....?! Best world reincarnation ever, suffused with childhood amazingness. He should have given himself an A+ to opening the book that would have led him here. He was so dazzled that the destroyed lab and the odd professor wasn't enough to deter him.
But.. that large pokemon attacking that city might have been enough to jar him back onto the dangers of reality. Of course.." He told himself, tilting his head to the right with a dry smile. Shielding his eyes, he recognized the attacker as a legendary pokemon. Not quite sure which legendary, as that was beyond his generation gap, but he was pretty sure the danger level remained the same. Crazy antics would include the fire, laser beams, lightning strikes, and what not. Come to think of it, was Pokemon that different from his daily life? In terms of oddity, weirdness, and powers, they might have been tied with each other. Which probably made Sin well-equipped to deal with their current circumstances. Instead of immediately choosing to fight, he surveyed his surroundings. There were still civilians, which would be one casualty too many if they weren't given time to escape.
Covering his mouth from the damage and smoke, he quickly shielded an elderly couple with his larger form. "Let me help you out." He gestured as he led them to safety.
"Uh- no.." He struggled to give back their prized item as the lady dropped it into his hands to show their gratitude. When they retreated too far for him to return it, he rubbed the back of his neck- realizing that there might be some use for it. Come to think of it, in the games, didn't random people give you random stuff? Was this an NPC interaction?!

Someone oozed over to Sin, looking like the equivalent of sludge shaped human.
"What's happeninggggg," October moaned, dragging his umbrella along with him and using it to prod halfheartedly at a nearby console. Something went flying past his left ear, which made him veer sideways and trip over an already overturned chair before he could stop it from happening.
"What is going onnnnnnn."

hi
(Rolling a 6: Somehow, you manage to trip and fall on your feet. (Nothing happens))
Vaudrey skidded to a halt with his Ribombee cradled in his arms and his coat flying (hopefully) dramatically behind him. He had no idea what was happening, and even less idea of whether or not he could actually do anything about whatever was happening - but at the very least, he could make an attempt.
Hopefully.
He let Tella buzz beside him and made a run for the Yvetal, except Vaudrey didn't quite make it the entire way. By the time he managed to bandage up the Scyther, things had gotten worse, and Vaudrey stuffed the Ultra Balls into his pocket as he kept running.
"What - what is - " He managed to croak out to the nearest person before he had to take a minute to breathe. "Are we trying to - to catch that - "

Who was that- Oh right. Sin recognized that umbrella. The golem was a different story. If you could still call that a golem. Trying to rearrange his eyes to see October as an actual human (since that golem was seriously resembling something from a horror film with his sludge-like movements, like Sadako from the Grudge), Sin tried to remember the issue at hand.
"Pokemon. Legendary. Burning City. Missing Professor. Duck." Putting a hand on October's head forcefully to push him down before he could try to get up from his earlier fall, they narrowly missed a laser beam followed by a flying chair.
Keeping an eye out for any more flying projectiles, Sin had to ask. "Seriously. are you still functional? Don't tell me you just woke up from a nap. Or were you sleeping throughout the whole thing??" No, don't answer that October. POKEMON WAS SUCH A COOL WORLD, NOBODY COULD SLEEP THROUGH IT ((╬●∀●) Best let Sin think October had another reason..
October may have been in a golem that resembled nothing even remotely similar to himself except for the sluggish personality - but that wasn't about to stop him from carting around his usual umbrella. He had no idea who he was even talking to, but he guessed they at least maybe understood something more than he did.
He did, in fact, need no more reasoning to keep lying on the floor, and probably would have kept laying there had it not been for the fact that he might possibly get trampled. October lifted his head, looking, unsurprisingly, relatively woebegone.
"I wasn't sleeping," he said somberly. "I was cat napping. And then I heard there was a thing I was supposed to do, and well..."
He waved a halfhearted hand that lost momentum halfway through and fell back down again.
"Why are we catching Pokemon...."

"There's no difference." Sin's expression was the flattest expression that one would ever see on his face. Those dead eyes that belied that all of his expectations of October had just gone out the window, in a different direction entirely.
But then came the finishing question. Why are we catching pokemon? Sin gave him an aghast look that asked: Did you really just ask that?! He should have just.. thrown the hunter into the fray. But since Sin valued his friends, he probably wouldn't do it.
"Please.. just tell me what you have in those poke-balls. It'd probably help to decide whether or not we should attempt to fight and probably not die.." Cue another rock slide from the battle, and Sin pulling away the umbrella-wielding sludge-person in the nick of time.
Dying would suck. But if they died in a fictional world, was it a fictional death? Or a real death? What were the rules of fictional worlds anyways? Somehow, Sin had an idea that October wouldn't be able to answer that question either.
