Seemed it was harder to get all three than it seemed. Taking her tickets, the canine moved on to another game. This time being the jousting matches. Instead of going off her instincts, the canine went off the chart provided of potential winners. Choosing the one most likely to win, she wasn't to disappointed in the results. Second place was better than last. Accepting her tokens, the Lucario continued onto the next few games.

He'd hung back when Ajicka finally dived in to the combat area and started work ong on how to get involved, and her starting in on a sparring match with some masked figure certainly didn't bring him any closer. He shifted, looking around, and narrowing his eyes as he spotted the little pink bird that had been on her shoulder before. He was pretty sure she hadn't had that thing the last time they were together... "Don't stare, handsome, or your eyes might get stuck. Not that that would be so bad." ZK blinked and the drawled, sarcastic remark from the Pidgey, and made a face when the bird gave a brief, bland side glance in his direction. Shifting, he turned away, moving towards the games. Avikna was clumsy, and not quick enough to bring back Celsius up to block the hit properly, allowing a clean cleave across the right side of her face. Luckily, her skin and hair were unscathed, but her helmet was flung off to give away her secret. Letting go of Celsius, the blade sheathed himself and returned to her back, wrapping his cowl around her neck. "Y-yea..." Holding down her hand to be sure she wasn't bleeding, all she found was sweat. Pulling down the hood of her armour she flashed a grin towards Ajicka. " wiI guess youn." It wasn't a win she took lightly, but given she'd decided to take one someone with less training than her, well, to be fair Avikna wasn't exactly an expert either, regardless, it was an unfair match.
Arietty lowered her tail, a thoughtful look crossed her eyes before she finally looked up once more. "Well, her temper has been somewhat mellow as of late, she is trying to tamper her temper, but..." Thinking back just a few moment ago, when she'd gained the new megastone. Where had that anger come from? She'd have to ask Mave later what the wolf figured had happened. Looking up when Jas motioned with flame where the Deoxys' was, Arietty let out a growl a sort of 'huh' "Ookoth is missing." The lizard spoke, returning her gaze to Jas. "Well, missing isn't quite the word, we know where he is... It's more like he was kidnapped." Not stolen, but taken just the same.
Meanwhile, among the other game playing fair goers, Aislin was back at it herself. The first game, the catapult one. This time she picked the right plush and the right catapult, because hers sailed far to the other end, landing just a few inches from the 2o foot mark. Nonetheless she was rewarded ten whole tokens. Adding them to her stash she moved onto the next game. She felt like this go-round was going to be her time to shine. It just so happened, at the Bean bag game, she got all three bags into their respective holes. "Yes! I'm doing awesome now." She finally got some mojo back.

The emotional roller-coaster that was these games, caught Aislin in an upward angle with the next two games. The berry bobbing game she managed to snatch up 7 berries, and 7 tokens. Leaving the berries behind she continued onto the next game, that being the crossbow game. Her mood hadn't really improved, but that didn't matter, her aim was pretty spot on this go around. Lafayette finished up his fighting, huffing for breath but with a wide grin on his face. He’d enjoyed himself and the opponents had been tough ones. It was probably time to move on to other parts of the fair though. He’d heard of the jousting area as well as the interesting Rapidash that ran the races and decided he’d head out there to check them out. He spotted Cheri sitting there watching the various people battling, taking a glance as well at some of the other competitors.
"C’mon Cheri. Let’s take a squizz aroun’ some more." He remarked, breaking his gaze and ushering her along. He kept an eye out for his other pokemon as he went, intent to get them going as well.
Noah was cheering excitedly for himself as he managed for the first time in a few games, to land all three bean bags in the holes. He was practically jumping for joy as he toddled back to Eve, noticing the look of disappointment on the Bulbasaur’s face when he arrived. Apparently, she’d given the catapult another try and it had once again, failed rather miserably. He gave her a reassuring pat on the side, assuring her that she’d get better before adjusting his helmet and heading off to find Lafayette and Cheri. Eve seemed to chipper up some at the reassurance, following along after him.

Ajicka lowered her sword a little, then let it drop to her side when it became clear Avikna was declaring the challenge over. She was giving her a hard stare, her expression hard to read, though her characteristic frown was still in place. She narrowed her eyes, then lifted her chin and raised her sword a little in a gesture. "Are you actually allowed to fight with that thing?" She was clearly indicating Celsius. She paused, then stepped back, moving to put the sword she'd been using away for a moment, so she could adjust her own armor. "What are you doing here, anyway? And why did you challenge me?" she asked, working at her armor. She stopped, then jerked her head up and looked over at Avikna, eyes narrowed. "You weren't going easy on me, were you?" she accused. She honestly wasn't sure what to think about all of this. She clearly remembered Avikna-- enough that she even recalled her name accurately, which was saying something, for her-- but she wasn't sure what her game was here. Was she trying to test herself? Or Ajicka? Ajicka frowned, her mind drifting back to when she'd last seen the girl. She shook her head and quickly dodged away from the thoughts, finishing with her armor and grabbing her sword. "How long have you been here, anyway?" she added, tacking on yet one last question to a series of inquiries.
"Hmmm..." Jas looked at Arietty thoughtfully, listening and absently moving his tail. He shook his head a little, swatting at another fly and then looking up at the sky, dropping it back down to Arietty when she mentioned one of their teammates was missing. ZK absently tossed the throwing stone in his hand, before hurling it and smashing the second plate. He collected the tickets and looked around, expression a bit drab. He wasn't finding this place especially entertaining.... Elsewhere, though, Elle and co were still enjoying the games. For the most part, at least. The place was starting to get more and more crowded, which meant their little group was starting to get a bit nervous. So far, Elle was doing a good job at egging them on. Torchic's spirits remained fairly high, which seemed to help ease Houndoom and Deino's nerves. Elle was a little disappointed, though; she'd hoped that at least the former would be able to maintain his relaxed demeanor even as the number of people around increased...

Unfortunately, there seemed to be some good reasoning for the nerves. There were more pokemon around, too, and some were a bit competitive. As some of her companions became more anxious, though, Elle started to see an opportunity-- a training opportunity! They could play games, but they could also battle! Pokemon that were around and interested could join in, and maybe they could get a little stronger while they had fun, too! Training was something Houndoom was familiar with, so she was pretty sure he would be ready for it. The main question would be Torchic and Deino.... and she would do what she could to help ease them into it too.

Ajicka was filled with inquiries, which was expected. To answer her first question, the red head held up a hand to pull slightly at the ghost sword's cowl. "He is a real blade." She replied, lowering her arm to fold with her other arm just under her bust, she watched as Ajicka adjusted her armour. As for the next series of questions, Avikna was sure how to answer. Rethinking on it, it seemed fairly self-centered of her to assume Ajicka couldn't hold her own, or even would end up getting involved with her own problems. It was... presumptuous. Her act of wanting to make sure no one around her gets hurt has warped into a self-centered view, something Avikna didn't like. Whatever the case she had to answer. "I recognized you from... Well, I recognized you, and I was looking for someone worthy to fight." The red-head glanced away, spotting Mave nearby, Aislin slowly approaching with arms full of tokens. "I don't know the meaning of 'go easy'" Avikna replied her gaze returning to Ajicka with a familiar sharpness in them. "And for your last question; not long." This advance in social interaction was surprising not as bad as Avikna had presumed... At least she wasn't as closed up as she was before.
Arietty joined in the swatting of flies, burning one with the flames of her tail as she attempted to swat one away from her. Holding her claws together the lizard thought back some. "I can't really say for sure how it happened." The lizard's gaze returned to Jas. "Regardless of how it happened, but when I awoke I'd been separated from Avikna. After reuniting I learned of Ookoth's kidnapping from my trainers grandfather."
Aislin's return was brief. She had only returned to drop off her winnings. Mave turned with a lazy gaze, a grin displayed on her maw. 'Finally returning?' The wolf asked. Aislin narrowed her gaze, leaning forward some to show the plethora of tokens she was holding onto. 'Just to bring these back' She replied, a cocky grin replacing her scowl. 'Oh, I see.' The wolf lifted herself up from the ground sitting back on her hunches as she pulled open Avikna's bag. Aislin deposited the token within than shook out her arms. 'Here, this little bag should hold a good amount of tokens.' Mave added, pulling out a small satchel that was once used to hold an item but now remained empty. Aislin accepted it and left once more. Mave in the meantime returned her gaze back to her trainer and the other human.

Recovering from her crushing defeat, the Lucario moved onto the next game. This one being the catapulting one. Choosing a Froakie doll, she set it down on the catapult and let it fly. It didn't get far, but at least it went a little over halfway to the goal, earning her 7 tokens. Heading off the finish her rounds with the crossbow target game, she managed to get in some pretty good shots, earning her a good sum of tokens. Slipping them into the pouch, the Lucario headed back to play some more games.
