Darrah was supposed to stay with Nasrin for the duration of the party, but Naz was booorriiinnggg. Darrah had split from the other freshling as soon as they hit the door. He supposed he'd find him before it was over. Nasrin was so absent-minded he'd probably never even notced that Darrah was gone. The dryad rolled his eyes at that thought and wandered around the party. Of course the first thing that caught his eye was a bag of brownies. "Mmm..." He paid for the bag and munched on it happily. This place looked like a lot of fun could be had...

Bibiana was ecstatic for this new festival! It was a massive party and everything was in her favorite colors!! It was perfect! She giggled as she flounced into the event. Everything just looked so cute! She just couldn't believe the sheer amount of pinks and reds and violets. She nearly blended in with the scenery! With another giggle at that thought, she paused by one of the game tables and played a very easy game where the object was to pick up a toy heart. On the bottom a number was scribbled, and the number she picked up won her a plushie! "Yes! Gonna be a good party," she beamed and cuddled the plush to her chest.
Estys strode into the area giddily; she loved this season, and especially loved the celebrations that accompanied it. Something about celebrating love and friends, relationships whether platonic or romantic was just…whimsical to her. Eyes shimmering brightly, she strode over to a small booth that was decorated and filled with a plethora of roses of all colors. Overhearing the vendor talking to another student talk about how they were enchanted to never wilt, she let out a soft sigh, enjoying the cheesy romantic aspects involved with it. She slowly picked one up, a rose whose color matched the flower budding from her chest, and tucked it neatly in her bag. Perhaps it would make a good present for someone that meant a lot to her – one day. 2/1: 14 + 12 + 11 = 37 Total: 37
Phiffion watched the going on’s with half lidded eyes and a small frown on her face. Though she might have looked angered but the themes of the celebration, she was not upset with it at all. She just couldn’t find entertainment with it… While everyone enjoyed frolicking and being merry together, she much preferred to stand at the sidelines and let her thoughts drift towards what needed to be done. Feeling her backpack rumble slightly and the purr of her feline companion, she shrugged and moved towards a table that had many arrows lying on it. Arrows were a potentially lethal weapon but… they were decorated as if it was a toy. She huffed and picked one up and twisted it in her fingers before stashing it in her backpack, so her kitty companion could play with it. 2/1: 14 + 12 + 11 = 37 Total: 37

The only reason the orphanage had brought the kids to the Hunter's Jubilee party was because they had all promised to utilize the buddy system. Which meant they had to stay with their partner the whole time. Nasrin knew as soon as they paired him with Darrah that the dryad would be ditching him as soon as they hit the door. And he was correct. Not that it mattered much to Nasrin, he was just happy to be there. There was a lot going on, but Nasrin paused at a game and somehow he managed to land a ring around a bottleneck. He smiled and took the plushie the vendor held out to him, hugging it happily. "Thanks!"
Eli pressed his coveted plushie hard against his body as he watched as the other students chat amongst each other. He didn’t really care for interaction – he found that it mostly got in the way – but he did find some benefit in going to these events. Wobbling over to a vendor with a plethora of plushies, he sunk his small hands into a white and pinkish-red vespercat plush, disregarding the vendor’s attempt to talk with him or communicate in any sort of way. With his treasured plush being hugged tightly in one arm and new plush in the other, he sauntered off victoriously, content that he would have another plush to add to his pile. 2/1: 14 + 12 + 11 = 37 Total: 37
The grimm glanced around, uncertain. The celebration was packed with others and…it was making her feel uneasy. She wished she could spot a friend to latch onto, but alas, that was not the case for the asterion student. Slowly smoothening her bright skirt with a fluffy clawed hand, Laina walked aimlessly, stopping when she reached a booth filled with all sorts of chocolate and candy goodies. Perhaps she could go for something to nibble on… Reaching out, she grabbed a box of chocolates and popped one in her mouth, chewing on it slowly. It was…delicious! She savored over the taste and watched the other students, more content now than she was a few minutes ago. 2/1: 14 + 12 + 11 = 37 Total: 37

The small freshling tottered around with her bat pet resting on one of her shoulders and small earbuds secured into her ears. Her bright pink eyes darted around, feeling somewhat anxious despite the relaxing melodies being played through the earbuds. Too many people.. She preferred to be alone, secure in own room, or the music room, where she could play on the piano, which she so adored. The bat made a gentle sound in her ear, urging her to look forward. Phaedra made a small gasp as she saw what it was urging her to look at – small nezubat plushies. She dashed over to the stand and firmly grasped onto a purple one and plopped it on her shoulder, a small smile forming. Perhaps this wouldn’t be so bad afterall. 2/1: 14 + 12 + 11 = 37 Total: 37
Chessy grinned from ear to ear. She was overly excited – she couldn’t help but beam at celebrations. They were like her life line! Adjusting her small crown, she bounced in, delighted with all the things going on around her. A holiday to celebrate relationships, whether platonic or romantic… It was just perfect! An easy chance for a party. She scoped the area out, looking for one that might be potentially too lonely and need some company, so she could ‘cheer’ them up…Or just be rowdy and potentially extremely annoying. She wasn’t able to spot that quite yet, but she didn’t let it deter her – she skipped around, enjoying all the merriment.
Dante looked rather dejected to not win anything in his first game. He looked up as Kyoko stepped up to the plate and won a little Nezubat plushie. He congratulated her but stopped short when the Grimm bent down to hand the plushie to him. He blushed lightly and smiled, hugging it to him. "Thank you, Ms. Kyoko!"

Shinobu had split from Dante and Kyoko to go to the booth next to the game Dante had set his sights on. The mutant participated in a different game and came out with a heart-shaped locket and he grinned. Another present for his crush! He hoped she liked all of his presents, and he was hopeful that she would come to the event.
-------------------------------
Kyoko watched Dante's face fall when he didn't win the game he chose to play. She frowned sympathetically and stepped forward to play a round of her own. She won a Nezubat plush, and she smiled sweetly, turning to hand it to Dante. "A present for you, Dante. I hope this is okay..." She beamed when she got a very positive response from the little demon.
Her attention turned to Shinobu, who was approaching her and Dante again, holding a heart locket. She smiled, always happy to spend time with the two demons.
Mai was ecstatic after all she had just transferred to the school a few months ago and for all the other festivals she had been called home. This was her first festival she was healthy enough for and Vanna wasn’t busy with his um… boys. So it was going to be her first festival with her brother just the two of them. Lately Vanna had been helping out his sibling from the program the school ran and busy doing things that might not exactly be considered legal. However none of that mattered because she had to look pretty if only to not embarrass Vanna. Grabbing one of her more modest dresses, not that they weren’t all modest she accented her hair with a couple of gold pins. She had debated on whether or not to grab a shawl or another accessory when there was a knock on the door. Opening it she was suddenly face to face with a plushie. Taking it she looked down at the little nezubat looking thing before looking up to see Vanna in the doorway. “You know there are easier ways to hand a plushie to someone. I thought you were going to wait to go to the festival” She pouted still she clutched the plushie to her.
Seeing as Mai didn't look like she was ready he waited in the doorway. He hadn't been that early had me? In fact he was pretty sure he was running on the late side. He knew how horrible Mai's sense of directions were and refused to call to set up for them to meet at the festival instead of her dorm. Then again Mai did occasional procrastinate at times. “mmm yeah I could just you know knock on the door sit here and exchange pleasantries with you and then hand it over but it got lonely and wanted to meet you first.” Vanna teased watching as Mai went over to place it on her dresser with some of her other plushies. “And I haven’t been down to the festival. It was just in town there was already someone handing them out. I got called in at the last moment so I had to make sure Yami could cover for me since I promised you I’d take you” he defended. The old lady had refused to take no for an answer at the time and the Chimera, while having a weakness for plushies himself, figured that Mai would like it better than he would. Kin got a bit jealous if he tried to make nezubat looking things home.
Arinas had been looking forward to the festival. It would be his first one since coming to the academy. He had been too little before to really go with his dad, not that Alrai went to many festivals. The hybrid was more likely to spend it working on his degree or school work. However this time he was going to go. He was sad and a bit mad that the school had taken Alrai in but he knew that his dad was working on a degree so that he could support Arinas. Besides Ara had agreed to take him and she was a really nice lady even if she was ridiculously tall.
Asking what he wanted to do, Arinas lead the both of them over to a booth where you had to try to catch a skyfish with a net. Unfortunately they were a bit too slippery for Arinas and they got away. It was a little sad but still plenty of other chances right?
Aracae had run into a problem nearly the first month that she had come down to below. She had wanted an adventure yes, but she hadn’t thought that it was going to be she ended up mugged. Luckily in class her lab partner had took pity on her and insisted that she come over to their house until she got back on her feet. Well a job at a café later and she was still living with her lab partner. However he had ended having to take a test today and she had agreed to take his son to the festival so here she was at the festival with a six year old. Luckily Arinas was super sweet and super polite and the hybrid had taken her hand staying close to her side as they wondered around the festival. Alrai was ridiculously lucky to have spawned such a cute quiet kid, which is was why no matter how much she liked trinkets when he didn’t win and she did she handed over the bracelet. The small happy smile was quiet worth it… ah she was going to be in trouble when she had kids of her own. “Hey I’m already too purple how about you take this one okay Ari” gifted to Arinas
Leto actually wanted to look around the festival for once. Last time Tsukiyomi had given his parents a heart attack and he had spent the whole festival sitting on a bench. Sure he had gotten Atre out of the ordeal and some tasty candy, but this time he wanted to make friends and get more things than just . Unfortunately it was still February so it was still a bit chilly outside and Leto was already starting to sneeze horribly. His mom was going to murder him if she found out he wasn’t dressed that properly but ahhh coats weren’t made to accommodate wings that well and he really did want to make friends… Chani head butted the back of his leg and meowed drawing his attention down to her. Seeing as she now had it she then ran off…. Vespercats… why did he decide it was a good idea to own one again. “Chani stop it someone is going to squish you… Chani!!!” By the time he was able to weave through the crowd and scoop her up into his arms he found himself right in front of his roommate? “You brought me to Jaden?” ah okay so that wasn’t the best response he had ever had.
“Ah hello. Having um fun here?” with that he practically buried his face into Chani’s fur getting an annoyed meow from her end. Smooth he was not.

Amaidi wasn’t sure what she was doing here. Well actually that was a lie. The young goblin girl had always loved festivals. The throngs of people, the music, and the festivities, all of it just made for an exciting place and she loved to walk around and see all the different people. She was also hoping to make a friend. It had been rather lonely leaving above and her family and she hadn’t really met anyone. She wanted to change that. Plus even if she didn’t meet any one she wanted to be able to fill her room up with more personable items. So it was why she made her way over to one of the booths, they were playing some sort of memory game. Amaidi was able to complete it in relatively good time and she was awarded a box of white chocolates.
Well she didn’t have any one to give it to yet but they would at least be tasty right?
Mehen hated crowds and even worse everyone was all giggly and romance filled. Okay so that part didn’t bother Mehen too much since he was secretly romantic but it was a time that reminded him that he was on his own. None of his family was here, none of his stuff was here, and none of his friends where here. Not that he had any or had met anyone. Well that wasn’t true. He had met that chimera girl a while back. She was… different than he was used to. Still this festival wasn’t a complete waste he had already managed to secure a silver ring that was sitting on one of his fingers. While he didn’t have too high of hopes on making a friend he could at least win a couple games, have fun and build up things for his room if nothing else.
To say that Enoukn was nervous would be the understatement of the season. If Jezebeth was beating herself up over what she thought was a botched invite, she couldn't have been more wrong. The simple fact that she had ASKED if Enoukn was going to the festival had been enough to send flags up in alarm to the Baphomet Junior.
It didn't hurt that shortly after they had become Juniors Enoukn had suddenly become aware of just how... cute... his friend was. It had been just a regular day, and then Jezzy had turned to him to say something and had just flipped her hair - just so - and suddenly Enoukn wasn't able to focus on what she'd said at all. It had made things... interesting to say the least - and if Jezzy had felt awkward as they had grown, so too had Eno.
To that end, Eno had tried to dress up a bit nicer than usual, the keyword being tried. He did not have a lot of nice clothing in his wardrobe given how much time he spent outside - but he had gone to the trouble of picking out his nicest clothes he could muster up. Then it had been a stop to the school's greenhouse (another place he often visited) to gather some flowers for Jezzy (after thanking them of course).
You... gave girls flowers on dates... right?
It had taken him a bit of time, and thus he was running a bit late, when he finally walked up to Jezzy and held out the flowers to her. "T-these are for you..." He said, voice shaky a bit from nerves. "I h-hope you like them..."
To an outsider, it would appear that the stern faced Baphomet was simply giving the flowers to his friend out of obligation. But, the two had been inseparable since they were freshlings. If anyone knew Eno's ticks and quirks, it was Jezebeth.
Jaden had been clinging to Sprinkles and his pretty rock to help endure the stress of being around so many people. It helped, if only a little, but it was better than nothing. He had looked at several more of the booths and game stalls, and had even been coaxed into playing another game. This one had yet again involved aim (Jaden was starting to think most of the games here would be like that), though there was luck to it as well. You had a fake fishing rod, lowered it into a pool of fake ducks, and tried to snag on. There was writing on the bottom telling you what prize you won. Jaden had earned himself a plushie, and was still in the process of looking them over to pick one out when a familiar, loud meow startled him into looking around. He noticed something black and purple near his feet. He frowned. Chani? What was she doing out here?
Right at that moment Leto came barreling through the crowd and scooped up his vespercat. He looked as surprised to see Jaden as Jaden was to see him!
"Yea, though it's very loud," he answered shyly, reaching out to pet Sprinkles and reassure himself. "I won a pretty rock," he said, fishing it out of his pocket to show Leto. "I also won a plushie, but I can't decide which one I want. Can you help me pick one out?"
Alright! Morginn had the cute little fluffbug settled back in his warm dormitory! He'd been a little worried that Whisper would try to eat him, but the fluffbug (who Morginn had already dubbed Jubilee, in honor of the festival) had proven more than capable of taking care of themself. Of course Palette had decided they wanted to go with Morginn when he headed back to the festive, and he decided to bring the wisp along. They wandered a lot anyway, but always came back. As Morginn continued to explore the festival booths and watch the huge variety of people going by, Palette hovered around his head.
