Finally the kind of challenge Gabby knew he could sink his teeth into. Or, as the case may have been, his head. He immediately summoned up all of his fear when his doppleganger charged at him, and when the boil was turned fully to ice, he slammed his head into the yellow hearted fiend. A clean, solid hit. The dopple was staggered, and Gabby was left with only a tiny headache. Boss HP: 31 Gabby's HP: 46 Turn 1

Gabby's constant barrage left him exhausted, and he took a few seconds to regain his strength, barely whacking away the weak attack the creature tried to wave at him.

With a violent whack of his tail, the doppleganger dissipated, and Gabby was left out of breath, but victorious. He puffed up proudly, and sauntered out like he'd just won the entire tournament. Camilla came as instructed to the stadium and was surprised when she was stopped at the door... They told her that for her own benefit she should take off as many of her layers as she could spare... Frowning but obliging, Camilla begins by taking off her coat, then one sweater, then another, and another, and another... Finally she got down the warm spooky smelling t-shirt and took that off revealing her usual loose, flowy, collared, short sleeved, lavender purple shirt. It took equally as long to take off all the spare pares of pants, socks, and finally her boots before her usual seafoam green, knee length, puffy bloomers came into view... By the end of it she was barefoot in her usual garb with a large mound of clothes sitting off to the side and one very surprised guard... "Ah... Heh, it does feel good to be able to move properly!" she laughs before walking into the nice warm, but very dark, stadium! The Dormouse ghoul wasn't sure how far in she walked but soon the shuffling sound of footsteps could be heard. Blinking curiously, Camilla continues moving as straight as she could into the pitch darkness until a searing white spotlight cuts through the darkness causing her to gasp and shield her, now dark adjusted, eyes from the light! Once her eyes stopped stinging what she saw standing in the spotlight made her gasp once more! "It's me!" she exclaims in surprise! There standing before the Dormouse ghoul was a ALMOST exact replica of herself! The Dormouse replica had the same mid tone brown hair set in sausage ringlet curls. The same shadow black eyes. The same wide mouse ears and brown fur covered tail. Even the same seafoam green bloomers and bare feet! But there were a few very key differences between the doppelganger and the original! The Copy Dormouse's eyes were sharper and silently calm while her expression remained neutral and even serious... A look that was surprisingly reminiscent of her Teleport Warning Starrat Kaze... Wrapped around the copy's head diagonally was a cyan blue headband and a rather ornate cyan colored gauche... For a long moment Camilla stared longingly at the weapon as she remembered her time as a Knight... All that faded in an instant however as her eyes reached the absolutely horrid green sweater with white polka dots and white cuffs... It was so vastly out of place that it made the Dormouse ghoul frown in a mixture of confusion and grimace for a moment... Her mother would have had some very choice words for her if she caught her wearing... That... Outside anything other then a themed party... She didn't have long to muse on her doppelganger's poor fashion choices however, because not long after the spotlight illuminates it the doppelganger slides effortlessly into a all to familiar battle pose... Looks like this challenge was a battle! Smiling excitedly, Camilla takes a similar, yet slightly different, battle pose herself! "Show PATIENCE. Analyzing your situation will give you an advantage." The doppelganger says with a calm even tone before smiling slightly. Her double soon rushes at her with speed equal to her own! For some reason Camilla wasn't expecting her doppelganger to move exactly as fast and agilely as she could... Surprised by her own speed, she wasn't able to move out of the way in time! "Eek!" she she squeak yelps as the blade bites sharply into her side! It wasn't a deep cut by any means, but it did sting and it did surprise her... Luckily, all the martial arts training she had been doing over the past few months had taught her how to deal with surprises like that better! Wasting no time, Camilla stumbles sideways away from the blade before bringing up her foot to kick her doppelganger in it's exposed side! Her copy makes a coughing yelp as she was sent flying sideways! However, she didn't stay down for long! In almost an instant, the doppelganger was back up and upon Camilla in seconds! "Wide eyed and surprised by how quickly her replica got up, she wasn't able to move out of the way in time to keep the gauche from grazing her cheek! The cold blade left a small red line across the Dormouse ghoul's cheek causing her to wince slightly and lash out instinctively! Unfortunately, the replica was her double and knew exactly how she'd respond to the situation! She quickly ducks the hastily thrown swing and leaps away before Camilla could make any real retaliation...
