Ama Vian Torra stood speechless looking after her. When she heard Terra approach from behind, "I don't understand what I did." She hung her head and sighed, *No tears. I should have listened to my father about humans.* She thought mostly out of sadness, but also because she felt it was true after all. Terra laid a hand on her sisters shoulder. "I don't believe it was you per say. I think she didn't like all the extra company from nowhere, and" She gestured towards her fathers friend who had found his way into the food and was stuffing his face, in a most horrific fashion, "Him being so rude and a little scary probably didn't help any." She tilted Torras chin up so they were looking at each other, "I did like her. She, she seems to be good for you." As she said it she knew it was partly true, Amiera is a very nice young lady. But her conversation with Chaliste couldn't bring her the whole way around to accepting her. She couldn't tell Torra that, so she decided to be comforting instead for her sister.Amiera got to the edge of the clearing, still within view of her frined when she hit her knees. The aura of the demons was too much and it had begun to draw out her true form. Her skin changed to its earthy color and her wings appeared. The dress she was wearing became a dress of emerald leaves and a wreath of leaves settled on her head. She stood up, sighing and turning to face her friend. It was too late to leave without explaining.

Toma walked over to the twins while he wiped some crumbs from his face. "Sorry about that I'm always hungry after a nap. So do you girl have any questions for me?"

Torra looked over Terras shoulder, and saw Amiera hi the ground. She was rushing over when her skin took on a tanner hue and wings morphed out of her back. She skidded to a stop. Awestruck at how gorgeous Amiera was.
Terra looked at him, "Um, you could start with a name, so I can stop referring to you as the creepy guy who came out of nowhere and ate all my sisters food." Looking after her sister and her mouth open into an o shape. The creature standing a few yards away was beautiful but she could feel that this is what Chaliste had warned them about.
Torra stood there staring. She knew she must look like an open mouth goon, but she couldn't help it. Amiera was a fairie. She never would have guessed. A thousand questions swarmed through her mind, yet she couldn't bring herself to walk over and ask. Fae were not friends of demons. It was an unspoken law in the demon community. Demons didn't like the freedom and the ability the fae had to move and change forms anytime they pleased. Demons were stuck looking like they did from birth. The only thing they had was a small amount of glamour to protect humans from their true forms, but the fae could do whatever they wished.

Toma looked smiled wickedly. "My name is Toma and many years ago I once ruled this land as The Great Demon of the East."

Terra stared at him. Memories flashed in the recesses of her mind. Things she had forgotten for one reason or another. "Toma was my uncle on my fathers side....no wonder you seem so weird, I don't know why I didn't recognize you sooner, I apologize. But if I remember correctly....mother never approved of you."

Terra ran her hand over her face, and rolled her eyes. "She didn't approve of you for several reasons. For one, you dug up our yard on multiple occasions. You destroyed her garden while getting vegetables for dinner. You'd eat everything in sight when you came to the house. You brought her baby girls demon entrails as presents, what kind of present is that? And.....you tried to kidnap us to train us in the middle of the woods."

Toma scratched the back of his head. "I never dug up the yard. I just landed to hard when I stopped by." He smiled softly. " Your sister never seemed to mind the entrails or the training."

Terra made a face. "That is because she is more demon than human..those are not gifts you give to children." She looked back towards Torra, who had frozen in place. Terra knew the thoughts running through her head. Silent demon laws stating she couldn't be friends with Amiera. Though she would be anyway. Turning back to him, "So, what are we going to do with the fairie over there? Do you think it better to stay over here and let the two of them talk first?" What she didn't say was that if he tried to go over there she would break his arm.

Amiera stood, her eyes now brighter then before. She turned to face the three demons and two emerald butterflies floated behind her. It was her cousins, Mikal (Mee-Kahl) and Remonee (Reh-money). They were her guards since she was a Fae princess. She sighed and gave Torra a sad smile. "I guess it is time you knew who I really am.... I am sorry I lied to you Torra. But as you can see I am not human. I believe your sister knew from the start that I was not."

Toma looked over towards the two girls in the distance. "We'll let them be." He turned his attention back to youngest niece. "After all things such as this need to be worked out between friends."

Torra gave her a once over. "Yes, well Terra has a spirit living in her mind, so she probably had help figuring it out. But I must say I'm pretty shocked."
She hung her head and tilted it up to look at her, "Why didn't you just tell me? I know we only just met, but I feel like I've been friends with you for eons. Like our souls knew each other in a past lifetime. Which is saying something, because Goddess knows I've been alive for a very long time."
When she said this she realized she shouldn't be asking why Amiera hadn't told her what she was until now, because she never told her about herself either. Being supernatural isn't something you tell a complete stranger. "If it isn't too weird, I would like to tell you, that you look better this way." It sounded flirty but that was not her intention. Torra had always preferred to see people as they were naturally and not how they hide themselves for the sake of others. She never hid her ears, which were pointed like elven ears, her hair was just that thick that it hid them.
Closing the few feet between them, she stopped. "I suppose you've already guessed that my sister and I are demons. But only by half, our mother was a human, but as he said our father ruled the west. And being a demon, who is now friends with a fae, you should know that there are rules for a friendship such as ours. In the demon community you know. They say we cannot be friends, because I'm supposed to hate your free will do do as you please whenever you see fit. I don't understand why, demons are free as well but we don't have as much freedom as you do."
Torra took her hand. "I mention this because I would like very much to be friends. But if you don't want to bare the consequences of being friends with, well I suppose you could say a demon princess, I understand completely."

My father was the King of Earth Fae court. I am his successor and the Princess to the highest court of Fae. Torra, there are no consequences in my world. I make the rules for all Fae to follow." Amiera explained, placing a warm hand on her friends arm. "I only hid what I am so you would stay. Most creatures and beings hate me." She looked at the two other demons in the clearing and spoke to them as well. "I do not like being so close to three of you. But with my cousins near me," She motioned to the two butterflies. "It is bearable. So since I am in the presence of such High demons I shall formally introduce myself. I am Amiera, Princess of the Fae and Heir to the throne of Summer, Earth and Fae alike."

"Well, that is a bit of a shocker as well haha. Not only are you a fae, you are The Fae." She bowed a little and stood back up. "I know the fairie courts have no consequences but demons are so moody and fickle. If I remember correctly that unfortunate looking man over there is my uncle. I didn't realize it at first, but it is coming back. Our mother didn't like him so we rarely saw him."
Terra looked at her uncle, "I think it's safe to go over. But I don't know if three higher demons is good for her. She looks tired." She started heading over and stopped near her sister. "Well I don't mean to sound rude, but I had a hunch you weren't human." She crossed her arms over her chest and smiled, not in a cocky way, but more friendly and excited that Torra wouldn't lose yet another human she befriended.

The girl had wings like snowflakes and long silver hair. The boy had hair that was the color of the sun, matching Amieras, but his wings were tattered and black like a bats. Anyone could see they were a winter and summer/dark Fae. "I am safe with my cousins here. You needn't worry about making me uneasy. I would like to introduce you to the captain of the royal guard and the king of the Dark Fae, Mikal. My other cousin, Remonee is the current princess of Winter and my Lady in waiting."
