Body: He has a white body with a pale grey 'cape' on his back: [x] I would love it if he could have a bit of extra 'fluff' to his look.
Face: [x] He has pale blue eyes with dark grey ears and a pale grey 'mask' over his face. You do not have to give him a pink nose.
Mane: I'd like him to have a short mane please. CC
Tail: If possible I'd love him to have a feline tail, if not, a long dark grey tail would be fine. [x] There is a slight striping to his tail.
Hooves/Fetlocks: I would like him to have slightly fluffy fetlocks please. He has two spots, one on each front leg in light grey (see refs).

Wings: Head wings only, can they be white to match his coat, with pale grey tips.
Other Notes: I would love it if he had extra fluff to him to give him more of an appearance of a cat.

Custom Items: A long 'Doctor Who' scarf in shades of greys, blues and purples, that is wrapped loosely around his neck once. One end will hang over his back while the other (in the back) pools on the floor.
A 'collar' bracelet around his wrist that is TARDIS blue (based off his actual collar)

Body: Light, pearly, green-yellow color. I guess maybe almost frog colored XD. Fins are the same color as the body with aqua highlights. See reference pics.
Face: Cute little pony face, light blush on her cheeks and dark periwinkle blue eyes.
Mane: Long mane template. Bright, super shiny aqua blue.
Tail: Seathi tail, no tail fins. Same color as body
Hooves/Fetlocks: Maybe colored like the fin highlights? Whatever you think looks good with the rest of her :3

Face: CC markings around eyes in teal and black and eyes should be red
Mane: medium length, slightly wavy/curly (stops at or a little below shoulders, layered), black with a teal sheen to it
Tail: Imp spade style; spade should be black with teal sheen to it and flesh/bone part of tail should fade to teal
Hooves/Fetlocks: templated longer fetlocks, white, hooves should be an almost glowing teal
