my friend said this because our teacher was nuts "I hope I don't look as stupid as I sound."
My other friend about the same teacher (she was a Spanish teacher.) "I could talk in made up languages and sound stupid too."
A zombie movie we were watching and there a horde of zombie there... my one friend "There's hundreds of them!" my other friend "There's thousands of them!" Me "There's tens of them!" (I actually thought tens of then was more than thousands of them) sweatdrop

That was totally an epic flailure. ~ Me
Bring me someone who makes me laugh, who would give up his time for me, and who thinks I'm insane and loves it. Unfortunately, there's no one like that in the real world. TO THE PET STORE! ~ Me

Okay, this quote will be a tad long. It's actually a post I decided to look up that I did in the adultswim.com forums awhile back. Back in 2003. The topic was "What do you live for?" from me over 7 years ago in the adultswim.com forums Well, saying an answer under seven words would be too vague, even if you think it's valid. One word answers are the worse, since that really gets no attention. Although saying something snappy like "I live for the moment" sounds decent enough, but lacks that certain reasoning that still leaves the true answer up for grabs. The real question is not what you live for, but what do you not die for. Obviously no one in their right mind wants to really die for any reason. Therefore the sense in the form of fear of death is embedded in everyone, saying that you should live your life to the fullest extent before this will happen to you, be it being impaled by a forklift, falling rear-end first from a five story building on a 2 foot garden gate rod, or the usual "Natural cause" such as old age or more truthfully Lung cancer. It is because of that fear that people are forced to live out their fantasies, try something new, or to actually ask that one girl out for a drink for the chance of that ever so blessed one night stand they have been plotting for months. So the answer would be explained in thought of "If you don't do this before you turn old, wrinkly, shrivled up in your pants 2 raisin style, and so bald you can braid your head wrinkles into cornrolls, you'll never know and always regret not doing it that time, you loser, selfless, closet case, wienee." If no one lived for anything anyway, there wouldn't be any passion in any activities. Drone and mundane days would pass as no emotion from anyone would appear before you, knowing that their only reason of living is to work and die, and to some, to be born again to do the same thing. That's where conflicts come into play. There's a religion so people can believe that this can happen to them after they pass on from their earthly being to the pearly gates, while they bask in their delights thinking their non-believer surrounding public and just plain bad people will burn in an unpleasent, firey eternity because they didn't live like you, which brings up the pride in living how you want to live. Even though it is one of the seven sins, if you don't have that pride then you don't have the reason and encouragment to push forward, leading to loss of interest. But mostly living is self-indulgence, living for one's self. This is a usual displayed answer by mallrats and goths alike, at least the percentage of those who choose to shy away from taking in the "dark forces" as their influencial savior. The usual agnostic will believe there is no heaven or hell, protest the existance of **bleep**, the "story" of the Bible, and anything else in relation to anti-dinosaur times of creation, even though they would take a front seat to a horror flick. Of course Bible Beaters and the God Squad vs. Bitter Wiccans and the Lazy Generation, devoting themselves to their high beliefs, are not the only who feel proud of their accomplishments or lack of accomplishments, in turn, become their own personal accomplishments. The thrill of good vs. evil runs through many people's emotions. The thrill of either pistol-whipping the next in line at the local atm, or the person who prevents that from happening using force; the rush of doing something beyond normal. There are those who aren't exactly poor or rich, but choose to go against the current of justice and right in search of that natural high that can only be accomplished if it is against someone else's word. Then there are those who uphold that word and will risk their own well-being by trying to enlighten their persuasion to the other, hopefully getting that same form of high by changing that person's lifestyle. But that rarely does happen, since the bad influence is always stronger. Though there is no denial that it is not impossible. All of these actions in turn still shoot towards one goal: To do something for yourself before you die. So if you're looking for a brief answer that is short, sweet, and explained in 2 long paragraphs, there ya go. Anyway, that's all you really need to say. It has eight words, clearly more than seven. Reference: http://boards.adultswim.com/adultswim/board/message?board.id=9&message.id=4151175#M4151175But.... As for regular quotes: "A true friend stabs you in the front" -Oscar Wilde Only one that makes sense to me.
