whitefang noticed it wasnt the real nightmare then all of a sudden so many nightmares appeared "fine will play like that show we" whitefang turned to the others "hope your fire prove" whitefang crouched down on to his knees "HELLS WRATH!!" whitefang started buring all around him as flames started to come of his body "this is more hotter then the hottest volcano in these lands" whitefang the released hiss attack scattering flames across to attack the different nightmare "james even if you have release him it will help you win this battle"

Jame's aura grew very bright and intense as its began rotating around James and a very high speed Light! David don't get to far away from me... AURA ZONE!! Jame's aura exploded out surrounding Light and David, it was a barrier like environment, its colors were shifting from the red and blue ranges of the color spectrum, whitefangs attacks that could be heard moments before and in fact all sound from outside has gone silent though they can still be seen, everything in this area is protected at the moment from the outside, you two should still be able to attack through my barrier James is stationary with both arms stretched out his aura seems to be gone but it had actually grew to encompass Light and David.

[It seems to me that you guys aren't reacting to Nightmare's attacks.
*sigh*

And Willow, you had plenty of time to re-post before Fang. I understand if you were busy in real life, though.]
Light propped his thumb up to James as he conjured a barrier against Fang's attack. And fortunately it protected them from the sound waves Nightmare was creating. But he doubted that would stop it. So he continued to glaze the ground in a coat of stardust. Or at least the parts that weren't being engulfed with fire.

Nightmare grinned wider and cackled more. Fang's attack seemed to dispel Nightmare's little as the images faded away when the fire had come close. But for the real Nightmare the creature didn't budge as fire surrounded and rose up around it. But instead of being damaged Nightmare was just fine.
"Sssscreaaaaam...for...m-m-meee!"
Nightmare would then turn into a dark purple mist and snake towards Whitefang. And when it was about three feet away the creature would reform and slash Fuuinkai at Fang's chest.

David nodded to James. For the moment, David felt he didn't need to do much. Light, James, and Fang were all capable, and could probably hold their own with Nightmare.
David waited.

whitefang took the blow from nightmare to the chest and got flung back past James Light and dave he slide across the snow and went off the bridge. whitefang had managed to grab hold of a ledge "Hey a little help here" whitefang was hanging on to the leged below was a massive river with jaged rocks at the bottem

James saw whitefang fly past him from nightmares attack, though James could not hear whitefangs cry for help he could tell just by him hanging from the ledge that he needs help, while still maintaining the barrier James concentrates, a hand began to extend from the aura barrier towards whitefang to grab him, the barrier has lost much of its intensity because of this and in fact may collapse

Light could sense the barrier weakening while he kept forming stardust over the bridge's surface. "No, James! I'll go get Fang. Keep your barrier up. David can back me up if that thing gets near me and you can look for an opening."
With that Light lifted Fuuinshin from the ground and swung it over his shoulder. Before really waiting for either of them to reply Light dashed out of the barrier using his enhanced speed. Within blinks of the eye, Light made it over to Fang and reached his hand down to grab Fang's wrist.
"You'll be all right. Let's get you up so we can all come up with a plan."
At that moment Fuuinshin started pulsating as it reacted to something. Light shifted his eyes to the side, wondering what that something was..

Nightmare had appeared to Light's left side as he helped Fang. The creature grinned and cackled as he drew back his arm to thrust Fuuinkai at Light's chest. Countless voices screamed out from Nightmare's blade as it started vibrating rapidly.

David was suddenly at Light's side, arm thrust out at Fuuinkai's tip. The moment they made contact, the voices stopped, due to the gauntlet beginning to absorb the sword's, and Nightmare's, magical energy.
"Poseidon Force." David muttered under his breath. A huge ball of water, about 5 ft. in diameter, appeared in the palm of David's right hand. It would completely engulf Fuuinkai, and Nightmare's arm.
"Diamond Seal." David barked out. 4 talismans formed on the orb of water, on top, bottom, left, and right. They had some strange language written on them. The ball glowed for an eerie moment. Nightmare would now find it impossible to use any magical abilities of Fuuinkai's, or in his currently engulfed arm.
Diamond Seal: 4 turn energy seal/dampener (will reverse "power-ups")

Whitefang took hold of lights hand but also saw David block Nightmares attack, whitefang managed to pull him self back up "cheers dude i o u" whitefang turned to Nightmare "Okay your dead" whitefang ran towards him while dave had hold of his arm and jumped onto nightmares back "fell my pain" as whitefang said this he went to impale Akuma into the back on nightmare
