Ahtel was pleased with the friendly woman and delivered a curtsy, which was more of her personal style. The movement felt awkward since she was not in her formal wear. But Satomi's greeting was welcome and the tension that Ahtel usually carried on her shoulders began to relax. " Thank you for your welcome."
Ahtel rubbed the tip of her right index finger as she loosened to Satomi's proposal and smiled a more genuine smile. " Yes a small spar sounds excellent, I am rusty and need to stretch. As for weapons Ludis will be sufficient for me." Ahtel nodded and took a few steps back she was pleased and confident that Satomi would put her self in place quickly, it had been a very long while since she had fought.
"Please Miss Satomi, would you do the honors."

"If you wish." A slow wave of her hand solved the problem of her attire, now dressed in a different outfit. This one with dark pants looking rather beat up, held up at her hips by a belt. A band of fabric covered her chest, the est of her upper body free of the contrant of fabric. Dekicate hands were encased in gloves that lacked fingers, the ones she always wore. One of the few accessories she had one was a collar around her neck, a small pendant hanging on it. The next moment her hands rose, smoke curling around then and forming her weapons.
In each hand was a tonfa, though a slight variation. At the ends, were long, thin blades attatched. Arms lifitng further, Satomi slipped into a ready stance, hands wrapped around the handles of her weapon. The blade was at ease, pressed up against the skin of her arms. Eyes trailing off, emerald orbs rested on Epithany, nodding a greeting before Satomi's gaze returned to Ahtel. With a smile, the girl kicked off into action.
Darting forward, she removed the distance between the two of them swiftling. Directing her steps to carry her to the right side of the woman, her right arm lifted. Lowering her upper body, Satomi's right elbow came up to strike at Ahtel's side. Whether it struck or not, her momentum cared her past. The young woman turned her body to the side to slide to a stop just two feet behind the other woman. Turning around, she proceed to move towards her again, preparing to strike with her right knee to the lower back.

Waving lightly at Satomi, she watched as the bout began observing her opening attack. Analyzing her attack she mentally put herself in the situation of the other woman. Coming up with a retaliation she smirked wondering what would actually occur in reality. It was not often that she watched a fight with weapons. Most of the fighters seemed to prefer utilizing straight martial arts as well as their physical energies. It was a breath of fresh air.
"This should be interesting..."

((I sleep in all day for the most part because I can't seem to find a good paying job. Finishing school can be so boring at times. So I can understand how you were bored when everyone was at school and what not.))
