 Dart's greeting, to his dismay, was met by harsh, negative resistance, their odd rods firing harsh pellets against his form. Moving a wing to block the projectiles, he could feel the sharpness of their rounds. If he weren't armored, their bullets would do serious damage to him. It became clear that they weren't friendly, at least not to him.
Taking this into account, Dart focused on the energies of his stone within him, calling to the Jade Dragon's power into his sword and gave a great swing, shouting out, "Rose Storm!" And at his call, a great storm of winds blew through the area, hundreds of enchanted rose petals flinging through it.
To the untrained eye, the roses seemed to do little, but as the petals brushed against all possible allies to Dart in his goals, the petals cast an enchantment to protect them from the harshness of combat, making most, if not all, injuries turn into minor scrapes, bruises or cuts, preventing truly lethal results, but this would only last, at best, five minutes. In addition, the strength of the wind had all but extinguished the flames made from the explosion, suffocating the fires from its intensity.
The great gust of wind, unpredictable in origin and in strength, all but completely disarmed the men whom shot at him, sending their weapons high up and away from them. Dart waved his sword once in a very dissmissive manner, as if waving his finger at them, "Enough of that...now...which one of you can tell me where Mr. Wayne is?"

Jason's eyes widened as he saw the winged beast land between them and the soldiers that he just attacked. He slid back down behind the cover next to Firestar and put his legs out in front of him so he could sit slouched against the wooden structure. He breathed deeply and spoke during his exhale. "Ohhhh dear Lord, that's a ******** dragon..."
He looked over his right shoulder and saw a window into the building not too far from them, but they would have to take the chance of being seen in order to move to it. He looked back to his partner and nodded his head toward the window. He whispered very quietly "You need to be right behind me, and I mean RIGHT BEHIND me. Ready?"

 Angelica heard Red Hood's words perfectly, even though her eyes never left the sight of the emerald dragon filling her vision. Firestar's senses were all on edge, and the Jersey native took a moment to steady her nerves to slowly turn her head away from the awe of the dragon to give a faint voice to answer Jason, "Yes... I'll follow right behind you. We're aiming to get in at that part of the manor?"Firestar inclined her red tresses toward the window that Jason indicated, before seemingly trying to look her partner in the eye -- despite the crimson mask that Jason wore.

RC doubled down in pain from the assault that Threshold unleashed on the group. Her hand tingled as she raised it to her temple looking up in grimace to the man. Struggling to stay standing she held on to her temple nearly kneeling to the ground.
She focused on her surroundings as much as she could. Through moments of painful distortion she got moments of clarity, enough to see what was going on around them. She spotted a blown wall, and the rest of the members suffering the same mental wave. Tim was within feet of her and so was Grayson. Almost as if waiting for a weakening she held still, concentrating on darting in that moment. An explosion went off outside on the opposite side of the manor and the assault was weakened severely if not gone. She wasn't fully armed but she pulled out a nitrogen bomb from her pocket, one of two and tossed it to Threshold's feet. As the icy bomb went off it packed a punch that would both knock him off balance and freeze a portion of him to the ground if he didn't move. She quickly jumped towards him and then around darting to avoid being grabbed or attacked and then up to the stairs. RC's adrenaline rush made her almost fly even without her wings speedily up the stairs towards her room."Not this time" she thought to herself.
Grayson tried his best to stay on top of the situation through the mental wave, keeping up much better than RC seemed to. He noticed that he and RC weren't the only ones observing. Tim must have had a plan, and he knew it. He counted on Tim being able to follow along, almost silently to the Batfamily sort of plan that seemed to be going on through looks and gestures. It was obvious that they knew how to passively relay messages on the course of actions they'd all be taking. RC must have wanted to bolt. When the wave stopped he knew, and as soon as she moved he moved with her. Quickly he followed behind her towards the room taking a slightly different route to avoid her bomb and weave to create a bit of distraction.
"Tim!"
He called just to make sure to cue Tim to act. Also he stated it in the "Come on" sort of tone.
Nightmare The Blasphemy I am not sure if you knew this before joining but this is a Marvel DC RP. This is a character from Legend of the Dragoon, a game I grew up with in childhood to high school. I would appreciate if you'd make the character a little different or treated him differently so it wouldn't seem much like your adding Game play and more like a real character to a real world. I think if his abilities were magic based, and his actions were more Human (created on decision and could be flawed) and less robotic that would help a ton to pull him out of the game of Legend of the Dragoon and into being closer to a Marvel DC Original character instead. In the world of Marvel, and even DC characters are more human and their powers and abilities are driven by just using them, calling out spells and directing to specific people. Since this isn't a Turn based PS1 game there is no "Allies/Enemies" concept, no "Damage, effects, abilities, retreat" commands that will somehow "Beat a level". Sure they can have powers, you could say that he saw people who needed help and he cast a spell called Rose petals onto those people that would last a certain length of time. And that is sort of what you did. But who is his allies? Jason certainly isn't a good guy but he isn't helping IO. Kai isn't that good either but she is learning to be with the Batfamily. Alfred is a bystander so how does a gaming effect such as a spell meant for allies work in an online RP? The way you type the character it is as though he is exactly as though he is a puppet. Obeying what you have him do based on 'your' knowledge. Based on the world he's from there is no way of him knowing who was an ally or what was going on. In a Game he would enter attacks it is how he's programmed but as a real person would he really do that? Please take some consideration to what I've written to make the character more like a thinking person than a prop in a game. Thank you.
Side note: A part of god-modding is a character coming to know something or "Sensing" something they couldn't possibly know or sense without outside knowledge "EI YOU". Which is what is kind of radiating off of your character. Please keep this down. There are ways of a character sensing things like danger EI "They notice that there are armed strangers in an area they are covering." not "I noticed that there is a single blade of grass down, which means an armored man is nearby with a team of bad guys which I know are bad cause look at this sad blade of grass" That was very large comparison, and you did not do it that obviously but I made it outrageous to make a point. This character is not you and this universe is new, they will know little to nothing. What they see and learn about is the only knowledge they will have to go on. And nothing else, you cannot use knowledge that you see from outside this character's fourth wall. Skuld HJG Threshold had a nitrogen bomb thrown to him. I don't know if Threshold has anything personal against her from her escape at IO, that is up to you. She's pretty good at picking up enemies. Just with how she is with luck and all. p.s. Rc also wouldn't call this a party... xxsoullessANGELUSxx Maybe Tim will stick with RC and Grayson? I'm thinking this will be the case. Birds of a feather flock together right?

As the sudden splitting headache met everyone in the room, Tim hit his fist to the counter with a sharp clank, rattling the dishes on the surface. In doing so he dropped the plate he was holding into the sink. Through the confusion, Robin managed to realize it wasn't just him experiencing this pain, but every person around him as well. With a shaky hand Tim forced his arm behind his back to grab hold of the collapsed bo-staff hooked to him under his shirt. As he swung the staff around, an explosion from outside sent out a light tremor that was felt throughout the room. This seemed to have been tied to the mental wave, since it then stopped just as abruptly as it had started. With a short look around and a motion that fully extended his staff, Robin darted out of the kitchen and up the stairs, following immediately behind Kai and d**k.
"What the Hell was that."
Tim could think of many ways the whole group was met with the exact same attack, but he had a feeling they would find out exactly what happened very soon.

 Starfire's 'shield' was being ripped apart from the continued sonic assault. It was only a matter of time before the chair was completely destroyed. Kori sensed movement from her friends, but she also saw more armored men starting to swarm in. Star had to give her friends a little more time to.... get to the stairs apparently. Glowing green eyes spy the bat family withdraw up the stairwell. With a yell, the Tamarian warrior princess charged the IO troopers, smashing the chair apart into the lead Black Talon using the sonic weapon. As that man crumples, Koriand'r literally slaps a starbolt across the face plate of a second Black Talon. The second Talon's head snapped sideways from the powered 'b***h-slap' and falls to his knees before landing face first into unconsciousness. Kori's eyes spy Alfred and start waving him toward the stairs, "Go Sir Alfred, go. I'll give you time." .................................  Threshold saw the nitrogen bomb just before it explodes, erecting a force field almost in time. The freezing explosion effectively clips the IO agent. Rolling away from the blast, Matthew did as he had trained himself many many times before. It took a few seconds for the blond mentalist to shake his head clear and begin to assess the situation. The bat family seemed to take to the stairs to escape. They could get up and over their forces to escape. And evil smile took in his features as he sent a mental message out, <They're fleeing up to the second floor. If someone can deal with the Tamarian, I'll take a squad upstairs to round them up. Snipers, be ready for anyone of them attempting to leave,>With that, Threshold and twelve Black Talons ascend another stairwell to hunt Nightwing, Robin and Red Cardinal...

"Starfire, I need you to give me time to suit up."
RC called back to her just before disappearing into the dark upper hallway into the mansion. Kai didn't have much more in the ways of protection or tools than a partially stocked utility belt. If she could reach the rest of her costume, her cape, computer, gloves and boots she could then get down to the Batcave where she could stock and go. There were at least a few vehicles down there, and maybe they could even take one of the bat car relics. It was all a matter of if they could make it or not. There might be a whole Army outside for all she knew but she prayed that it wasn't the case anyways under her breath.
"That mentalist is from IO, he got it that you were my boyfriend Grayson. I didn't think he found out about this place but he must have!"
She relayed to them as they continued to the room. The door flung open and she left it open for d**k and Tim.
"Tim time to get ready to go. Gotham is waiting right?"
Kai quipped a little.Grayson followed and gestured back to Star acknowledging and thanking her for her actions. He stopped at the door and pulled out his two Escrima sticks ready to turn back to help star give them more time.
"Suit up so we can go. No time for makeup and Hair gel you two."
He stressed as he turned his back to the door looking mostly towards both ends of the hall.Rose and Jack were ready to capture these kids. It had been a long time coming but they finally were given more than enough opportunity to take them now. Rose with her Suit bolted into the kitchen and using non-lethal darts hit Alfred and another member by the name of Artemis. She deemed them at first glance to be civilians and so used non-violent methods to take them out. At least these two might end up in jail and not taking IO to court or getting them in trouble with the government anytime soon.Jack Summers Powered into the room and before Starfire could go up the stairs with the rest of the runaways he sent out an electrified rope towards the Tameranian. The rope wrapped around her ankle and sent a powerful almost lightening like shock to the girl. His suit had enough power to do this a few times with the others. As soon as he got this one down he'd be there for the rest. Skuld HJG Grayson Knows that Starfire has the power of the sun Pretty much. And that she holds back A LOT. So for now he's figuring she can handle simple goons and sonic attacks. She could call to him if she needs him or follow them up the stairs if she needs backup.

Tim followed them up to the door and gave d**k a short nod as he passed him. He had a couple smoke pellets and compact explosives on him-- but he didn't know how many people they were up against here. With IO involved as Kai said, it could very easily be too many for them to handle by themselves. Robin spoke hastily before they split to suit up.
"Agreed. Our objectives are to equip and retreat. We can't afford to lose anyone else, so.... we need to stay close to each other."

Starfire screamed in agony from the high voltage coursing through her from Jack's attack from the Titanium Man armor. The Tamarian staggered backwards, stumbling on the bottom step. Laying on the bottom three steps, Kori's convulsions kept her from standing up again. Starfire tried to fire a starbolt at Titanium Man, but missed and hit the chandelier by mistake. Amidst the shower of crystal tears from the structure with wood splinters mixed in, Kori tried to claw her way up the stairs in a vain effort to get away. ................................. Threshold and the squad of Black Talons gained the second floor. Wordlessly, he motioned where he sensed the trio of heroes were, <Suiting up, eh? Let's see about that> Matthew turned toward one of the soldiers with him and mentally spoke to him, <And you .... open the door.>The Black Talons positioned themselves, ready to rush in. The one dubbed by Matthew as a 'door opener' pointed a slug thrower meant to literally knock open the door where Nightwing, Robin, and Red Cardinal are -- and fires.....

Kai in a few short quick moments was fully costumed and her civvies were gone. She wasn't up to any sort of fight at this moment. The shard that was placed near her wrist at IO did enough damage to her to make her weakened enough. Her wrist still was a bit grayish in color and looked like it had been deeply scarred almost to her carpel tunnel in a diamond like shape. It was fully covered by her cloves and computer now and she looked to Grayson.
"We need to help other's get out. Are you ready Tim?"
She looked to Tim, hoping he was ready. Her hand reached to her belt which was now properly placed around her waist and plucked some smoke pellets out of pouch. "You aren't getting us this time." She thought, directing it towards the mentalist in an almost self note. Sometimes Kai did this to non-mentalists regardless of if they heard or not because she was the kind to quip back but this situation she knew he might hear but didn't care.
Grayson stood back from the door. Prepared to defend and distract for Tim and Kai's sake. Kai joined his side at the door. Just then, which felt like only seconds after entering the room the door was blown open. Grayson and Kai retreated much further back from the door now in a defensive position.
"Time's up."

"As ready as I'm going to be."
Robin spent more time stalking first considering the circumstances, so he had a full belt but just chest armor under his civvies, along with gloves and an eye mask. Aside from a mask, belt and armor he didn't have the rest of his suit on hand... a factor he managed to miff up involving his groggy wake up this morning. Hope Batman doesn't find out about that- At least he wouldn't be caught with minimal supplies at hand.
When the door blew, Tim already had his staff in hand. He stood next to the other two, ready for combat.
"Remember- we're not here to fight them all, but to get away in one piece..-"

Jason nodded, responding to Firestar's question. He hopped to his feet but stayed in a crouched position. He took one last look at the commotion behind him, made a large exhale to keep his psyche on his mind. He looked back at his partner, and then at the window. Very quickly, he jumped up and out from behind the cover, darting towards the window into Wayne Manor. In one quick motion, he leaped, hands and head first, diving towards the window. He balled up his fists and placed his forearms in front of his head as he broke through the glass and entered the building. He tucked his head and rolled on the floor and speedily was back on his feet. He looked back to see if his partner had followed his instructions.

In defense Kai quickly threw down some smoke pellets and tapped her mask to an x-ray mode that allowed her to see clearly in the smoke. Not that they weren't trained to remember and work with their surroundings anyway. She reached for Grayson and Tim taking their hands.
"Come with me. I've got a plan"
She added taking them with her and fazing them through the wall nearest the kitchen to try and cut back to Starfire and the others. "We need to get the other's and go.". And like that they were out of the room.
Grayson was prepared for Kai to act and went along with her through the wall. He'd remembered the strange snug feeling as he was pulled through the wall as Kai had done many times before. When he knew he was out of the wall's other side he let go of Kai and ran for the nearest door. There he could cut his way back. He was sure that it was Kai's plan to reunite with the others and if so it was a good one. Starfire might need help but she could also cover them and make the team feel a little more complete and a lot more successful in escape.
Downstairs Jack Summers pulled back on the rope recoiling it back into his armor suit. He walked towards the Tamerianian pulling out a bow-staff from his suit that was electrically charged to give her a final blow.
"We don't want to kill you or your friends. So make this easy on us."
He demanded to the girl, and her feeble attempt to escape up the stairs.
Rose Summers ran up next to Jack Summer's looking down at the girl.
"Do you need help dear?"
She asked in a teasing sort of way towards Jack.

Firestar saw Jason take off for the mansion. Taking a moment to observe Jason's progress toward the mansion, Angelica was also looking to see if anyone was paying attention. The I.O. troopers seemed concentrated solely on the winged.... man, Wow, I thought there was a... oh well.Firestar heard the window shatter, and green eyes dart back and spy Jason's entrance into the manor. Concentrating on her power, the fiery mutant flew from cover very close to the ground -- so as to not draw attention from the assaulting troopers. Let them be focused on.... fleeing from the winged armored dude. Yeah. "Pheh...," Firestar flew so close to the ground, she was practically eating grass. Swiftly, the low-flying redhead enters the same window that Jason gained entry, taking cover from behind a love seat. Glancing around, Firestar saw Jason near her -- but both heard sounds of battle inside the manor. ........................... Up on the second floor, the door had been blown open and six armed Black Talons with light armor swarm in firing in different points -- like a tactical strike. Unfortunately for them, only one shot would be close to hitting the trio of heroes ready for a fight. Threshold held back behind his troops and concentrated to get an accurate fix on where Nightwing, Robin and RC was. Then, Matthew made a strong psychic attack on all three of them..... And then, realized that the trio phased through the floor. Threshold rolled his one good eye before stating to the squad with him, "There phased back down stairs. Move it!"Not waiting for the troopers, Matthew used his telekinesis to fly back downstairs to hunt down the teens. Reaching out with his telepathy, Threshold smiles evilly, MahoHaku I just realized that you posted 3 min before I did ... so edit
