Abilities: great athletic ability, including great skills in acrobatics, and hand to hand combat. Along with those skills she earned she also is able to hack computers and is very good with technology. Her intelligence is enough to rival that of Tim Drake. She is bilingual and excellent at strategy. Of her natural abilities she has an unusually strong will power and amazing control over her aura.
Languages: She knows Latin, Russian, German, French, English **old, knew and accents**, Spanish, Cantonese, Manderin, Japanese, Gaelic, and can mimic several species of birds. She is most fluent in the first 6 languages.
Powers: Intangibility (By displacing Energy and matter), slight levitation causing her to be very light on her feet at will, flight with wings, inhuman healing abilities that she can apply to herself and others. Her powers are magic based.
Weapons/Gadgets: grappling hooks, bolas, mini smoke and light pellets, explosives, communication devices, lockpicks, tracers, drives, handcuffs, and shurikens.
Weaknesses - White tourmaline, causes her powers to weaken greatly and slows her movements. dark blue Indicolite causes her to faint or become unconscious. Because her powers are magic based her powers can be weakened or stopped by other magic users such as Zatanna, Raven, and Jason Blood. Crystals with magic like qualities, spells and curses have the most effect on her other than plain brutal force or ordinary weapons such as guns and knives. She has weak shoulders to do an injury she gained as a teen. She also cannot fly through small spaces and has limitations on speed during flying because she uses wings instead of hovers like other heroes such as Superman, Starfire, Superboy, or Captain Marvel. Condensed metal such as Carbonized steal, and compressed stainless steal are much more difficult if not impossible for her to go through intangibly.
Bio: Kai Summers was born to two Scientists, Rose and Jack Summers, and her parents treated her as a pupil up to a certain age where her powers became apparent at which she then became subject to tests. At 11 years old she was finally able to escape her parents Lab, breaking any control they had over her and finally having freedom for the first time in her life. For the next 6 years of her life she traveled the world from Russia to South America using her powers and skills to get by and the training that came with the testing as a young child.
She became Red Cardinal at 17 years old, when she first came across Batman and Robin [Tim Drake]. She was able to successfully follow Robin to his home in a lower part of Gotham where she discovered his secret identity as Tim. In a few short months she was able to figure out Bruce's identity as well. From that point it was almost assured that she had to join the Batfamily. After another few months of convincing Bruce to allow her to join she was finally able to work with them. From that point Bruce began training her, along with teaching her strategy. Tim began teaching her how to tamper with technology, hack systems, and collect data.
She learned a great deal from the two of them. Others from Gotham that she also learned a great deal from was Grayson, and Oracle. She left for one year when she turned 18 to train herself. She came back 19, now improved on her technological, physical, and battle skills. Unfortunately around that time Cadmus started back up again now in the public eye. They began their assault by framing young heroes for serious crimes including Red Cardinal who at the time wasn't even completely back to being a vigilante. She just got a Cat named Danny who protected her on her travels and she hadn't even seen all the friends she missed for so long.
Cadmus arrested her on several occasions till the league was able to collect evidence to prove all the young heroes innocence and restore their reputation. During one of the times of arrest however she there was an incident where she encountered the League of Injustice due to a fault of Cadmus during her prisoner exchange. She faced Bane whom she once saved ,with her Conner and Tim, from her scientist parents who catch criminals to do illegal biological testing. She also had to face the new Captain Boomerang. In an effort to escape she was captured by bane who broke both her wings and dislocated both her shoulders. Since that point she has never completely healed.
After Cadmus and the League of Injustice, that was lead by Lex Luther ,was stopped, Kai began intensive training after her healing process. She trained with Shiyera [Hawk Girl] and Black Canary again to regain her strength. It wasn't until a few long months of healing and training at the Watch Tower before she could finally return to earth.
She became great friends with Jackie Allen[Flash Girl], Bart Allen[Kid Flash], Wally West [Flash], J'onn, Cassie, Conner Kent, Garfield Logan, Tim Drake, and Grayson.

Other powers: Powers she uses very little if never since her last few reincarnations is the ability to take souls and effect them as well as effect others aura with her own. Since her current powers and immortality is based off the many souls she already has with every incarnation she uses one of the souls.
