Achiu didn't have much time to react as he tried to sidle close to Lura to take some of her load. She soon took a tumble and he had just seconds to react. He tucked his wings and dove after her.
He watched to see if Calypso would be able to fly on his own, but his injured wing was too much for the young one, so Achiu caught him. "Hold on, we're going in."
He wasn't sure he could do much for Lura, but he could try to get the humans before the crash. He tried to maneuver over the top of Lura so that he could hopefully get a hold of the comatose Kai. "Lura, try to steady out...."

Lura flapped her wings in long, powerful beats so as to straighten. She then waited for her passengers to transfer and as soon as they did she again wavered. The cliffs were fast approaching now and she threw her tail forward and opened her wings to slow down.
Achiu! Get the others to the top, worry about me later!
She called and though she tried, her momentum carried her into the side of the cliff where she hit hard. Clinging desperately to the rocks, she fought to regain the wind that had been knocked from her and caused her to go into a coughing fit once again.
I'm... ok!
She called to the green.
Calypso could only watch in horror as Lura crashed into the cliffside. He squirmed and let out a small roar of distress.
She'll fall! We gotta save her!

Upon hearing a loud roar and seeing a huge white dragon falter in the sky, Nari raced over to a break in the woods near the cliffs and across the river, catching a glimpse of her lovely Kai being held captive by the white dragon-rider and targeted by a green dragon. "Oh, no you don't...Kai belongs to me you giant bugger..." she said as he tied a thin but sturdy line to an arrow and shot with perfect aim seeing as long distance moving targets were her favorite thing, piercing Kai's belt and coat and pulled him away from the dragons into the nearby river, then to the shore and cradled him in her arms. "I finally got you back.. those flying lizards will pay for taking you.." She cooed as she got the arrow out of his clothing and started to drag him into the trees for cover.

Lura was shocked as Kai was suddenly pulled from the air and towards the ground.
What on earth?! Who-
She had craned her neck around to see what was going on and her claws slipped from the rocks.
Scrabbling frantically, she gouged deep marks in the rock as she slid but could find no purchase. Crashing to the ground, she was saved only by the scrambling she had done but she coughed violently and then lay still. She had no more strength to rise nor did she want to.
She lay in the soft dirt and tilted her head just enough to see what Achiu was doing. She was at the mercy of any humans that were around.

Lillia gritted her teeth when the electrical current got sent through her. She stopped the tazer and while the he seemed to be distracted the men that were near shot at Max after surrounding both him an Lillia.
Myia looked at Lura and panicked. "Lura!" She got to her feet. "What the hell? Kai!" She was so confused at the moment, but she went to Lura even though she knew she could get hurt. "Lura! Lura! Are you okay!" She called out as she made her way to her.

((In response to Max's post, we decided it would be more dramatic if Max was left behind. Also it was my mistake because Lura forgot to pick him up.))
Lura shifted slightly to look at Myia.
Yes... I'll live.
She wheezed but she still lay motionless as possible. Her body throbbed all over and she felt like if she moved, something would break.

(Ok, I'm going to make a couple of minor assumptions here, going off what's already been posted.)
Things were happening almost too fast for Achiu to keep up with. He nearly was able to get Myia, but was a little too late. But everything worked out when she managed to land on the cliff that Lura missed.
He was just about go in to get Kai when an arrow came firing out of nowhere, snagged in the boy's clothes, then yanked the boy flying into the air.
Seeing that Myia and Lura were alright for the moment, Achiu took off after the boy. "Stay put and be careful!" he called over his shoulder.
Letting all of his rage and frustration build up in his core, he forced it all out in one mighty, earth shaking roar. When he was within earshot of the woman who had kidnapped Kai, he cried out with a voice like thunder. "I will not let my friend be taken by you filthy scientists!! I will see you all dead first!" He circled the clearing, looking for a way to get the girl and Kai separated so that he could either rescue him, take her out, or both without causing any harm to the boy.

Lura heard the green's roar and finally she raised her head and neck, watching as Achiu dive bombed the forested area where Kai had fallen.
Are the scientists really so persistent? Though... that arrow was shot far too skillfully to be a scientist.
She thought back to Kai's words about nomad humans leaving him behind.
It must be a member of his clan!
Lura tried to struggle to a stand but her legs gave out and she panted hard as her lungs burned.

"Thank you." She said as she headed away from the area. Now all they needed was the herbs. Though her wing hurt Samatha flew through the sky quickly. Once reaching the forest again she went down and landed. She then began to search the area and found the herbs, but her things she had hidden in the base of a tree as well. Gathering up the herds she placed it on her dress and rapped them up. Then grabbing the dress and her rabbit she made her way back to the skies.

Nari stood over Kai and readied an arrow when she saw the dragon coming, flinching a little when he roared but she kept her ground and moved so she stood between the dragon and Kai, "Open your eyes scaly, I'm no scientist....and I'm not about to hand over MY boyfriend to some pea-brained talking lizard!" She shot a steel-tipped arrow at Aichu's throat as she finished talking.
Kai lay there asleep, not a clue of what was going on... his side wound had reopened during the fight and blood had started to slowly seep through the bandages.
Eclipse looked as Aichu went back then kept his attention on Samantha as he landed and gathered what was needed. While he was waiting he heard bits of shouting from the others, which made him keep a rumbling growl in his chest as he slowly circled above the earth-dragon. Eclipse drew closer to her when the young one came above the treeline again.

Swinging her head around to face Myia, her ice blue eyes burned as she fought to move.
Myia, we must convince Achiu not to attack that human.
She said urgently and growled loudly as she again struggled to rise.

Yuran watched as the fire came forth, and again tucked himself tightly against Eclipse's back, not wanting to get hit incase there was another that the black dragon did not see or hear.
Maximillion felt such relieve when the current was shut off. However, at the moment that he heard one of the men's guns about to fire, he quickly ducked down, bringing Lillia with him as a bullet whizzed right by where her head was. "Seems to me like they don't have much for aim." He said, before taking firm hold of her with his left hand, his right hand opened around her throat threateningly. "Now tell them t-to back down..." The stammering was not because of fear, but rather a slip of his mouth.

Myia looked at Lura and nodded her head. "Okay!" She ran after Achiu. "Achiu! Leave her alone! She maybe be part of Kai's tribe!" She yelled. "Stop okay! leave her be!"
Lillia frowned deeply. "Hell no." She looked at her men. "Fire at him with all you got. I don't care if one hits me just get him!" She glared at him. "I will do anything to get what I want, brat."

Max quickly rolled forwards with Lillia still in his grip before he stood up, using the strength in his right arm to lift her up suddenly as he put her in between him and the men. "Normally, I'd frown greatly at treating a lady this way. But in my eyes, you're no lady..." He said, backing up with her so the men could not shoot at him without riddling the woman with bullets. "Now you have a choice, again, tell them to back off and let me talk for five minutes or I won't hesitated to use you as my personal shield!" Something was settling in now, but he wouldn't let it show, not now of all times. He needed time for the others to get back, and he would try and buy it as much as possible...
