Torment stroked a beard that wasn't there, pondering her title for a moment, "I find it odd, you deal in Time and Space, where I am born from one who was destined to become the ruler of all Time, and I, myself, alter the space around us, though not what lies in the heavens above."

He only now glanced to Psy, "What the hell kind of name is Psy, if I've heard miss Epithany correctly?" At Psy's inspection of the orb (if I'm reading that right >.<) the face of a man much similar to Torment flashed just off the surface, hair of purple and eyes of the deepest green. Torment held out a hand to Psy, "Don't get him mad or you'll get that Spoar you're looking for, but he won't hold back like most would. He might actually kill you." It was a lie, but neither Tor nor Shar liked people staring at them when not Of the Flesh.

((I believe the consencus of noob is an individual who incapable of stating an idea beyond. *walks in* Furthermore many deem it necessary only to write in short hand. I suppose such ideas are elitist but it doesn't take much effort to write out something beyond that.))

Frowning at Psy she sighed inwardly.

"I suppose I am being a bit hypocritical, but as equal I believe a person should be capable of acknowledging anothers wishes. I have no problem with engaging in combat with someone who I deem as a friend. I find you an interesting individual who does not hold many of the same customs as I and many others do. Thus I should be more patient and compromise beyond my own wishes. Only whe we can compromise on what we want can we truly be equals."

Sighing she returned her attention to Torment.

"I'm sorry...I just had to get alot of that off my chest. I reply to your statement, I chose the lens of time/space in order to allot myself a greater degree of leeway in my studies of the magical arts. I suppose my further designation as a mage would be more or so a quantum mage as I deal with different particle alignment in a given space. Thus I delve into dimensional magics, force infusions as well as time fabric itself. I don't tend to focus entirely on any of those areas, thus I don't feel boxed into any area of study."

Finding the long forgotten glass of drink she had poured for herself earlier she took a sip.

Torment smirked, "Ignorance must surely be bliss. You've never met the weapons born of the Soul Forge. I could give you a demonstration if you're bored, sir." Regardless of Psy's answer, Torment obvious wasn't in a listening mood. His palm began to glow slightly, and a moment later a length of chain burst forth in an effort to blindside Psy. The crimson orb that was Shar was almost buzzing in excitement.

Tor turned his attention away from Psy, but that didn't mean he wasn't still concentrating on him, Shar was watching. Always watching. "I too try to expand on as many areas as I can. My status as an Archmagi should be evidence as to that end. I believe versatility can rule over brute force, as Shar learned in our fight so long ago. Though Deception and Change, aye, they rule this world of today. Truth is relative, and when you control that relativity, you control the world."

Psy mumbled to Epithany "had you told me more firmly and straight forward perhaps I would have..." Psy Dropped low to the ground and lunged at the man in an upward motion in an attempt to uppercut the mans armpit with Psy's elbow. Simultaneaously, Psy's other hand reached for the mixed metal fan in his pocket. He assumed Epithany would find a a way to think less of him because of his actions... Perhaps he should send something her way... Or the orbs way.
