Lucas winced as he could smell the blood keenly. Lucas Belladonna... and, he started before he barely held back a cry of pain, the sound escaping as a groan as he tried and failed again to stand. I'm Mairi Uzumaki... our... family... died... a few nights ago in a severe storm when our boat went down though we found Lucas pinned down by the rowboat after a rogue wave quite literally dragged us ashore... quite painfully, I might add, Mairi commented with a wince. -------- (OOC: Abri Grêle Marketplace)

Lucas grimaced as he doubted he'd ever been to a doctor. We don't have any money to pay for a doctor, he said with a wince. He's right. We lost pretty much everything... hell, even the clothes we have are borrowed, and we have no idea where the nearest doctor is, Mairi commented with a wince. -------- (OOC: Abri Grêle Marketplace)

Lucas was breathing hard, blocking out the pain by force of will. What would you get out of it? he said suspiciously with a grimace. Sorry, we've spent the past.... ten years or so on a boat, only going onshore somewhere for maybe.... four or five weeks a year? Mairi, I'm a school teacher not a doctor but I keep a first aid kit in the trunk of my car, could you please go and get it? It won't be much but it may slow down the Lucas' pain. Pyhrra says this to Mairi.

Lucas grimaced, still breathing hard. Our parents never said why they... stayed moving, but it was... strange. It was like whoever it was could track them if they stayed in one place too long. Now... they can't really move anymore, he said softly, wincing at her concerned tone as he looked away, towards the ocean behind the resort... where the large sailboat had been. Right, and let her help, you stubborn a**, Mairi commented with a determined look, shooting a warning look at her adoptive brother before she paused. It's in the parking lot, I'll unlock the trunk so you get the first aid kit out. Once you have it, bring it to me. Pyhrra says this to Mairi then pushes a button on her keys to unlock the trunk to her car.

Mairi sensed the electrical resonance and darted off quickly, unknowingly moving faster than most sprinters. Stubborn... she makes mules look generous sometimes, he said softly, sighing softly. Ahh... there it is, Mairi said softly before she grabbed the black case with the red cross on it before she darted back, having left her sandals behind when she took off. Now hold still, Lucas. Pyhrra says this as she applies the First aid on Lucas after applying the first aid on where it hurts Lucas, Pyhrra gave Mairi the first aid back then picked up Lucas. Thank you, Mariri. You can put the first aid kit back in the car then I'll lock the turnk. How would you feel if I took you and Lucas into my care? It would be just plain awful to see you get hurt the same way as Lucas did. Pyhrra says this to Mairi.

Mairi's eyes widened slightly, startled, though she could tell while the kit did help his pain, he was still hurting. Take us into your care? What does that mean? he said softly, still breathing a bit hard, but not as harshly as before, though he was confused why she was helping him stand. She means... well... adoption, I think, but I can't be certain, Mairi said softly, unsure, though after she'd heard the Pyhrra mention 'took you and Lucas into my care' she didn't really catch the rest as she darted back to the vehicle, slipping the first aid kit back into its original place. -------- (OOC: Abri Grêle Marketplace)

Everything will be okay, Lucas. You'll be okay once we have a doctor take a look at you. Pyhrra says this as she opens the car door, sets Lucas down and buckles him up then closes the door & gets inside then waits for Mairi.

Mairi slid into the car, noticing how Lucas was grimacing as if in pain. I don't remember ever seeing a doctor, honestly, he said softly, breathing hard. Mairi was troubled as she did and had known that, though she had a bad feeling deep in her gut. -------- (OOC: Abri Grêle Marketplace)
