the evacuation in the streets was Kazurai, Igarashi, Mariko, Haituro and Myurai. Was there something wrong with the post format? O_o

I may have missed the timestamps on the messages, but a large part of what I did see seemed altogether disconnected. I will ask that from this point on when you do a mission like this that you put a mission spoiler in, as well as a quote list of everyone who is taking part in the mission. I would ask, as well that you not do all posts for evacuation in a single message but So did give permission before. Though I feel a review of posting rules for A+ missions may be in order.
