Masaru was close enough to the man that he was able to hear an almost inaudible "Preston!" Before his neck cleanly snapped. Interestingly enough, as he layed their, his armor simply faded away out of existance. Revealing an open set of eyes, a cold and frozen face of fear and horror in his last moments. [10ac]
The other people would not be so unfortunate. Many of the guards on watch and overlook moved to get a better positioning. the man at the front door threw a kunai up to the building, and it would explode creating a point of singularity, creating a pull to that single point. at the same time, another kunai would be thrown up there as one of the guards moved closer, erupting in a powerful force of wind that threatened to tear the uchiha apart and obliterate him. on an opposin roof, the man waitied patiently for his chance...if the kid was alive, eh woudlnt be any more
『 The Uchiha would silently say 's**t..' to himself when he heard the man's neck snap cleanly. Kneeling down next to the body the male would watch the armor fade away from existence before studying the features of the man as best as he could in this limited light. "Rest in peace; your bravery to attack Konoha will not go unnoticed.." It was then that there would be an explosion at the edge of the roof of the building. It would seem that they had seen him. Oh well, this did make it more difficult however for he favored a sneaky approach. To create a distraction, the male picked up the body and threw it off the roof towards the hospital before making a small leap backward, and it would seem that luck was on his side because the kunai would hit the body instead of near the Uchiha. It seemed that luck was a double-edged sword however as it didn't deflect all of the powerful winds, a few reaching the males face and cutting into his the skin of his face. Ooh.. that would leave scars. The now pissed off Uchiha quickly attempted to scan the other rooftops through a partially bloody vision and would notice a man staring at him not far away. Suddenly and overwhelming amount of knowledge flooded the male's mind as it seem his clone has dispersed after training. With an angry shout, the male would slash through the air with his arm and as if on que, there would be a quick flash of 'sparks' that rushed towards the male before the area lit up with light, en explosion equal to 3 explosive tags going off at once. Increase your gained ac for last kill by 10 (now equal to 20ac) the number has just been adjusted
Masaru's quick reflexis and creative thinking would save him from the singularity affect of the explosive launched, although this lead him square into a Wind explosion, albeit his distance gave him a reduced damage affect. the "sparks" of the uchiha would score a direct hit as the soldier activated his weapon, causing a brief moment of lack of visibility and slightly moving his aim. when the Uchiha's attack was supposed to strike the warrior, a blue green barrier would appear the man, then quickly fade from existence. The single kunai that the soldier launched would travel 3x the speed, and have nearly 100% accuracy. The uchiha's technique would save a "between the eyes" shot to be aimed for the left shoulder girdle or pectoral muscle. The solder swore into his helmet for the mistake, and squeezed out 2 more bursts of 5 kunai each, the piercing effect of the lightning element adding to their penetration damage. the bursts where a little wider then a marksmen would use, simply to make up for the possibility of this ninja for dodging. he did just assassinate one of the squad ******** preston.....too bad he wouldn't get home
Down below, two more kunai came flying up, and would detonate with two powerful wind explosions, causing even the buildings roof to gave in partially. The soldier standing at the front door would hurry inside the hospital building. They had to finish quickly.

On the next post, burning even more energy, the user releases a single shot super powered shot with great accuracy, with the ability to pierce medium armor. • Costs 10 energy the first post to super charge, being the only activation that one can do in that post. One the second post burning 20 energy, the shot counts as a single activation, and the kunai launched is equal to Nadeshiko-Style Deep Crimson Dance Performance, meaning the kunai speed is tripled and the accuracy is 100%.
『 Masaru would squint the only eye that was open at the moment as the explosion went off, trying to see better and not loose sight of his target. However, there would be a different sound that was mixed in with the explosion but the Uchiha couldn't quite figure out quite what. However, only a split second after hearing it, the male would get impaled in the left pectoral by a kunai that sunk deep within his body, piercing his lung and knocking the wind out of the male. The initial force however caused him to get knocked off his feet and he could feel himself falling but was seemingly powerless to help himself. Was this it? Was this his end? All that effort, all that training, was it all to waste? *Insert epic black and white slowmo of Masaru falling off like a five story building with blood filling the air.* As his seemingly limp body neared the ground he flared his chakra and vanished right into the ground as if it was some sort of magic trick. The male would 'swim' through the earth a little ways away before sliding out of the ground in a dark street a decent ways away from the hospital. Slowly with a shaky hand the male would reach up and pull the kunai from his chest before tossing it to the ground, coughing up a little handful of blood directly after. Bracing his arm against the wall, the weakened Uchiha stumbled to his feet at a slow pace before gritting his teeth and applying chakra to his legs before mustering almost the last bit of his strength to leap from wall to wall until he made it to the top of the building and found himself stumbling forward until he fell against a wall, taking deep breaths as he winced in pain. Sluggishly making his way over to the corner of the stairwell wall, he would peer around the corner to glance at the hospital. With a grimace, he would push himself off the wall and slowly make his way to the edge of the roof. With another grunt gather of chakra in the legs, the male would flip himself backward into the air, putting a hard strain on his body. Masaru slashed his arm fiercely through the air as if pulling his katana from it's sheathe. As his arm cut through the air, a flaming substance would build up beside the male and slowly take the form of a massive arrow. As his arm came to a stop the arrow would launch itself through the air and soar towards the Hospital before impacting the the roof and crashing down to the bottom floor. Seconds later there would a bright flash of light with a ferocious shock-wave directly after; dust and debris, wood and glass along with chunks of rock erupted out in all directions as the result of the explosion, the power behind the attack easily capable of defacing a cliff. Landing in the streets somewhat gracefully before collapsing to his knees, the male would form a tiger seal half assed with his one good arm as he tried to control his breathing. Blood and tears stained his face as they continued to roll down it. Masaru had potentially just killed innocent civilians that could have been in that hospital and that put a hurting on his dignity, pride, moral, everything; it just didn't sit right. *little did he know, the hospital was empty aside from the baddies* However, that wasn't the only thing. From his dire mental stress and the closest to death he had ever been earlier, it seemed his bloodline had reacted and awoken itself. The male's usual onyx eye was replaced with a burning crimson iris outlined by black, and a single tomoe resting on that outline. Forcing chakra throughout his body, the Uchiha would vanish. ✘Kaiseken, essentially, is an attack that causes an intense explosion by transferring all heat from the user’s hand into the object it makes contact with. From the outside, it looks like the flame enveloping the user’s hand is also enveloping the object in question and it is the force of the punch that causes the explosion. If this were the case, this technique would clearly be much more Taijutsu-oriented than Ninjutsu. But it’s not so simple, really. There are obvious drawbacks to this transfer of Chakra-gone-flame, such as being so close to explosion itself. The UHV had grossly underestimated the resolve of the ninja defending his village. while they knew they would go to great lengths, attacking a structural point on their own complex to trap/attack/disable/kill several of the units inside was a bold move. Was it because Johan had actually injured the unit? This had to be reported back.
As the roof came caving down, two of the "different armor" soliders (not at comp for link, will update/edit when I am) came busting out of the first story windows with a proper roll, and met up with the guard soldier who had injured the ninja. One of the different armors psoke with authority and command to the other 2.
"Most of the team is down, or too injured to continue. We have done our part, and it is time to get back and report. Lets insure nothing is left..."
"But Dom....sir....cant we get back inside and pull them out?"
"They are stuck under 30 tons of rubble Badger One-One, and you have to recognize the reality of the situation: they are either dead or dying, and we cannot allow anything to fall into the hands of the ninja. Blow it. We make for the fields, and call for an extract."
Standing a little taller, the two replied.
"Yes sir"
They moved, seemingly sprinting at a much faster pace then a normal person would, making their way for their EZ.
Shiorei arrived looking around at the ruins that use to be Konoha's great Hospital. He saw the destruction and sighed as he body could remember the sheer exhaustion it felt the last time he did this. He set his things down this time taking off his shirt before preparing for the feet.
Much like the last time he began cracking his knuckles. He was going to need help if he was going to erect a hospital from the basement up. His last attempt gave him a good idea of what he needed to do. He brought his hands together as he summoned his ever faithful companions Number 1-3 again. There was a puff of smoke as his Shadow Clones appeared.
He looked at his self made squad but an knew he was going to need help. He brought his hands together causing 4 wood clones to bud off his person as his shadow clones looked on. He then began pointing at them one at a time. "8, 9, 10, and 11." He named each. "You guys take up formation to make the four directions . We'll get in position around each of you like last time. When we start to raise the walls merge and you know what to do."
They all took up formation as they brought their hands together Molding their Chakra. Shiorei and the Shadow Clones began lowering the foundations. The roots began wiggle through rubble creating an outline. They bushed again crushing up left over rubble and smoothing out the stones in place.
They pushed again causing the roots to release a powerful adhesive to bind the stone foundation leaving room for pipes. He was a mokuton user and not a plumber after all or an electrion. Shiorei could feel the sweat forming from his brow as they made a collective effort was beginning to bear fruit. He had a confident grin as it wasn't his first structure.
They then untangled their fingers and then clapped causing the first series of walls to raise up. They held them in place as the Mokuton clones merged into the walls and began to cement the walls into place making sure to give them enough thickness to insulate against the cold and to provide sound proofing for the more vocal patients.
They began to pull together raising the next level then another putting the building at two stories. The structure covered more square footage than the last but the fundamentals were the same. Everything was progressing much smoother than before. The collective experience of the last time gave all the clones a better level of their situation awareness allowing for fewer mistakes to be made.
They rose the last floor making for a total of four floors, three above ground. They clapped their hands as they formed the seal again repeating the growth, smoothing, and cementing process till the hospital stood again. As they completed all the shadow clones again dispelled as he sat down to catch his breath. Nothing was every quite that easy but he looked at his handy work with pride.
He decided to lie down for a second before he finally tried to visit the Hokage. Word had it that there was a change of power in the air. Whether it occurred yet. He was unsure. Again he chose to leave his clones behind in the wood to aid with the last bit of repairs that were required.

Shiorei sat back for a moment. He didn't rant to get up just yet but his iron will prevented him from staying still. He got up, put on his shirt, coat, and scarf then prepared for his next trip. He had important business to attend to. He had neglected to inform officials of his arrival. He had to acquire a headband and notify people that there are sorta homes and a hospital.

Doku arrived at the hospital with 7 other clones, each pair carrying an injured shinobi on a makeshift stretcher. Doku looked around until he found Shikatsu. Quickly he went over to him and spoke " Where do you want the injured???" he asked as he looked at him awaiting instruction, he nervously looked about and spoke again " Also... this one and that one both have head minor head trauma's... The Hokage suggested I knock them unconscious..." he said calmly as he motioned to the survivor in his stretcher and another one. Both had fairly dark bruises beginning to form on their foreheads, obviously from Doku hitting them. He wasn't pleased about it, but the Hokage had suggested it, and that way at least they wouldn't have to suffer Doku's clumsy trip to the hospital.

Shikatsu listened to him and looked at the bodies. He pointed to a ruble free clearing. "Set them all there. Gently if you don't mind. And as for knocking them out, i wished you hadn't. Even if his orders were so, you could have just made a mistake and cost them their lives. Just hope there ok." He said as he wen to the clearing and did a few hand signs. " Kuchiyose: Eiseimono [ Summon: Medical Tools ]!" He said, slamming his hand to the ground. A bunch of medical tools appeared in front of him.
"Your life is to short, so don't go throwing it away so easily."

Doku went and set the bodies down as being instructed, as he began to do so his clones quickly started vanish as each one gently deposited their load. Doku heard his words and spoke " I am with you, I didn't think it was the best idea, but I am sorry, I only did as the Hokage instructed." he said calmly as he looked at Shikatsu. Doku felt like it was a bad idea, but then again, he wasn't a medical shinobi, and so he didn't really feel confident enough to be going completely against the Hokage's word. Looking at Shikatsu he spoke " How many bodies should I bring back, and where would you want those??" he asked, Doku would really be of no more use. His medical jutsu skills were nonexistent and he really would just be getting in the way.

Shikatsu began medical examination on the people, tending to them one at a time starting with the most injured. "It's alright. It's not easy to make choices like this in a hurry. I don't blame you for what you did. As far as bodies, as many as you an. Also, look for Noctis Shinsetsu, the previous hokage. He will be a big help here. Now go, and hurry!" He said, his voice never more serious then it was now. He finished up on one person, slight concussion and broken bones. He wished he knew more medical ninja in the village.

Arriving outside of the hospital in a swirl of leaves the clone gave a raise of it's eyebrow, realizing it just added more to the mission at hand. Grumbling to itself the clone of Kansuke removed a small bag from it's pocket, opening it up before beginning to scoop up leaves here and there. it was a simple task but definitely one that would benefit the village as a whole. The danger of accidentally catching something on fire due to a leaf being there was a dumb but still easy way to cause damage. Moving to a different area to continue picking up the leaves the clone gave a low sigh of annoyance. It of course got the short end of the stick with the missions. Instead of picking up ninja tools or helping with construction it was stuck picking up leaves. Shaking it's head in annoyance the clone bent over, picking up another pile of the dried up leaves. it was almost done with this small area thankfully, and when it was done here it could return. With that thought in mind the clone scooped up the last bit of leaves, stuffing them in it's bag before dissapearing in a burst of speed towards the mission board.

Doku nodded and calmly left from the area. As he began to move away from the hospital he created a clone and sent it in search of Noctis as he headed towards the battleground to collect some dead bodies. Doku needed to bring as many back as he could.
