And as for a denied banner, while I would probably get a lot of use out of it, would it be right to crush people's dreams like that with a giant sign that says "Denied"?

NO. Lance must first get the wolves, and then you must find him in the RP and get him to show you the way to Fields of Ookami. Boss takes Jounin level chakra, and anything else is chuunin unless specifically stated otherwise. Summon specialists can take one rank of chakra off for each level of summon (Jounin costs chuunin, Chuunin costs Genin)

Born of the Hatake Clan, Hiashi was the only child in as many generations as could be remembered who did not have the signature silverish/white hair of the clan. Growing up, his peers often mocked him for it, but the taunts only worked to steel his resolve and prove himself at a young age. Always fiercely determined to be the best, his father gave him a picture at a young age, one which portrayed one of the greatest Hatake to ever live, Hatake Kaskashi, the Copy Ninja. Fiercely determined to be the best, Hiashi quickly began to train hard, striving to surpass his idol and become renowned not only amongst his clan, but also within his village, and within the ninja world as Kakashi was.
Having grown up as a Hatake, Hiashi found that he had a natural affinity for speed and cultivated it, fusing it with his determination to be a great fighter. Having trained for hours on end in the areas of stamina, speed, and Taijutsu, Hiashi is a very well conditioned young man and is incredibly quick in a fight. Coupled with his clan's signature white chakra, Hiashi has become a deadly force, his speed and acrobatic attack style, coupled with his white chakra streams have earned him the nickname "Dervish" as his attacks are furiously quick and he tends to spin and maneuver around his opponent a lot.
Knowing his own weakness, Hiashi has also carefully cultivated his mind with battle tactics and has learned to study himself and his opponents very carefully. This has allowed him to grow up with a natural affinity for close combat fighting, as he is able to think on his feet and adapt to a fight quickly. Through his training, it has also become rather easy for him to learn jutsu, something within him allowing Hiashi to almost instantly learn a jutsu or technique's secret, unraveling it far quicker then most shinobi, giving him quite the edge inside and outside of combat.
After graduating, Hiashi plans to accelerate through the ranks quickly and aspires as his first goal to join the ANBU Black ops, just as his idol, Kakashi-senpai did.
