Rikku

"yes but very little, remember harpies need to fly, so they can't wear very heavy armor." She said as they charged them. "Alexander lets break through them as fast as possible the main chamber and entrance hall is not very far we should be out soon and once we are out in the open I can zip us away with solar speed." She said hoping that Alexander could take on the harpies in front of them.

Killian
Killian Parried blows gracefully, taking out more and more harpies as the battle continued.

Melody.

"Thanks!" Melody said Landing with her feline grace. "What are we going to do... things are looking bleak", she said going on the defensive and protecting herself. "Asuis, Jaden, Larris... how are you guys holding up!"

Ty

"That must be our place!" He said descending Rapidly towards it, seeing royal guards approaching it, but they were still a few good moments away. "Be ready luna we are going to enter with a bang!" he said as he drew his claws and his eyes turned read as they crashed through a windo of the building but it didn't stop them at all,and in fact in distracted the Harpies. "Fight on guys, help is on the way!" He said Opening his mouth and breathing fire towards some of the harpies.

Alexander stopped and focused, a green aura formed around his body, the same color formed in a area around the harpies, they stopped, unsure what was happening. Alexander clenched his fists "Wonder waht happens too harpies when the wind that has so long been a friend turns hostile" He says. A pair of small head sized balls of darker green energy form, one on either side of the harpy group he swings a fist, and the ball on that side swings in and smashes into the side of a harpy, causing them too cluster togeather. He brings his forarm up and pushes it forword quickly. The balls disappear and a wall of green energy forms infront of the harpies and smashes into them, sending them falling backwards. "Let's hurry, they won't stay down forever" He says and puts a hand on her shoulder.

RIkku

Rikku ran through with alexander jumping over the knocked down harpy guards, as a platter flew past her head, followed by some forks as she looked behind and saw a couple of handmaids after them as well. "Has this whole place gone mad! Alexander, don't bother wasting your energy on them we are almost into the main hall and I can seal it off.... Besides They are not in their right minds..." She said running with him, looking behind and the rapidly growing mob behind them.

she burst open the door and pulled Alexander in with her, pushing the door shut behind them and drawing a star on it, finishing just in time to hear the mob crash into it, and she backed up watching the door. "that should hold." She said grabbing Alexanders arm again and leading him to the main set of doors and tugging... Pulling... and shaking, but the doors didn't budge, "Fine then." SHe said backing up and shooting a beam at the door and it didn't budge... this is when Rikku began to loose her cool and panic. "Ok. c'mon!" She said having her wand appear. "Solar flare!"... Nothing. "Lunar Eclipse!" She said trying a night spell.... nothing "Prismatic destruction!!!" SHe said baraging the door, the windows, and everything, even running back over to the door she just sealed and attempting to open it, "LET US OUT!" She screamed. Her body began to Radiate mana as she panicked, Causing her talking stone to React, letting Killian's group hear exactly what was going on with them.

Killian

Killian took advantage of Ty's shocking entrance.... or he would've if his pendant hadn't began freaking out. "Rikku, Rikku! What's going on!" He yelled shocked at his necklace. "Alexander! are you there what's going on!!!" He yelled, something had incredibly shaken up and he needed to know what. "Jaden! you have the other pendant can you tell what is going on!" He yelled to jaden! as the signal faded in and out

Melody

"here!" Melody said bouncing over to asuis. and laying her staff on his back. "Meta-heal!" She said as it glowed white healing his aching spine, before looking over shocked at Killian and the pendant that dangled from his neck. "there that should help" she said launching a light beam at an attacking harpy. "how does it feel?"

Ty

Ty continued helping everyone by supporting them from the air, with his claws and fire, before hearing something land on the roof.

KING ASHGARD

He stood on the roof epically as his men awaited his mark "Ready Go!" He said as a horde of royal knights swung down into the building and burst in the door in full armor, and archers swung down onto the top layer of the building looking down
upon the harpies as the King entered. "Detain the Harpies." He smiled as the harpies literally froze in place when they entered. "Killian I appologize that we couldn't get here sooner, after I awoke you and your party, I got word that there were more people here than we initially thought, so we mobilized as--"He stopped listening to Rikku panic, through the pendants. "what's going on?" He asked listening

Asuis
The Toad Hermit

"Just great, Melody; you should be a professional."

Asuis felt a bit better now, in fact great; he could feel a bit of his old strength returning, but of course this body was naturally suppose to restrain that, but Melody helped loosen it up a little. Asuis jumped up and tossed his stick at another harpy, causing it to twirl down in a counter-clockwise motion as it face planted into the ground, making a bird sound as it thudded. Asuis felt like he didn't even need that stick right now; that back had bothered him for quite awhile.

Velu

"It isn't that her powers have lost their effect... It is that I have sealed us in this room, and my powers are greater." He said looking over from a chair that he had been sitting in calmly and then over to rikku. "I must admit you've grown into a lovely young woman... however seeing you in this desperate stated is shameful for one of your stature... it must be reminiscent of your childhood." He laughed. "Your parents would be very disappointed in you."

"YOU Don't know anything about my parents." Rikku spat back defensively.

"I've seen your mind I know what has happened, the looks of your tribesmen being slain in front of you... while you ran... even when you were young your magic was powerful enough to help but you didn't... you ran like the pathetic dog you are." he said using her own memories to sabotage her. "You could've helped.. you could've saved them... I wish I could've seen your parent's faces, when they chose to send away their only daughter while they stay and protected their family... everyone fought... but you." He smiled wickedly with his crooked old beak. As Rikku began to tremble as once subdued memories came back full force. "You chose to ran, you couldn't help them... just like now you can't help him." He pointed over to alexander. "Actually you cant help anyone... and always remember... Pilialoha" he said watching her crumble.

Rikku

Rikku was falling apart before... but the second he mentioned those words she snapped. She her body began to radiate mana like a fountain as the room became heavy and dense. "I'm Going to kill you!" She Yelled drawing her wand and charging him, swinging it like a sword, She was so blinded by her anger and sadness, that he easily out maneuvered her, grabbed her arm and threw her to the ground.

"No Keia La, No Keia Po, A Mau Loa!" Velu shouted, with a wicked laugh as Rikku began to cry, desperately trying to fight back against him, but she was to upset to do much of anything and her mind was to clouded for her to focus on magic.

Killian

Killian began Shaking the amulet in his hand as he yelled into it. "RIKKU RIKKU!!!! ALEXANDER STOP HIM!!! HE'S TRYI-----" He shouted into the stone before the connection was cut off, Velu stopped communication between them from that point on, Killian just yelled angrily and threw the pendant at the wall where it exploded in a flash magic dust, before looking up at the king. "Dad!, Ashnard... we must move at once we've got to do something, we have to stop Him!" He cried angrily and desperate.

King ashnard

He walked over and embraced Killian "Sometimes I forget that both you and rikku are still but children." he said holding an angry and crying killian in his arms. "Even if we mobilized now, we wouldn't make it to the treetop city in time, even with Ty flying we wouldn't make it there in time, Please calm yourself. Rikku wouldn't want you to fret over her like this, she will be fine. What you do need to do however is focus on your current objective..." He said switching subjects as he held back tears. "Cefia is on her way to Celsius, the Icy city... we learned that this ambush was a fake, designed to target and kill you guys... There our information is telling us that lord velu has arranged for her to be transported and held in an underwater containment area... if they get to the water it will be all over... so you guys must catch Cefia now, while she is on her way to Celsius... I have arranged for you guys to leave as soon as you are ready, just tell me when you want to leave." he said releasing killian who had calmed down now.

Melody

"Thankyou." melody said kindly to asuis before turning back to Killian. "You know more than anyone, that Rikku is no weakling... She will be fine I'm sure of it... and His highness is right... we also have a mission to focus on", she said turning to asuis. "I know you probably didn't want to join anything big like this... but would you mind lending us your powers for a while longer until we find her and meet up with Rikku and Alexander?" She asked kindly.

Ty

Ty was silent the entire time listening to rikku and shuddering, kind of being able to relate to the pain she was in, but the second the king mentioned going to find cefia he looked up, and walked over to luna. "how is your ankle doing? do I need to carry you when we leave, because I can... I just want to catch her we need to leave soon can we please does anyone have any problems with us leaving soon?"

Asuis
The Toad Hermit

"Powers? I'm just an old man with a chip on his shoulders; it isn't like I can lift mountains."

Asuis was having a good time though and maybe he could make up for his past deeds by helping these youngsters out. If this wasn't the largest thing they've been involved in, Asuis would hate for them to go in blind to another even more dangerous situation; it would be a pain, but Asuis would do it out of a sense of honor.

"But I'll humor ya, I'll come along."
