"Mortal frame??" There was a sort of choking sound, as the being stifled a laugh. Finally managing to maintain composure, he pulled off his hood, allowing his hair to fall free. His hair, made of purest silver, glittered in the bright sunlight as it was whipped around by a fresh breeze. Having now drawn his power into himself, he allowed moisture to return to the area, so as not to counter her attempts to water the plant life. As a result of this, massive storm clouds flooded the sky, casting a thick shadow over the area. In the brief moment when sunlight had been able to show his face, Xetrina was able to see that his skin was very dark in tone, and his ears were pointed and slightly long, denoting elven influence. His eyes, blazing silently within his head, darted around at the abyss that surrounded him, as he was standing where the tower had been constructed. Of the tower, there was no sign until he parted his cloak. Beneath the black cloth, liquid metal flowed over him, seeming to forge itself into various items, but not remaining stationary long enough to give her a view as to what. "Do not worry, I need no haven.

All at once, the metal that flowed over him solidified, forming into a massive arsenal of blades of all sorts, strapped to him so that they almost completely covered him, each in the best available position to be drawn for use. His cloak closed around him again as shafts jutted up from beneath his hood, extending a foot or two toward either direction behind his head. "The name I was given at birth is Life of Inferno, but in the tongue it was given, I am named Zaxoth Arturos. That is the name I go by." Nodding slowly, he stepped toward the edge of the abyss. As he leaped upward, fire erupted from the pit, and molten rock spewed out, filling the pit. The moment he landed, a few feet to Xetrina's left, however, the heat was sucked from the magma, and it instantly solidified. Staring off along the pipes that lead toward Midgar, he allowed a grin to form on his face. "Now, if you will excuse me.."

Akia had re-collapsed from her wounds and exhaustion as the building began to crumble…

As Akia lay unconscious in the arms of the escaping Azurite, her sub-consciousness took over…

Akia was sinking…sinking in some ocean…but the ocean felt warm and comforting to her…it seemed to embrace her with welcoming arms…light flooded through the ocean from the sun in the blue sky above her…a blazing phoenix flew past, above the ocean’s surface…the light seemed to grow from the sun…penetrating rays reached her…she reached out her right arm…as if trying to somehow take hold of the light…the penetrating rays of light enveloped her…everything turning white…

Akia slowly awoke…finding herself laying on the ground…her right hand reaching to the sky…light flowed past her open fingers…as rain began to slowly fall…the drops of rain that fell on her face brought her back to reality…she turned her head to the left…Azurite was knelt down by her…Kioni sitting on his shoulder quietly…Azurite seemed in pain…

“W-What happened?” she slowly spoke out…a confused look on her face…

Akia nodded, looking slightly sad…”Your right…I’m sorry for being such a burden…” she said as he gently picked her up…”I’ll become stronger…” she whispered to herself as she rested her head against his chest…”I’ll become stronger…I promise…” she trailed off…the rain slowly fell on them as they headed to the inn…the sky had become dark with clouds…for a moment…Akia thought the weather had changed very oddly…but let it slide...but the sudden earthquake and that giant orb…still worried her…”What was that…” she mumbled as they reached the door of a small inn…Kioni eyed his master, a slight worry in his eyes…he could sense her distress as he rested on Azurite’s shoulder…Azurite came to the inn’s door, a light shone from a small cracked hanging lamp…

It was beginning to grow dark...soon nightfall would come...

Zeke Looked at the Area that Zack hade pointed out.
"Those are some great looking flowers. Wait a second you are Zack Fair the first class soldier of the group SOLDIER. Now i remember you. Back at my old home they you used to talk about you. The govenor planned to have you and me work together to protect both midgar and the capital city of Solhan, Ablina. Of course you take Midgar and I take Ablina."
Zeke looked around and the sword disappeared from hand. "So who is your friend?"

((Dunno about Yuffie, but Elena got out and is on her way toward the test site...whenever she posts again.))

Arching an eyebrow as Xetrina flew away, Zaxoth shook his head, then began following the long pipe that lead the way toward Midgar. He could very easily have followed her, or even beat her toward the city, but he had long ago decided that unless he absolutely had to hurry, he would enjoy taking his time. After all, time was a luxury that he could afford, that his targets could not.

"Her name is Aerith Gainsborough," Zack said "she's a good friend. She is always an optimist and knows how to cheer people up." Zack was reminiscing about the events of his past. (Crisis Core btw i only know some of this cuz of the trailer on youtube.)
