((It's spelled ほんとう, not ほんと。^^ And I think とても would probably be a better word...I think hontou is kind of out of context. It's used like if someone tells you something interesting, and you go, "Really!?")

This is the first time we've met. I am Tessa. Nice to meet you.
Yeah. I'm not even really sure if I did that right. I'm a complete beginner. I've tried to learn Japanese on my own and it doesn't seem to really sink in at all. I'm thinking that maybe if I have other people to learn with and talk to in Japanese I might be able to get it right. So I'm here to learn.

I only know this much from a program im leaning from but I still wanna know from real live people...that arent really talkin..and are using avatars to actually talk!LOL!I hope I said everything right and didnt offend anyone!! smile
