Kiriko had never seen so much pink before in her entire life. It was everywhere, from the floor to the ceiling, everything was pink, pink, pink! She felt as though she'd walked into some sort of pink enthusiast's convention and not Hunter's Jubilee! ... Well, Hunter's Jubilee was kind of the pink holiday, wasn't it? She didn't know for sure, but every holiday seemed to have it's own colors. Pink for Hunter's Jubilee, blue for Winter Solstice, orange for Haunted Hallow. It was kind of like the seasons had their own colors, too...
"Cute plushies, can I have one?" She chirped, bouncing up and down as she was handed a pretty blue Jackalope. "Thank you! It reminds me of my big brother, Milo! He likes this kind of blue!" (129 words)
Freddy couldn't help but puff his chest out a little as he grinned, very much enjoying the praise while also feeling like he was able to do something nice for a friend. "Sure! More games sounds good. Oh, there's also supposed to be a place inside where you can make your own plushies if you want."
He looked down in surprise when the coatl came up and started moving around with Nef's vespercat. "Oh, I've never seen one of those before," he exclaimed, bending to get a closer look. At that moment the booth attendant tapped Freddy's shoulders to get his attention. Apparently because he picked a small prize, he was allowed to get another. "Awesome," he said, selecting another rock and turning to Nef. "Here, this one's for you!"

Allumin really had way too much stuff to carry now. It didn't help matters much that his new familiar was currently using all of his plushies as some kinda of bedding. Patiently standing near the indicated mark on the ground, he watched intently for the mutant to go first, fiddling gently with his new locket. A picture....? Antenna quivering in thought, he tilted his head back in forth in thought, "Hmmm.... ok, a picture." he accepted the idea, even if he didn't have a clue as to what he'd put a picture of in there!
"What are you going to put in it?" he asked while she prepped for the toss, tapping a fingernail lightly against the bulging heart portion of the necklace. When it looked that Sae didn't manage to successfully complete the task, he stared at the box across the way silently. After he was given the ok to try, he walked up and plucked a bean bag up for himself. Grinding it a little in his tiny palm, feeling the beans inside shift about, he simply walked up to the box, and placed the bag into the hole.
Looking back at Sae, he beamed, "I did it!" he chimed victoriously... that is until the woman manning the station gently explained that he was to toss the bag into the hole, not place it. In that same, irritatingly, high-pitched voice of hers. He just stared.... making the woman flinch and shift her expression to one of nervousness.

Watery eyes blinked a few times as Eli's tune seemed to change, along with his demeanor. Sniffling softly, he rubbed his face against the coatly he clutched, before lifting a sleeve to wipe his eyes a little. With the conclusion that the little demon reached, Farid perked his ears, and straightened a little. Lost... his legs...?
Slowly, he tipped his head, long ponytails sliding off his shoulders, before his brows creased with confusion. "I... I never had legs." he tried to slowly explain, coiling his tail tightly around himself, Was his tail so strange in stead of legs? Some of his family members were nekos thus had legs, but tails were very common where he lived. Eye squinting again with the threat of more tears, he hid his face behind the snake, "I've always had my tail... f-from my naga side.." he let his tail tip flick gently.
Hesitantly, he inched a little closer to the strange boy, staring at the bumps on his head. Tail scootching, he reached out to tenderly place a single finger on one of the nubby horns, "h-here..." he quietly pointed out.

Ebi had nearly gotten lost trying to find his way to the festivities... but luckily, there was a lot of people he could follow to find his way! Once he got into the room, he was in pure awe and wonder of the magnificence all around! He joined in the games that were available, giggling happily, eyes sparkling and gleaming brilliantly like gold! But when he was lucky enough to encounter an old friend, --who had grown up!--, and receive a gift from him, the little nixie simply had to return the favor!
“Well I’ve always seen that people tend to get carried away when they’re trying to get their feels known and supposedly you gift gems to pretty girls you desire. However I’m not that cute so I don’t know why they’re throwing things at me” Mai replied. There had to be some sort of reason that a nightmare or even a daydream would throw some thing so dangerous. Then the thought occured to her that maybe the stone was meant for someone else? Mai tried to look around to see if anyone had been around her other than Mytrax. She worried on her bottom lip when she couldn’t find any one. Luckily Vanna had shown up to direct the conversation back to him and she ended up laughing when he had another nezubat join his growing heard. Ah that was her brother for you.
"Um well its..." oh he didn't have a cover story or at least he was pretty sure that his cover story wasn't going to work. normally business owners didn't have to have good peripheral vision. "I guess you could consider it a form of security. I would classify it more as a small multi business owner and part time waiter if I feel my self in the mood" Vanna finally revealed. he always had suffered from a hatred of talking to himself. "which luckily is how I know a vet that would open for this little guy. I'll make a few calls and see if I can get the next available appointment."

Sorry this is soo late, and no worries Mai is a bit of a clumsy danger magnet so Vanna is all for her having more protective friends.
“I don’t know. I heard that they always order way too many plushies and maybe they just want to give them all nice homes so they don’t sit there on the shelf all lonely” Leto mused. “and they just get carried away?” or well… Maybe he was just giving them too much credit. Boredom he noticed could often lead to people doing things that they shouldn’t. It was hard to judge considering he didn’t know who in fact was throwing the plushies. “Well we can make it now after all I did notice a lot of booths with different sweets. Don’t want to have too many sweets today” Leto stated, although luckily due to his litch blood it took a lot of sugar before anything really affected him. Had to love dampened senses. He was drawn out of his pondering when there was a knock on the door. He answered it, got flowers shoved in his face and then turned around blinking at jaden when the door was slammed shut again.

Family fun games were always great, and Candy was happy to see that her children were having fun with them. For this one you could win either a box of candy or a plushie, her winning a box of candy when she managed to guess correctly what Lazarus' favorite toy was, a yo-yo.
Basically everyone answered questions on a sheet, and then each one of them would be asked a random question from their family or friend's sheet.

This was a pretty sweet game. Phyre knew a lot of stuff about her siblings, but maybe she could learn something new! Her question was what did Crystallize enjoy in his free time, her getting it correct. For reference, his favorite free time activity was reading.

Crystallize new the answer to this question, getting excited when they asked who Candy loved most in the world ", Us! She loves us the most!" And sure thing it was correct, him receiving a plush toy that he began to cuddle. He was so happy that his mommy loved them all. She was the best.

Lazarus was last of course, and his question was the most tricky. It was about Phyre, asking what her favorite candy was. Seeing her enjoying her chocolate, Lazarus was about to say that until he remembered their mother's name ", mommy?" Sure thing it was, the elf receiving a plush toy too.
So far nothing was really of interest, Runai just going from stall to stall. What could Runai possibly do here? There had to be something! Hmm... perhaps the bakeneko could do something to do with one of the games?

Right now the hybrid just wanted to rest, sitting down on a bench and taking a few deep breaths as she looked around some. This event was rather fun, but perhaps it would of been more fun with someone with her? Maybe that could be something she did next time? Oh well, too late to do anything about that for this event.

Skipping through the pathways, the little imp was quite surprised to be handed a cute plushie, squealing with excitement and thanking the stranger before going off to play more games and get more candy.

The fallen freshling hadn't expected to be given a flower by a fellow freshling, the child blushing at Vivek before handing him the flower and running off. What was that about? Did that freshling have some sort of crush on him? It was a really nice flower, and he did think the freshling had been rather cute. Maybe... he could find them again someday?
Things were slightly more chaotic that Liatris liked, and he stayed off to the side while he looked at everything. There were too many choices, and the fey boy knew that he needed to narrow things down if he was going to do anything more than stare at the people and the things that were going on.
Finally, he chose a game that didn't have too many people waiting, a dart one, and he took his turn. He hit a couple of the targets, winning a prize. He picked a plushie, and retreated back to the side, hugging his new sealpup plush close.

Kyleigh was a little nervous about being at the party all by herself, but she supposed it wasn't all bad. This was her second Hunter's Jubilee and she still loved the decorations and all. She tried her hand at a dart game, but every dart she had went in between balloons and didn't pop a single one. She pouted a little bit as the vendor gave her a smile and a 'Maybe next time, little lady.' She gave a small smile in return before walking off to go try something else. All of the couples were making her feel awfully lonely, though.
Eli couldn’t help but get a little irritated. This freshling was confusing! Every time Eli was sure he had him figured out, he turned out to be wrong… This time he was saying he never had legs. Who isn’t born without legs? Maybe it was possible but… he shook his head, perplexed. This was giving him a headache. And when the hybrid mentioned nagas, he became more confused – what were nagas? Eli had unfortunately not connected the dots – while he had heard about the discovery of two new races, he did not know what they were called or what they looked like. “O…kay…” he said, deciding to drop the subject.
As the naganeko approached him and delicately placed a finger on Eli’s horn, the demon tilted his head. “What? Are you talking about my horns? Those aren’t bumps… Gosh, you made me think I actually was hurt or something,” he said, puffing out his cheeks. Jumping to the only logical conclusion that this naganeko was just being mean to him (since he was already okay with confusing poor babbin Eli with all this legless business), he added in, “That was a bad prank.”
He was getting ready to start fussing at the poor naganeko some more when he felt something rub against his legs. Glancing down, he noticed a white and blue vespercat being overly affectionate. Yuck! he thought. Leaning down, he picked up the cat by the scruff and held it out to Farid, expression neutral. “Look, you should take this thing. He’ll eat my flitterats if he follows me home…”

Taegan sighed softly. They really wished that Vera had been able to come... They didn't get to see much of each other at all lately and the litch missed her terribly. They supposed they would have to make do with getting her some chocolates and maybe a plushie or three... Then they came across the roses. A slow smile split their face at the sight. That was one of the things they had given her last year. Normally a repeat performance probably wasn't the best idea for romance, but maybe she would appreciate another rose. They paid for one and stuck it behind their ear.
Mao watched the going-ons with piercing hot pink eyes, clearly irritated. Talk about lame! Everyone was chatting with eachother, and no one was paying attention to her... Balling her small hands into fists, she stamped around, making small huffs with every step. She'll show them! Her eyes, scanning the areas, stopped on a glint. Something shiny? Forgetting her childish rage, she ran up to the table that hosted the shinies and stared with awe. Rocks! They were so nice too. Her eyes scanned them. So many kinds, too… She reached her hand out and snatched a sugilite, stuffing it into her pocket triumphantly.

Arkham meowed at Phiffion before dashing off, leaving the senior scratching her head. "A-Arkham? Where are you going?" she said, taking off after him. He meowed once more, as if to tell her to keep up, or notify her of where he was at. She huffed and kept chasing after the vespercat, only stopping when she saw him sitting proudly on a tail with his tail swaying happily. Glancing to the side of the vespercat, she noticed another vespercat plushie. "Pft. What, now we have to collect all these...?" she asked, picking it up and examining. Hopefully there were too many, if that's what the vespercat wanted her to do.

Lestari looked around with narrowed eyes. She didn't have anyone special in her life, so the Hunter's Jubilee was a little... Well, it was a little depressing. But whatever. She could hang out for a while. Maybe she'd get some cute plushies or something. If she really got lucky, she could leave with a boyfriend. Or a girlfriend. Or both. She snickered a bit at that thought and looked around at the tables with jewelry. Maybe she'd find something that could inspire a new dress or ooh, a jumpsuit might be cute.
