ok I was able to get my account back but all my valuables are gone gonk
and it was all sent to jake1331
and I cant see what he traded cause my trading stuff is disabled

How did he get into your account? Usually, you're pretty safe unless you give out your password, or your password is really obvious... What happened? Anyways, maybe its taking time because the items are taking a while to track. jake1331 is most probably one of the several accounts that your items were passed through in the hopes of making the trail harder to follow...

Sometimes, surveys "for fun" are designed to discover the answers to your security questions and thereby get your password. Avoid surveys.

Exactly, but there are ways people can figure it out, even without you giving your password directly. If you tell someone your mother's maiden name, for instance, you'd better be sure that's not your security question, because it is, they can get your password from Gaia itself.

Well, I think they did that sometime after Sharps said she had a problem... or maybe the password was gotten before they disabled the questions.
