This Agreement has been Amended on Page 45! Co-Ownership Agreement between Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for Kit 'N Kaboodle Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Only Kamiki can enter Kit into contests - Kamiki has all IC roleplaying rights Breeding- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with Kit. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless Kit is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - If there is to be a 3rd breeding for Kit, it will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time. - Only Kamiki can lifemate Kit. Once Kit is lifemated, she can only breed with her lifemate. Life-Altering / Major Decisions- Sabin cannot transfer ownership of Kit to anyone. He can chose to relinquish ownership if he wants, but he cannot give Kit to anyone else. - Kamikican chose new co-owners if Sabin ever relinquishes ownership - Only Kamiki can make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

This is the co-ownership agreement between Fidsah and Miliardo Kason concerning the Kalona, Calamity. This co-ownership is being transfered from Meeki to Miliardo Kason, in accordance with their wishes. As the original owner of this pet, I allow Miliardo Kason the below rights to allow the pet to be used.
Miliardo Kason will have rights to roleplay, keeping the pet true to his family and race as a Kalona. This means that he's limited to being an evil Soquili and as such, should only breed or mate with other Kalonas or Soquilis of evil alignment or temperment. He should despise good natured pets completely. He should be rude, mean, violent, and angry at any opportunity to showcase his evil intent.
Calamity's sexuality should be heterosexual as anything else is unnatural to the world. Homosexuality of any form is not an option.
As far as breedings go, I reserve the right to keep the first basket from breeding or give it away to someone I see fit. Any breedings MUST be authorized by myself, as this co-ownership agreement only provides roleplay rights, and any other uses must be authorized. Second breeding would go to Miliardo Kason and if there's ever a third breeding, the choice of accepting the basket would go to Meeki. If Meeki declines, then Miliardo Kason and I will jointly decide what to do at such a time.
Anything not coverered will need to be agreed to by me.
I reserve the right to cancel this co-ownership at any time, for any reason, as the pet is mine.
Miliardo Kason also agrees that he has been tasked with breaking the curse of this pet, and he is fully aware of the details as to this task.

 This co-ownership agreement is between myself and Hot Lolli. Hot Lolli is to receive all rp rights to Tiggs. I will not rp Tiggs unless specifically asked to do so by Lolli for unseen future reasons. All breedings will be left up to Lolli's discretion. Offspring from said breedings will be co-owned (Unless there is an available 3rd basket). RP rights to the offspring will be determined at time baskets are delivered. If at any time, Lolli decides she no longer wishes to co-own Tiggs, she may give her rights back to me. Lolli is not able to bestow her rights onto another player without my full permission.

Co-ownership agreement for Squishy between myself and Nyralia;  Nyralia will get roleplay rights to Squishy, and have all rights to finding her a mate. Nyralia will be able to display Squishy in her sig. Nyralia would continue to be her co-owner even after she gets her own Soquili. Breeding; 1st breeding: I (Sayuri_Nitta) would have rights over first breeding + basket (if she has a lifemate by that time than obviously she would be bred with him). If there were 3 baskets than ownership of 3rd basket would be decided by myself and stallions owner (so Nyralia would possibly get a basket, not guaranteed though) 2nd breeding: Nyralia would have all rights to this breeding, I (Sayuri_Nitta) would receive no basket and any extra baskets would be assigned by decision between Nyralia and the stallions owner. 3rd breeding: Same as the 1st breeding If Nyralia goes on an extended absence from Gaia of more than 4months without Sayuri_Nitta being able to contact her, the co-ownership will be considered void.

Both of us have roleplay right those Monkey gets most of them. We both have a say on who she gets to mate to and both have sig rights. We will continue to co-own even after Monkey gets her own Soquili.
Breeding:
1st breeding: Monkey would have rights over the first breeding+shell, if there are three then Monkey and the stallion's owner will decided the fate of the third shell. (It does not have to go to me.)
2n breeding: I(Twitchapher) will have rights over the second breeding+shell, if there are three then the stallion's owner and I(Twitchapher) will decided the shell's fate.
3rd breeding: I(Twitchapher) and Monkey will co-own the shell, if there is a third shell then Monkey, me(Twitchapher), and the stallion's owner will decided it's fate.
This co-ownership can only be void if Monkey does not want to co-own any longer or both parties agree apon it.

Co-ownership agreement for Jainatina and myself (Naysha Aysha)  (I hope this image is alright I don't have any other one yet and I wanted to get this done before I forgot) Both of us have full roleplay rights and sig rights. Jainatina is my real life friend and she is new to rping, she likes it so far, but if the case is that she no longer wishes to rp for one reason or another the ownership will revert back to me. Breedings/ plots: All breedings and plots will be discussed, by both of us before they happen. Normal rps are fine, but growing loves, foes etc. etc. must be discussed before hand.
