Co-Ownership Agreement between Sosiqui and Kamiki
Both Sosiqui and Kamiki have full sig, display, and OOC RP rights. Sosiqui has all IC RP abilities. Major decisions such as lifemating, skinwalkerifying, etc, have to approved by both owners.
Two breedings will be under the full control of Kamiki. She can chose partner (unless lifemated, then the breeding must be with the lifemate), and does not need Sosiqui's permission to enter breeding events. Kamiki (and the other owner involved in the breeding) will have control of what happens to the baskets. These breedings will not count against any of Sosiqui's breeding limitations.

Sosiqui may not transfer her ownership to anyone else, she can only relinquish ownership if she decides to for any reason. Kamiki can terminate the co-ownership. Kamiki can find another co-owner if Sosiqui relinquishes ownership, she can also transfer her ownership if she choses to do so.

Algedi is to be co-owned between Amirynth, Kamiki and Sabin. All three have sig-rights and can place him in their teepee's. Stats and RP records will be stationed in Rynth's teepee however all three can RP Algedi at their whim.
Breeding:
One breeding shall be at Amirynth's digression and she does not need Kamiki's and Sabin's approval upon entry into the breeding raffle. (This will work as if he was an open Soquili and will not add towards their monthly totals) The second basket will go to the mother's owner.
One breeding will be at Kamiki's digression and she does not need prior approval of Amirynth or Sabin to enter into the breeding raffle. (This will work as if he was an open Soquili and will not add towards their monthly totals) The second basket will go to the mother's owner.
One breeding shall be at Sabin's digression and he will not need the approval of Kamiki or Amirynth to enter into the breeding raffle. (This will work as if he was an open Soquili and will not add towards their monthly totals) The second basket will go to the mother's owner.
Leaving the agreement:
If co-ownership is broken at any time, the owner(s) who is/are leaving the co-ownership will receive their third of the auction total back(in worth not items) from the owner(s) who keep(s) Algedi. If the owner(s) who is/are leaving the co-ownership have a basket, they will only receive half of what they paid for him. This can only be done with all three approvals to the addendum. If at any time Amirynth, Kamiki or Sabin quit Gaia they shall not be removed from the cert and shall keep their breeding right if not used. Only by officially leaving the co-ownership can they be taken off the cert/loose their breeding right.

 Co-owner agreement for Chenoa between Shariea and Sylent Nyte. Shariea retains Signature rights. Sylent Nyte is the roleplayer of Chenoa. When chosing a mate, must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Mating pairs must also be agreed upon by both parties. Baskets, if breedings happen will go in the following order:1st breeding: Goes to Sylent or her choice of a friend. If there are three baskets Shariea would like to be considered as an owner but will need to be talked about by all owners of the soquili involved. 2nd breeding: Basket goes to Shariea or her choice of friend. 3rd breeding: Will be talked about between sylent and Shariea.

Psycho Shocker may RP her OOCly if he wishes. Psycho Shocker has Breeding rights. (Choosing of mate, when they breed, who gets the basket, etc.) When baskets come, Psycho Shocker gets first dibs. If there are three baskets, the owner of the Stallion and Psycho will decide who the third goes to. Lifemating will be discussed by both of us, as well as the owner of the stallion. And yeah. I think that's about it. XD

If/When we decide to breed, we will both discuss the matter. We will also not try to breed at the same time (meaning if one 'partner' is chosen to try until successful, the other will not attempt to distrupt that pattern though can help that pairing in the raffles). When a partner (whether informal or lifemate) is decided, we both must post in the permission thread and say who has rights on that specific breeding. This declaration will give full rights to that one owner and will not count against the other's monthly count if that applies. On the note of Ownership Change: ELF cannot get rid of Cuter without her permission, and vice versa.  I Wyntre IceBlade, am co-owning Leap with oO_H e l l z_B u n n y_Oo The rules for the agreement follow below: General/RP rights-We both have rights to put Leap in our signatures and teepee. -I have main RP rights -- big decisions -Bunny will have OOC RP rights and in thread RP rights MatingIf Leap ever life mates Bunny and I will talk about it first. Breeding1st breeding: In the first breeding, Bunny gets to keep one of the baskets. In the case of three baskets Bunny and the owner of the mare will get to decide what to do with the third basket. 2nd breeding: The second breeding, I get a basket. In the case of three baskets me and the owner of the mare will get to decide what to do with the third basket. 3rd breeding: The third breeding the basket will go to a mutual party that Bunny and I have already agreed on. In the case of three baskets the three of us will make the decision.
