I was wondering if it would be possible for a Knight Signet ring to sync with a mauvian communicator in the same way that Knight Signet rings can be upgraded to send messages directly to a senshi phone by completing the Senshi-Sync Communication knight quest.

Do Half-Youma age normally or is it altered in any way?

Half-Youma have the same lifespan as a typical human, however the youmafication process can alter some of their biological information. For example, some half-youma might appear to age faster or slower, or have an appearance that doesn’t quite reflect their age. This depends on the youma they merge with or how their starseed responds to too much Chaos when they are partially youmafied. Unlike full youma, they cannot rejuvenate in the Rift, so they are not guaranteed any form of immortality.

While all half-youma characters follow the above rule, because there is so much potential for unique half-youma presentation, it is also difficult to give a broad answer regarding the topic. If a player is interested in a half-youma character and has specific questions about if something is possible for their character, please PM the Mule so we can work out details!

Can art be exchanged for crown tokens, MYO tickets, or icrp items?

Players can use their Crown Tokens to purchase items for other players; if a player would like to offer art in exchange for others to purchase things for them they can do this, but there is no official or staff sanctioned method to do something. This would be a bartering system that takes place between players. Because this is something that the shop is not involved in and doesn’t oversee, there are no set standards for ‘pricing’, and players should be careful to make sure that they trust the person they are bartering with and trust that they will uphold their end of the deal. Any item that can be purchased with Crown Tokens can technically be bartered and no one would be breaking rules if they wanted to offer to buy items for players/request players buy items for them in exchange for something (such as art).

Sooooooooo! ~ about how long would it take to regrow say a hand vs a whole arm? And would there be any long term issues that may persist after regrowth?

This would be best sent in with a plot! The answer would be dependent on a lot of factors that are difficult to generalize, such as rank or concurrent methods of treatment. A broad answer is that a hand might take ~ten to twelve hours to regrow because of the complexities of bone/tendon/etc. From wrist to elbow might take a further ~6 hours (with additional time if the elbow is damaged), from elbow to shoulder might take another ~6 hours (with additional time if the shoulder joint is damaged). While this is a rough idea of how long it might take for a Cadet to regrow a limb, it does not factor in the time it would take to regain function. The muscle/tendons/bones may be too sensitive to use the limb, and it may take further days or weeks for an injury to completely heal.

Though the Source Stone can heal injuries, it costs an incredible amount of energy and it is unlikely that a single Vanguardian would have the stored energy to heal major injuries alone, as their gathered energy is often put into upgrades or other projects. Velencians should be actively gathering and storing energy. In the case of a severe injury, a Vanguardian may not be able to focus enough to heal themselves and may need someone else to help channel the energy into their injury, especially if it is an injury that will demand long term energy flow to restore a lost limb. Vanguardians who study or practice medicine will be more effective and can assist in healing and may be able to reduce time spent regrowing or recovering, and IC Items or magic may be usable in tandem with Source Stones for a better outcome.

There is a lot that would go into factoring in how long an injury like this would take to heal, so if this is something you are interested in, please PM The Space Cauldron so we can work with you to figure things out! There are other things to consider if your Vanguardian is being injured so severely as well; because an injury like this would almost certainly require support from other Vanguardians, it is unlikely this would be a private affair. Any extreme attacks on a Vanguardian would be met with resistance from Lyndin and may result in conflict; Order characters involved may be treated as hostile by the Vanguard, and Negaverse Agents involved may be punished severely, as it was a direct order from Laurelite for them to attempt to stay on good terms with the Vanguard. This is something all involved characters would need to consider, but we are willing to work with people to discuss potential plots and repercussions!

On the subject of the happier, healthier Mirrorspace from this event ~ the buff lasted for about a week, but after the next week would these things have a more permanent, if milder improvement of note?

No; the improved boost was only approved to be noticeable for a short period of time! ICly the energy released from the area would have dispersed and absorbed throughout the week. Any customization or improved plant growth that occurred on Realms during that week would not fade when the week ended, but any new additions or changes made after the week was over would be at the standard rate of improvement.

There may be more substantial changes to Mirrorspace in the future, but if this occurs there will be a staff announcement to inform and explain any permanent faction wide changes!
