Everything we know is in this thread. If it's not in this thread, we don't "no" it yet.
But to answer your question: It has not been stated for certain whether Alex will be in the game or not. However, there is a silhouette on the website which looks remarkably like Alex, and a masked figure with blue hair has appeared in some of the videos...

Which makes sense because Felix masked himself to hide his identity from Jenna... something tells me he'd do the same thing for one, Camelot to give nostalgia to the very short brief moment of Felix having a mask, and two, so the main characters didn't know his identity.
It has been 30 years though, so you'd think he'd have aged like Isaac (in case anyone would say "No, the Mars Star would keep him young and healthy looking like he was 18 still")Quote: You can't tell me no one saw this coming. Oh god. I wish he had ended up with an epic beard. I do not like mustaches so much. 
Okay, I just wanna make it known from here on out that I'm trying to avoid major plot spoilers. But, I'd at least like to see what the rest of the old crew looks like all grown up. Especially Ivan and Piers. xd
...I sure hope Piers aged just as gracefully as Isaac. >.>
