Hey, before I go off for tonight: Rift.The overall premise is that a rift could open anywhere, anytime and spill hordes of elemental monsters into the world. One of the early stories of this game is that a rift opened in a town close to a starter city, and spawned a boss that nobody was strong enough to take on. Over time, the monster destroyed most of the town and set up a base of operations. It now has legions at its command, and is a major game boss that has yet to be taken down. Rhed and I are trying to get into the Beta. Join us, why don't you? The class system seems very interesting.

Rift does look interesting, though not nearly as impressively presented as Guild Wars 2.
But yeah, I'll have to sign up for that beta.
