Eidil was running a little late from getting some chores done. She saw Cal had gotten there early, but no matter. She ran over to her girlfriend, then, heeding a conversation (cough argument cough) they'd had, she wrapped her hand around Cal's instead of glomping her in the back. "Hey, sorry I'm late!" She reached up on her tip-toes to kiss Cal's cheek. "What did I miss?"
Well, obviously she'd missed buckets! "Oo, cauldrons this year!" She picked a turquoise one. "Fancy! Oh, I love those lanterns!" She looked back at her grinning girlfriend, who held up her own lantern. "Okay, but I'd like a lantern, too." She picked one up, then held out her pail to a passerby. "Trick or treat!"
They smiled at her and handed her a poo gummy (those were actually pretty tasty, even if they looked realistic) and a stuffed bat. She gasped. "Thank you so much! Happy Haunted Hallows!"
It had been years since Ciel had trick-or-treated. She'd love to go trick-or-treating now, but sadly she was a little old for it. No matter--someday she'd have children of her own, and then she could go trick-or-treating again. In the meantime, she was working at one of the haunted houses. They had a few more minutes before "go time," so Ciel was having some last-minute make-up done on her face.
The coordinator (he didn't like being called the manager) was checking on everyone. "You good, Ciel?"
Ciel nodded. "I think I'm almost ready here!"
"Please stand still," her friend muttered as they continued working on the makeup.
"Alright," the coordinator said. "I'm going to give you a lantern in this room, Ciel, it'll be on the table by the entrance. Don't worry about it, it's got an anti-fire spreading charm on it. It won't catch anything on fire if you bump it. Here." He pressed something into her hands. She ran her hands along it.
"Is this a candy cauldron?" she said with amusement.
The coordinator sounded like he was grinning. "Yup! Denise will be along in a few minutes to fill it up with candy to give the kids. You can keep it when you're done, though. Along with the lantern. And here." He sounded embarrassed as he laid something on top of the cauldron.
She felt that as well. "Cotton candy?"
"Yeah," he said. "Everyone's getting candy to keep their spirits up."
Ciel giggled. "More like to keep our hands out of the candy for the kids."
The coordinator snorted. "Something like that. Just don't eat it while the guests are around."
Ciel nodded. "Thanks!" With her makeup applied and the cauldron hidden behind her legs, she assumed her position.
Anchriesel looked around the fair, hoping to catch sight of his roommate, Zalir. He'd sort of been hoping to be able to go trick-or-treating with the shy Litch, but there was no sign of zem yet.
Oh well. Anchriesel picked up a pink cauldron and looked around, trying to figure out where to go first.
Nilima had always been a big fan of all Hallow's Eve. Unlike a lot of Hallowed individuals she grew up in a home where her mutations were embraced, in fact she thought they made her stands out even more. Beside, who wouldn't like having two tails? Small feathers to share with loved ones and an extra horn to draw in the attention! She had always been told by her Mom that she was lovely and well, it had probably gone to her head more than it should have. She picked out a free pail when she entered the event, a cute pink cauldron to put her treats (and tricks) into!
The very first game she tried she actually managed to win something! She picked up the pumpkin goblet, intiitally excited by how cute and event inspired it was. Only to be disappointed when the cup broke from the stem after picking it up. What sort of prize was this? She must had pouted well, because the game owner apologized and handed her a plushie as well. Well, that was cute at least. And way more durable than that stupid cup at any rate....
She glanced around, trying to spot a particular Imp. He hadn't been in their dorm room, so she assumed he must have given up on sleep and went to join the party. She had planned on inviting him to go with her, but well she wasn't going to complain if it worked out that he was going regardless. It took a little bit of wandering around, but she spotted Rorie eventually.
"Rorie! Let's explore together, shall we?" Nilima pounced her friend, giving him a warm hug, including both her tails, before releasing him so that he could answer.
Foras loved events like all Hallow's Eve. He had been waiting for this moment. A time when he felt like Gany had moved on from...a certain someone enough to accept a particular request of his. He wanted to go on a date with Gany, not that he had called this a date. Nope, but he was sure they both knew what it really was. He had somehow wrangled Gany's costume idea out of him and had planned on making something that would match. If Gany was going to be a Ghoul, well then Foras was going to be a fancy Ghoul.
Foras hadn't worked particularly hard on his costume, he had on mostly white (including the top hat). He shirt was a whit button up that was unbuttoned maybe a little too far for someone's comfort, one sleeve rolled up and the other one down off below the elbow. Some torn black slacks and a bunch of face paint all over everywhere to make himself look more spooky. He even had a fake scythe across his back. That at least looked nice, because it required his sculpting skills and he had honed them well.
He had arrived first and picked out the violet colored candy basket and had already managed to find some candy to throw into that basket as well. He waited by the entrace for Gany to show up, ready to get this 'not a date'-date started!
Ai hadn't known what to expect from the Haunted Hallow's in Below. It was different in some ways to what she was used to, but also similar in others. She had decided to dress up as a pixie, so she had on glittery fairy wings and a rather whimsical dress. Her fur was enough to keep her warm for the evening of what she hoped was going to be fun. The problem was she hadn't really invited anyone to go with her, so she was a little nervous to be attending all on her own. Maybe she'd bump into someone she knew? Not that she knew too many Nightmares or Daydreams in Below yet.
With a little sigh she decided to start off by finding a little snack to eat, Cotton Candy sounded wonderful! She picked out the one she thought had the most whimsical colors, because she wanted to keep with the theme of her outfit. It was delicious as well, a nice added bonus. She didn't eat too many sweets back at home, concerned about how it would make her look. But she had really opened up to them more once she had left her forest home. Mmmm....
OMG. Were those spider plushies? The one with the pink knees was just...so cute. She never thought she would find a spider plushie cute, but that one was just too adorable. She tested her luck with the game and managed to hold back a squeal of delight as the cute little plushie was handed to her. Ah, it was just so cute! It didn't go with her costume and all, but who cared? She looked around for what to do next and went stiff when she managed to spot Tomoe not too far away from her.
HE WAS HERE? She was certain he was a total shut-in. Not that she wanted him to be one, but he was just so nervous all the time and...well. He was with others. Were those his roommates? Friends? Tomoe with friends? She watched them for a second, but then was worried that they'd find her staring at them. Now she was blushing. Oh no, what was she supposed to do? Look anywhere else Ai! Anywhere! But he was outside...he was trying to enjoy an event! She was actually really...happy to see him here.
Cain stood outside waiting for Thanatos and Hawthorn. He had arranged to meet the three there to go out trick-or-treating with them during the celebrations. Cain ... hadn't loved the idea of sporting a costume, so he agreed to carry the boys' pails for them while they wandered around and gathered their treats and tricks. The only thing Cain had done to dress up was wear a tiny little top hat, attached to a headband tucked under his horns, a spider web's design embroidered on it. There was a small plastic orb weaver on it. It wasn't over the top fancy, and far from being a real costume, but it was Cain's hope that it'd be enough to satisfy the boys, and enough to satisfy those giving out things for the season.
One person didn't seem overly thrilled with Cain's lack of imagination. As the figure passed, they dumped a hunk of black, glowing rock in to his pail. His red eyes drifted downwards, peering at the stone, but it made his mind recoil sharply, his eyes squint. There was an overwhelming sense of sorrow ebbing off the stone ... what an awful trick to play on people! What if someone had depression and received such an item? Just to be safe, Cain quickly dumped it out of his pail to prevent Hawthorn or Thanatos being exposed to it, and the imp quickly went back to waiting, as if nothing ever happened.
Aqua'Glow had decided that she would be bringing Snow Ivy and Iah out to trick or treat, making sure to have her hands linked with both of them as they moved across the village. Haunted Hallows was a wonderful celebration, but she didn't want to lose her son and exchange student in the process! The only times she ever let go of their hands was when they went to a door to go trick or treating, her standing close enough that she could still see them, but not far enough to where she couldn't get to them if something bad happened. While Iah and Snow Ivy were at the first house, Aqua found herself being handed a cotton candy and a plush toy, accepting them with pleasure before the stranger walked off. What nice gifts she had been given!
It was Snow Ivy's first Haunted Hallows, and he was planning on getting as much sugar as possible. That way he could stash it away where his parents couldn't find it, able to eat it whenever he wanted! However, the first house wasn't so lucky for him, being handed a box of raisins ", Raisins? Iah, what did you get?"
This was Iah's first Haunted Hallows as well, him slithering around with his guardian Aqua'Glow and sort of brother Snow Ivy. He was just looking for a fun time, so far having that with Aqua and Snow. At the first house they went to, Iah got a cool paper ghost toy! ", I got this toy here. It sucks you got a box of raisins, but we both still don't have candy so we are even!"

Ziron was going trick or treating with their daughter this year, swinging her arm back and forth as they sung Haunted Hallow songs together as they traveled to house to house. They loved spending time with their family, and hoped that they would be able to spend it with Winterblossom and WinterBloom as well this year. The two quickly came upon the first house, both going up to the door and knocking. At first Ziron wasn't impressed with the cheap goblet they had been given, and the stale candy glove Axum-Vesta had received. It wasn't until the two were handed the coolest spider plushies that Ziron was happy. This was a good plush toy, and it would seem Axum-vesta was loving her's!
"Haunted Hallows Eve, the best time to go get awesome treats!" Axum-Vesta was singing, swinging her arms with Ziron as they brought her around the village for candy. This was her first year for Haunted Hallows, but she had been looking forward to it all year! When she came to the first house with Ziron, she almost have the person a death glare as she was given stale popcorn in a glove. How long ago did they make this? It was a good thing the person at the door didn't see her glare, because she probably wouldn't of been given the cool spider plushie if she had been seen ", Oh! Oh!!! Ziron I got a cool plusie spider, and you did too! Next house! Next House!!!"

Bringing four children around the village to get candy was sure problematic, having all the kids hold onto a rope with hoops tied to it so she could get them to go around the place without losing any of them... hopefully. She hoped so anyway, especially when it came to the first house. Phyre, Crystallize, and Larimar had all stayed to knock at the door, but Truffle (The wild one) had decided to run off when zhe saw something that looked shiny ", Truffle no!"
Candy managed to catch Truffle before the little one ran out of the strangers yard, sighing as they had managed to find a pile of bones and a Fennekit with no owner. She gave into her child asking her to keep the bones and familiar, bringing them back over to everyone else who had already gotten their treats from the first house. As she started to have everyone hold onto the rope again, a stranger handed her some candy, telling her the best of luck tonight. Oh she would need it all!
Phyre (The Oldest) took charge as their mother rushed off to catch Truffle, leading all her siblings who were with them to say trick or treat as the door opened. For the first house Phyre got... some sort of dangerous looking slime in a bottle, and an amazing spider plush! She would probably get rid of the slime, but the spider was here to stay!
Crystallize (The second oldest of this group of Candy's children) was ready and willing to obey Phyre when their mother chased after Truffle. This recent addition to the family was a rather adventurous one right now, always running off despite what mother said. He however was really obedient, always listening to his parents, older sister, and teachers! At this house, Crystallize received not just a thing of cotton candy, but a plushie as well! "Cool!"
Larimiar was the shy one of the siblings, always listening to what his mother said simply because he didn't want to do anything wrong to get her mad at him (Another she never did get mad at him.) He only ever opened up around Crystallize or Phyre, always finding it easier to be more outgoing when he was with them. At the first house, Larimar received a sugar skull candy, nibbling on it anxiously as he waited for his mother to bring Truffle back.
Part of the most recent batch of Candy's children, Truffle never meant to disobey zheir mother. Zhey just simply loved to go explore! In fact, most of zheir will to explore was to show how much zhey were willing to learn new things to zheir mothers. It just always seemed to backfire for some reason. This time when zhey rushed off, zhe had seen a pile of bones near the edge of the first house's yard, running over to it to inspect it. Once zhey got there, Truffle noticed a familiar cowering in the corner of the yard, offering zheir hand to it ", Will you be my friend?" The familiar seemed to like Truffle, going over to the freshling and cuddling zhem ", That tickles! Mommy I wanna keep it, and the bones! They're cool too!" Truffle got their wish.
T'kani grabbed a lantern just in case, though with her eyes she should be fine in the dark. She stopped by an event table and signed a greeting to the staff member. When instructed, she reached into a dark pot and pulled out a...skull with a candle on it? Well...she supposed she could find a place for it in her dorm, it would definitely add some ambience to the room.
Shrugging, she put the skull carefully in a bag and signed a thank you to the staff member before wandering off again.
will put in writing soon Azriel was walking about in a group with his friends from school they were trick or treating together as Kyra made sure they were safe being there guide around the area. as they got up to the first house of the night they were met with a spooky maze that they had to go in one at a time. Azriel went in first feeling a bit scared as his body faded in and out of visibility, he was cared at every other corner as the maze became unpredictable. by the end he finally made it out met with a table with 4 bowls at the end 3 of witch had ghastly tricks and the one with a bowl of candy. Azriel picked one and began to put his hand threw he was confused as he held a hard object and pulled it out, saddened by this he began to cry. the owner of the maze led him over to a new game in witch was a ball under a cup but underneath pumpkins. he ended up getting it first try he was given a chose of some plushies and chose the pink one. inventory
Loki felt brave and un-bothered as she heard Azriel cry out in fear from the spooks at each corner, as azriels shreeks stopped she made her way in to the maze scaring and playing tricks on those who were in there with her, she actually ended up scaring one of the maze actors but at one point loki got scared by a huge beast like creature not that she would admit it. she made her way out and dug her hand in to one of the deep bowls pulling something soft, she pulled out a creepy purple doll but she found it amusing " cool! " she exclaimed with delight as she put it in her pail witch was void of candy inventory
after azriel and loki went in kahula walked in with caution as she shrieked when some one jumped out at her she began to run wildly threw the maze nearly running in to a shifting wall but she came sliding to a stop as she got chased in the opposite way she was going. she made her way threw and all the way to the end panting having freaked out but that didn't stop her from claiming her prize as she put her hand in the bowl and pulled out some candy she happily put it in her pail and went to brag to loki seeing as loki was piking on azriel inventory
Kimi was always a fan of big events, it gave her a really good excuse to jump out there and meet new friends! It also gave her an excuse to have a really fun time hanging out with Akylan. He might not know it yet, but he was definitely her boyfriend. Yeah, no getting out of that one pal! Costumes weren't really her thing, but she did find a cute dress with little skulls all over it to wear for the day. He hair had some curls in it and she was super ready to have a blast! This was going to be a fun day, she was sure of it!
She picked out her pail, waiting for Akylan to arrive and found herself at a creepy both where someone shoved a very, very creepy doll in her face. well, to be fair it had some charm to it honestly. However the way the person cackled when they handed it to her was now assuring. She hesitated to put it into her pail, but well. She couldn't just laugh at such kindness. She managed a thank you and then sneakily ran away from that very odd booth. She'd check out the doll later, for now she just wanted to find her partner for the evening. She was very interested in seeing what he was wearing for the day!

Lori was very, very excited (also a little nervous) to be going to that evenings events. She loved spooky and scary things! Really she did! She made a game out of scaring Bailey on a daily basis. She wasn't much for costumes, but her family (what a surprise) did send them some costumes. Since she didn't want the cute little witch outfit to go to waste she had decided to wear it for the day. Just one day wouldn't hurt, right? Next year she's pick out or make her own costume though! That would be a ton of fun!
She was sticking to her brother like glue as they went about getting treats and fun things from the booths around them. Her Candy floss was so yummy that it seems to attract and adorable flitterrat to her. They were so cute and had an extra set of wings. "You can come home with me and meet my other little flitterrat! You two will get along great!" The little familiar found a home on her shoulder as they went about their way. She was running through ways that she could trick her brother in her head. Oh, he had no idea what was coming for him!

Bailey hated this event, he didn't like being spooked and he had his fill of it already on a daily basis. His sister, and his friends, and her friends, always seemed to being jumping out of nowhere. He didn't know how she managed, but she scared him at least three times a day. Even if he was expecting it, it still always caught him off guard. Maybe he wasn't giving her enough attention? Maybe too much? He hadn't really wanted to wear the costume he was given, but he at least put on the cape over his usual clothing. He had in the fake fangs as well, only if because they were kinda fun to wear.
He picked out the same bucket as Lori when they entered, but wasn't having as much luck with Lori in the prize department. He saw a really pretty rock being given away but when he touched it he just felt sad and dropped it into his bucket on accident. Ugh, he'd have to deal with that later. Maybe he could do something with it? He spotted an abandoned plushie not long after, aw! Poor thing! He picked it up for now, maybe he could fix them up later?

Haunted Hallows! This would be Maggie's first time at such an event since joining the Academy. They had the usual traditions back home as well, but the candies were different and the costumes were cooler here. And this party was way bigger then any she had seen before! She had on a mummy costume, wrapped head to toe in bandages to make her look spooky. She was probably the least scary, most adorable mummy anyone had ever seen however. At least she was having fun!
She picked out a dark purple pumpkin pale and set to work finding treats. The first thing that found it's way into her bucket didn't look all that appetizing however, she'd have to make sure to sort all her stuff out when everything was said and done. As she wandered around a cute, Hallowed Vespercat seemed to find itself following her around. "Do you want to go home with me kitty?" Maggie beamed when the vespercat purred and wound it's way between her legs.
"Looks like we have a new pet Atoris!" Of course she was dragging her brother around with her, she didn't do anything without him these days!

A Haunted Hallows away from home, this was a unique chance for him to enjoy a date with his partners. he had attempted figuring out a costume, but in the end had given up and just gotten a cheap pair of glowing horns to wear and a spooky t-shirt. He wasn't really one to go all out for these sorts of things, but he was little forward to seeing what Sidhe and Thomas would be wearing. He was sure they would look adorable either way.
he picked out one of the pales at random, not really finding anyone that he favored over the other and set about doing some trick or treating while he waited for Sidhe and Thomas. The first thing someone dropped into his little pale was a rather spooky looking eyeball. He was pretty sure that wasn't candy. Ewwwww....surely he'd have more luck as he continued on! He kept his eyes open for Sidhe or Thomas, but also checked kept his eyes open for any cool shops, game, or haunted houses.

Eilwen was looking forward to enjoying this particular Haunted Hallows. There was a time when she absolutely hates the Holiday. It happened close to her birthday and was a very obvious reminder that she wasn't like most other Nightmares. She had been trying for some time to get over those things and had promised herself she would try to have some fun this month. To top things off she also had Erion with her, and they were both wearing matching dragon-onesies. She had to admit they looked kind of adorable together. She was nervous to have a brother at first, but he was helping her learn to accept herself more and more each day. So she welcomed him into her life.
There was someone else who was helping out a lot. A certain fluffy-feathered friend. She looked around the event to try spotting Fakir, but he was probably trying to keep a low profile. A mini-celebrity at an event like that would surely draw attention. What sort of costume could he be wearing? She really wanted to see him. For now she focused on trick or treating with Erion though.
"Trick or treat!" She said to someone handing out various items for those looking to just pass by and get something for free. A lollypop was dropped into her bucket and something was dropped into Erion's as well. Off to the next stand! There was was able to play a game that netted her a cute little nezubat plushie! She figured it would be a good gift for Fakir if she ever spotted him. For now she put it into her pale so that he wouldn't spot it right away.

This was his first Haunted Hallow's since leaving home and also one of the first times he'd be spending a lot of time with his sister enjoying such an event. She never really came home for any 'Holidays' back when she was alone at the Academy and he was still very young. He knew that this month could probably be hard for her, but he kept her spirits high with his endless amount of energy. It was his suggestions that they get matching costumes and he even picked out the theme. At first Eilwen had laughed, but she came around to the idea eventually. Who didn't want to be a fire-breathing Dragon for Halloween? It only seemed like the next logical step!
Erion picked out his cauldron at random and followed his sister about the event. "Trick or treat!" Erion echo'd and watched as a petty glowing rock was dropped into his pale! It was so cute! But he didn't have time to worry about that, there were others things to be done! He could play with his toys and candy later. He watched his sister play a game and then took part in one himself. He was very surprised when he was given a Hallowed Vespercat. He loved it so much! Would it be cheesy if he named it after his Sister? Maybe with a nickname of sorts...
"I'll name you El!" He snuggled the Vespercat and was happy when the little kitty followed him around to the other stalls and games. He say that Eilwen sort of rolled her eyes at the name, but he knew she secretly loved it.
Yushika
This would be Misty's first time celebrating Haunted Hallows as a student at the Academy. She was a little unsure of how things would go at first, but had decided to settle on a cute lady bug costume for the day. She didn't usually like cute things, but she could make an exception or two from time to time. It seemed like something different to do from everyone else as well, most of the costumes were spooky, weird, or just odd in design.
She had her twin glued to her side as she picked out a colorful cauldron to collect treats (and tricks) in for the day. The first thing she received was a glowing necklace, it was kinda cute and although it didn't really match her costume she went ahead and put it on anyway. Green was one of her favorite colors! The glow seemed to attract a little flitterrat over to her as well. It was so cute, little purple butt! She had no idea what to call it, but she was already attached.
"Look at this cutie Cascade!" Misty beamed a brighter smile than she usually wore. Nothing like a school event to perk someone up. She was keeping a close eye out for anything that could spooky her brother though. She'd scare away a prankster before they could get started!

Patches had sort of ironically dressed up like an Egyptian Princess for Haunted Hallows this year. She knew no one would get the joke, and in fact she hoped no one ever would, but it was a fun costume regardless. She was starting to think she was getting a little too old to go to these sorts of event, but she wanted to have one last hurrah in her Academy life with one of her besties; Mahuyah. They'd be graduating and moving on soon! She was looking forward to spending as much time as she could with her friend until they possible went separate ways.
She picked out the brightest colors pumpkin basket she could find and then marched into the event. Only to be given a very, very creepy puppet at the first place she stopped. Ugh, she couldn't even look at it. Thankfully it would get burying with treats (hopefully) by the end of the night. She knew this Holiday was about tricking as well, but sometimes things just went a little too far....
She kept her eyes out for Mahuyah after that, hoping to join her friend in fun times.
Niamh stood in line with her classmates, hands clasped behind her back, feigning patience. Her caretaker was going to take her and the other Freshlings in her care to the party! She bounced on her toes, and adjusted her hat carefully. The tiny Fey was dresses as a princess, in a big pinky poofy dress. She loved it. And they were going trick-or-treating in the village!
Her caretaker was moving down the line, handing out pails to collect goodies in. Niamh had heard her mention that some buckets would even have an extra treat in them. Her caretaker reached her in the line, and handed her a pail. Excitedly, she glanced inside. Oooh, she had been lucky! A sweet little paper ghost and a new plushie were both tucked inside. The grin could have split the tiny Fey's face in half.

Nadi leaned closer to her mirror, perfecting her makeup. Perhaps the eyeliner was a little dark, but it wouldn't be light out, and she wanted her eyes to stand out. Her entire head was wreathed in pale blue crepe paper petals, which she carefully adjusted. Of course the Dryad who loved flowers would dress up as one ...
Finally deciding that she was ready, she reached out for her pail. The dorms had put them out earlier, and she'd grabbed a nice blue one. But she hadn't noticed before that it had a nice sugary treat inside!
Odessa
Odessa squirmed in her costume, and itched at her arm. Her caretaker had told her it was cute, and that she simply had to wear it. The little Grimm wasn't too sure about all of that. The Fennekit costume was mostly just hot and scratchy. At least they'd be outside soon, and it was cooler out there. Dessa swung her pail, and meandered towards the larger group of her dormmates. She noticed something glittery on the the ground and bent to scoop it up.
... It was a super creepy locket. But sort of interesting. She dumped it into her bucket with a shrug. Still a prize!
Dahvin
Dahvin's caretaker was all about Trick-or-Treat, leading his group to be one of the first to take off into the village. All of the Freshlings were neatly costumed, and just barely holding their excitement in. He wasn't too sure how he felt about going up to stranger's home and knocking on their doors ... But apparently they were going to do it one was or another.
He clutched his pail tight to his chest, and approached the first door. Ah! He was in luck! The resident had simply left a bowl of treats on their step! The shy Kirin's hand darted quickly into the bowl pulling out a little sugar skull.
Piper
Piper clutched a pail in one hand, and a lantern in the other, not yet lit. Their caretaker had named them the light carrier for the first part of the night, quite an honor! Piper had scrounged their costume out their dorm's dress up trunk, and was quite pleased with the stethoscope they'd borrowed from the nurse.
Noticing the caretaker coming along, getting ready to light the lanter. ... But they didn't have a lighter. They had a creepy skull and candle combo. Well, sort of fit with the theme?
Coralie new that she had to go this year with Awanata, one of her friends here at the academy. The goblin was just always a joy to be around, and going alone to the Haunted Hallows was never fun! The two met up at the entrance and made their way through the event, Coralie finding out after she won a familiar that someone put a strange locket in her pail. Weird... it kind of made her feel sad... oh well! Onto the next game!
Awanata was delighted to be able to go this year with Coralie, her tail swaying to the music as the two made their way through the games. The first game the two played was an instant win for them, both of them getting the familiar of their chose. However, the goblin nearly screamed when she saw that someone had put a glass eye in her pail. How rude!

This year for Haunted Hallows, Yihad had managed to get a few recent Senior, Somansh, to come to the event with hum. Hu had so much fun last year by humself, surely it would be fun with someone else too. Sure, the both of them were super shy, but that just meant they would be able to understand each other's frustrations more.
When it came to the first game, a partner game where you paired up with someone to answer trivia questions about Haunted Hallows, the two of them dominated! Yihad managed to get some cotton candy, giving Somansh a nod of approval ", You did great back there."
Somansh had no idea why she had agreed to go to this event with someone, let alone an almost complete stranger! The two of them had only met briefly during a science class, and the two hit if off some. The next thing she knew, Yihad was asking her to go to the festival with hum... and she agreed! What was wrong with her? Oh yeah! She liked him. Yep! Out of all the people Somansh could of had a crush on, she just so happened to get one on the first litch who shared interests and personality with her.
During the partner trivia game, Somansh was super nervous, but being comforted by Yihad somehow made her feel better. In the end the two of them won the round, her getting a chocolate bat ", Thank you," she blushed some, looking away to put her candy in her pail.

Irison made their way to the event in record time, looking around for something to do. This was the first time Irison had ever been to an event like this, and there was so much to do! The naiad managed to win some terrible poop candy with the first game they played, but soon noticed a little familiar hiding from the crowds of people. Irison decided to slowly approach the creature, offering their arms for the familiar to crawl into ", I won't hurt you. I'll protect you, I promise." The creature trusted them, going over to Irison and snuggling into their arms. Irison now had a new friend!
Jacintha was excited to go out to the festival, hoping to see Caron. He had said he would be here, so she was searching for him while looking at all the fun games to play! She came across a Throw-The-Hoop game, winning a cool little charm! She attacked it to her pumpkin candy bucket and went off in search of Caron. Hmm, where could he be?
Lazarus was kind of lost, trying to see if he could find Odessa or Kara here. So far he hadn't been able to find either, and was given a "prize" for almost winning the Throw-The-Hoop game against some imp. However, the goblet in question was really badly made, Lazarus giving a sigh before rushing off to find his girlfriend and Kara.
Rodina made her way through the event with her head held high, looking around for anything she could easily win, but still look as if she tried very hard on. After all, she had to keep up her image right? She came across a simple ring toss game, figuring she would win it easily. Well... turns out it wasn't easy at all, her swearing she heard people laughing at her as she kept missing. By the end of it all she got a weird candle thing... looking at it in disgust. Who would ever want to win thing thing?!
Kerigade had moved to the below for the special chance to get schooling down here, his rich parents wishing for him to be raised as a cultured man. What better way than to send him to the academy here? Well Kerigade was having none of that. Everyone here was just so... go lucky and happy. Why did everyone like it here? Maybe he could find out if he played some of these games? Too bad for Kerigade he was terrible at them, winning a bag of stale popcorn... yay.
Quilo was a calm and collected individual, always seeing how she could be of service to others. Today she was going to be a bit more laid back with that though, for today was Haunted Hallows! Today she was going to try her hardest to get all the candy she could. Why? No particular reason. She just simply had a sweet tooth at the moment. So when it came to the first game, Quilo was a natural and ended up winning some candy floss to snack on while she searched for other places to go.
12, 10, 15, 5 Azure didn't like sweets but, that didn't stop him from wanting to get trinkets or other things from the festival or from trick or treating. he did have a few friends after all that did enjoy candy much more then he did, he went out on his own seance he couldn't exactly go with his girlfriend. he sighed and held his lantern close he went play a few games. not really having to much fun on his own, he threw a few baseballs at rigged bottles and managed to knock a few down. he was able to win a small prize so he chooses a small green glowing bottle.
zinnia existed for all the things in store. she hoped that she might be able to catch some Pumpka. she began to wonder around with her bucket happily exploring and getting scared by a few people who sneaked up behind her, but she enjoyed it. she soon found her self playing a few games. she ended up winning a cute bracelet it was no Pumpka but it was just as cute
Kyra went in to the maze hearing Azriel Shriek and cry while Loki giggled most of the time having Sheo fallow close behind her as she made her way threw the maze feeling Sheo closes behind her the whole time. she got a bit spooked but not to the point she screamed as Halloween was one of her favorite holidays and fall her favorite time of year. though it made her a bit drowsy she enjoyed it none the less as she got to the end she stuck her hand in the bowl and began to feel around. with a small bag of candy in hand she felt something crawl up her arm, it was a cute .... she found it adorable and slipped it on to her shoulder.
Sheo sheo was closes behind kyra all threw the maze she tried to be brave but still ended up becoming spooked by a few times by things that seemed like they were trying to drag her away witch only made her keep closer to kyra, when they made it out she waited her turn and was helped up by kyra to grab inside the bowl. she pullout a challis shaped and colored like a pumpkin with something dragging it back in, sheo shrieked in terror as kyra pulled her back a Pumpka came flying out and rolled on the floor it hoped on to sheos head soon after as she giggled in delight.
Skrein wasn't sure if she was going to like this event, having never been to such a large festival with so many people before. It wasn't long though before she started to get into playing the games, having won a cute plushie. Then of course she was gifted a weird turnip, unsure of what to do with the strange thing.
Snii Vye, let out a small chuckle as he walked through the crowded areas of the Haunted Hallows event, finding all of this too amusing. He found it so weird but exciting to be here, among all the people just doing their own thing. This year he was going to be alone, at school without his family. They had sent him here in order to get the best education possible, and to help him makes friends. Snii was completely okay with this, but wished his family would be here to see him.
As he passed a group of Seniors, one of them handed him a bag of candy and told him to have fun, the hybrid giving the stranger a thank you before heading to a game he thought would be fun.
Runai was all alone this year, hoping to get lots of candy if ze could. There was so much to do, but Runai didn't know what to do first. In the end one of the teachers noticed zim walking around aimlessely and gave zim a lollipop, pointing zim in the direction of a game they thought ze would like. It did look fun, so Runai headed over to it.
Vivek's wings flapped excitedly some as he saw all the things he could do, rushing over to the first game he saw. It was a magnet fishing game, a very simple game that Vivek knew he could play. Without much effort he ended up getting a winning fish, being gifted a bag of candy as his prize. Yumm!
Euthalia was kind of scared here all on his own, trying to find a spot to go and get some candy. He didn't know what he could do, so he rushed over to the first game he saw, a bean bag game, and began to play that to help calm him down. Turns out he wasn't too bad at the game, being given a chocolate bat to nibble on. He began to do so soon after being given the sweet treat, his teath slightly chewing on it to calm himself down as he finally found it in himself to go around the place.
Neptune was admittedly a little sad that Tomoe had decided to stay home. While he wasn't really the best suited for Haunted Hallows events either, it was fun to go out with friends and celebrate holidays... Maybe next hear their Kumiho friend would come along with them. The last time Neptune had come to one of these, he'd dressed up as one of the Goddesses... and honestly he hadn't really thought of anything better, so he'd re-used the costume. He hadn't grown much anyway.
Unlike Maria, he did not have very good luck with their pails... He got a cauldron this time, which was nice, but upon further inspection it appeared that someone had uh... lost a tooth in it... Gross. He briefly considered dumping it out, but was distracted by Maria pulling him over to meet--... Tomoe?! Immediately his tail started wagging as he perked up.
"Y-You decided to c-come...! W-welcome." He smiled for a few moments, then looked to Maria. "H-He can come t-trick-or-treating with us now."

Ganymede hadn't been to any school functions since The Incident at prom, but... he figured he probably couldn't mope forever. At least, not with Foras around. Things were... awkward, but in a good way. At least he thought it was a good thing. Was it wrong to get attached to someone else so quickly after a messy breakup? Okay- he'd kind of already been attached before the breakup, so he supposed it was excusable. This time.
Ganymede hadn't really thought much of Foras asking him what he was going to be for Haunted Hallows, but maybe he should have. Upon spotting Foras at the festival, he knew why the hybrid had asked... Was that really supposed to be a ghoul costume? Honestly... at least he tried? Gany's was painstakingly crafted to be as scary as possible... he'd even made an attempt at effects makeup.
"So, you were "just curious" about what I'd be for Haunted Hallows, huh?" He quirked a brow up at his tall... friend? Not-Boyfriend? ********, what was he? They hadn't really talked about this but things were kind of... subtly heading in that direction... Ugh. He didn't want to think about it at the moment, so instead he grabbed himself a free cauldron.
It felt a little heavier than it should, though. Curious, he peered inside and spotted a turnip... Immediately he grinned. Oh, he knew who was getting this. He turned to look back at Foras, though before he could speak a patchwork Flitterat flew out of nowhere and nearly smacked right into his head. Ganymede dropped his cauldron in his effort to catch the little creature. It seemed rather frightened for some reason... He managed to calm it down, then settled it onto his shoulder. Welp. One more to the bunch..?

Haunted Hallows! The best time of year!! Damien could enact all sorts of schemes, after all. Speaking of schemes, the Baphomet was cooking up a bit of a big one... He just needed a co-conspirator to finish hatching his plan... He wasn't sure how to do it, but the result was definitely going to be more candy than the average kid could get at these things.
Starting with the opening part of the festival, Damien helped himself to a pumpkin pail, then trotted off into the crowd. He'd find someone to rope into his scheme. He was passing by a table with all sorts of spooky stuff when he noticed a skull with a candle sitting on the end... While no one was looking, the little baphomet casually slid it into his pail, then scurried off before he could get caught. Haha! His first victory!!
He was about to head to one of the games to see how it worked when he spotted some familiar blond hair... Oh, Lori! Perfect!
"HEY YOU! WITH THE WINGS!" He waved his free hand erratically. He knew her name... but he figured it'd be funny to greet her that way since that was how he'd done it the first time.
Eidil was running a little late from getting some chores done. She saw Cal had gotten there early, but no matter. She ran over to her girlfriend, then, heeding a conversation (cough argument cough) they'd had, she wrapped her hand around Cal's instead of glomping her in the back. "Hey, sorry I'm late!" She reached up on her tip-toes to kiss Cal's cheek. "What did I miss?"
It had been years since Ciel had trick-or-treated. She'd love to go trick-or-treating now, but sadly she was a little old for it. No matter--someday she'd have children of her own, and then she could go trick-or-treating again. In the meantime, she was working at one of the haunted houses. They had a few more minutes before "go time," so Ciel was having some last-minute make-up done on her face.
Anchriesel looked around the fair, hoping to catch sight of his roommate, Zalir. He'd sort of been hoping to be able to go trick-or-treating with the shy Litch, but there was no sign of zem yet.
