"Decided to pick on someone your own size, huh?" Cesc's voice was thick and choppy from laughing and he scooped up some more snow to throw back at her. He was interrupted by her toss, and so his throw had a lot less on it than it might have otherwise had--but it was certainly on target.

Gabe didn't have much time to react to Ethiriel's sudden timidness with how quickly the snowballs were flying. She got hit and immediately returned to the game, all smiles and laughter, which made him roll his eyes and become another perfect target for a poorly aimed shot to his right side. Gabe stifled where he stood, scoffed irritably, and decided it would be better to bail quickly before any other stray snowballs flew his way. Eth could find him inside when she was ready to leave.

Letting out another noise foreign to her voice, Ethiriel giggled as she hid herself from Cesc's throw -- a little too late. It connected and she gave out a dramatic, vocal reaction before rearing back and tossing as hard as she could. It hit the stag's chest a bit harder than she realized she could muster.

She had meant to hit someone who was actually in the snowball fight, but perhaps all the snow in the air obscured her sight, or maybe (probably) the fact that she was laughing so much was messing up her aim.
Either way, poor Dr. Kyou got a second batch of snow raining over him.
"Oh gosh, I'm so sorry!" The fact that she was still laughing made her apology seem somewhat less than sincere.

This time her aim was a bit better, and Mordekai got a nice snowball in the chest in retaliation for the one that he had thrown at her.

Having taken her time, Zuri rose up with an enormous snow -BOMB- this time, hefting it over her head triumphantly. "TAKE THIS!"
She was aiming at Cesc. But with the size and heaviness of the snow-nuke, it didn't take so much aiming... She nearly went off-balance from it, but the monster snowball flew straight and true.

Cesc stopped mid-laugh as he saw exactly what Zurine was conjuring, his eyes rounding at the sheer size of the snowball. His lips parted and he burst into another laugh as it flew right at him, only having the time to squawk out: "I KNEW you'd use your powers!" before he got hit with a veritable avalanche of snow.
No time to retaliate!

She couldn't help looking a little smug as she scooped up snow, using her powers a little to tighten it up as well as her hands. "Sorryyyy, I'm a dirty rotten cheater," Zuri crooned innocently as she narrowed her eyes, seeking a new target. Her poor friend deserved a break, so she picked out the other major thrower of snowballs -- Nell -- and popped off another quick shot, a little harder than she had intended.
"Ohnoyoumightwantto--" SPLAT. "Duck. Sorry!"

With wide eyes, Ethiriel met Zurine's mighty snowball just as soon as it had crashed onto Cesc. There was a moment where awe and worry painted her expression, but it wasn't long before she burst into a fit of laughter as she floated her way to side with the owl, still having trouble getting rid of the giggles.

She heard the warning a bit too late, and the snowball caught her right in the act of turning around, and it caught her right in the upper chest. With a strangled cry she clutched at her chest as she let the momentum of her spin carry her around in a complete circle before she collapsed into the snow with more drama than the hit really called for.

Claire was pummeled, so mercilessly, by not one, not two, but three different people! She laughed as she went down, her eyes locking on her original target again. She was quick to recover as she reared back and threw the snowball as hard as she could at Nell as she went down from another hit, hitting her smack in the back, probably a bit harder than she would have liked.
"Sorry, sorry!" she cried, but she laughed all the same. "I didn't mean to throw so hard!"

If there were an award for the slowest snowball maker ever to exist on Gaia, Oliver would be the thirty nine year returning champion. He was currently cursing himself for not thinking to wear gloves, or at least long sleeves to cover his soon to be frostbitten hands, and could only bring himself to pat at the snow and roll it quickly to avoid handling it too much. Because of this, most of his snowballs crumbled before he could even begin throwing them, making the game a bit tedious for him, even if it was his fault for doing it in an odd manner.
Finally, after so many failed attempts, he finally made a snowball that didn't fall apart and tossed it triumphantly through the air. His throw was weak, but his aim was good, and he couldn't help but boast a grin when it hit Amity on the shoulder.

Nell lunged up out of the snow, a snowball in either hand and a determined look on her face. Her gaze fell on the first person she saw, and she let the first snowball fly with a grin. Sorry Claire, you're not getting away scott-free
