  Welcome to the NYE Snowball fight!

For this game, there will be two teams. The teams were randomized via random.org, to make for truly random combinations.

Each team has 250 collective hp. Each character you have needs to roll between 1-10 before you post (so if you have more characters, roll for each one!) Whatever they roll will make for how their snowball hit! You are allowed to choose your target, of course! Here is your key:
Snowball rolls:
1. FRIENDLY FIRE! You hit one of your own teammates, -1 hp for your team!
2. WTF were you aiming at? That was truly awful.You may have hit an innocent bystander, tree, or side of the house. (-0 hp)
3. You may have juuuust grazed them. (-3 hp for opposing team!)
4. You softly hit your target, more or less. (-4 hp for opposing team!)
5. You hit your target in a soft, glancing blow. (-5 hp for opposing team!)
6. Poof! Your snowball easily crumbles, but at least it hit. (-6 hp for opposing team!)
7. You hit 'em a little harder, and more centrally in their body/head (-7 hp for opposing team)
8. You're really getting the hang of this now! You got 'em right good! (-8 hp for opposing team)
9. BLAM! Hard hit! (-9 hp for opposing team)
10. DIRECT SMASHING HIT. HOLY CRAP, SNIPER. (-10 hp for opposing team)
Now, this is a fight! You don't have to wait for the opposing team to reply. You can post as many times as you want and hit people with as many snowballs as you want. But, you cannot accrue more than -25 hp against the other team per day.
If we find out the game is going too fast or too slow, we'll add hp or up your daily allotment!
If you haven't joined the ORP or snowball fight, and you are just super mean, you can have your character available as a innocent bystander, to get hit if anyone rolls a 2.

"So this is the way it's gonna be, huh?" Cesc leaned down and packed a soft snowball in his hands, looking across the snow-fort divide to the other team.
The back yard of the cabin was perfectly situated for a snowball fight. There were some rolling hills, a few well-placed trees to hide behind, and earlier, someone had made a snow divide so that the teams would stay on their respective sides. Cesc took a peek back at his own team and smiled. "Someone's got to open fire, huh?"
With a grin, he took aim and pelted Zurine right in the back.

"That's how you open? By hitting a lady? Rhede, we raised you better," said Shep on the other side, grabbing some snow and hitting Cesc back, smacking him right in the chest.

While Zurine had been the one to bring her out, as soon as sign-ups were finished Ethiriel practically bounded onto the field. It was so white, so pretty -- she never would have expected it to be this beautiful after snow.
Spotting Cesc first, the silver Frei mounded a small pile of snow and formed a ball out of it, immediately throwing at the stag.

"Ohohohoh, Eth--" Cesc laughed through getting hit, dropping the snowball he was in the process of making as the snowball crashed into him. Immediately, he dropped, reforming it. "You think I'm not gonna go after you cause it's your birthday? So wrong--- so wrong."
He tossed another ball at her, managing to hit her in the shoulder, laughing brightly.

While part of her was expecting retaliation, once the snowball hit her shoulder Ethiriel reared back, gently cradling it with her opposite hand. She laughed, having the most fun that she ever had before -- even already.
"I'd expect nothing less!" she called, reaching down and grabbing more snow. This time, she hit him square in the chest, but the strike was far from powerful.

"Oooh, it's on now," Zuri said, laughing as she shook snow out of her wings, her eyes alight with glee. "Sir, you have gone too far!" The snow was -her- element, after all, and a little snowball to the back was nothing. Bending, she scooped up a handful of snow and loosely packed it, a little hasty, then lobbed it with as much aim as she could muster.
"Damn!" she said, laughing as it poofed into a cheery little white explosion of powder. "Enjoy your snowball, anyway!"

The grin of excitement on her face was impossible to disguise, and she was nearly bouncing up and down with potent up energy, ready to unleash it in some poor soul with a snowball. Watch out everyone, she was on a mission.
She took her time forming the perfect snowball, eying the scene in front of her before pulling her arm back and throwing it at Shep , cheering slightly when the snowball hit its mark.

While Shep packed another snowball to lob over the line at Rhedefre, he found himself suddenly hit! With surprise, he looked at the culprit, brushing the extra snow off his jacket. He saw a tall woman he'd never met before--and thought this was rather a good meeting.
"Well! That's how it is! A hit before a hello, huh?" Shep packed a snowball and chucked it at Nell, managing to hit her right in the chest. "Rhede! Your team has no manners!"
((OOC: Since I've hit my mark, the hit counts but it'll only be -3 hp in the tally, cause that gets me to 25!)

"Sorry! " she called out as she bent to make another snowball. "Hi, I'm Nell and I'm going to throw this at you now! " unfortunately her son was thrown off slightly when she was hit with Shep's snowball, eliciting a shriek from her as some of the snow managed to trickle down the neck of her sweater.

Once Nell spoke, Ethiriel was able to recognize her vocally as she didn't visually. With a mischievous grin, she reared back and threw one toward the woman.
Unfortunately, it barely grazed her hair.

Nell made a at rather indignant noise as she felt the snowball graze her, and she whirled around to see who threw it. "Hey Ethiriel! Long time no see!" Unfortunately this greeting was followed by a well placed snowball.

At the hearty blast of snow to her other shoulder, Ethiriel reared back again with a laugh -- it hurt, more than she was used to, but with the hype of the situation and adrenaline pumping, she was able to ignore it for now. "A pleasure, Lady Nell!"
Once she had her own snowball ready, the formerly-blind Raevan attempted to toss another at Nell, but ended up hitting the snowy-owl instead. "Zurine, I am so sorry!" she said through a laugh, hardly able to contain herself.

Well, Oliver wasn't exactly sure where this event was mentioned in the memo he received, but he supposed that didn't matter. He was more than ready to delve into a group activity like this, even if it meant getting pelted with snow!
"Incoming!" He shouted, tossing a well packed snowball across the field and quickly ducking from the returning fire. He'd heard his snowball hit someone, though, to which he proudly grinned. Hopefully he'd continue to have good luck like this!
