Wakes up, don't know who you are but you know you have to kill this guy at the basement of a dark castle with a small lantern to light the way but you have "one-hit KO" monsters after you and you can't fight back.

A brain in a jar from the past helps a computer stuff 58 people in a box and shoot it into space because she thinks it will save the world.

Everyone is naked. The monsters are naked, there's an old (mostly-naked) corpse helping you. You are the only person with clothes in this mansion. In the end, you kill a floating naked man (who encouraged your arts and crafts) if you aren't distracted by his genitals for too long. The other naked corpse-man congratulates you.

Observation Log:

432-1:
Patient 0437 has just been placed under our care. Not much is known about it. Patient appears to be a female adolescent, age ██ , Caucasian with grey eyes and very pale blonde hair. We have left her in a ███-level observation room for the night.

432-2:
Patient 0437 appears to be talking to herself as she stares into a compact that was on her when she arrived. We listened for other voices, but our scanners picked up nothing. She seems to be uncomfortable, irritated even. She hasn't displayed any suspicious behavior so far.

432-3:
Employee 613 has disappeared and Patient 0437 is missing. From our surveillance cameras we have learned why we have received Patient 0437. At █:██AM Employee 613 entered the observation room with a tray consisting of a sandwich and a glass of milk. After some unanswered questions from Employee 613, Patient 0437 opened up her compact and showed Employee 613 the mirror. The cameras picked up multiple voices coming from seemingly nowhere as the screen flickered and screamed due to interference.

432-4:
Patient 0437 is still missing; oddly there have been multiple sightings of Employee 613 around the building until this morning when he was seen leaving out of the ████ exit. Something seemed off about him though. His hair was dull and there was something small and reflective in his hand. Strange.
