Kalden was fond of sleeping. In fact, he was very fond of it, as any self-respecting feline ought to be. What he was entirely unaccustomed to, mind, was waking up to avalanches and foreboding voices and most importantly...
...riddles.
He'd never been good at them.
What there were, however, were quite a few others milling about, and heeeey, was that Vaudrey? At least some of these guys were familiar.
Shambling to his feet, he shook out some of the tangles in his hair, swearing viciously when he attempted to rake claws through the unbrushed disaster. "Aww man, anybody made any headway on this riddle thing-a-bob?" An ire-filled rumble, and then he ambled over to take a peek at the rather forboding looking hole in the ground.
All spookiness aside, it seemed like the best bet, so with a shrug of massive shoulders, the Tibetan Snow lion....jumped right down into the hole without much prelude or forethought whatsoever.
"Yooooooooo~" With any luck there'd be a tunnel down here.

Silannas looked about, still in her pool. Maybe there wasn't anything really there... And now her boots were wet. At least she had tied it tight enough for water to not leak in.
The shaman stepped out of the pool and tilted her head in the direction of the papers that the others seemed to have been messing with. "Hmmm..."
Silannas stepped over and looked at the papers, turning them over with care and suspicion.
Tossing the runes from the crystal formation, the room's mystery was getting to him. Unsure of what to do and everyone was doing different things in silence or talking to themselves. He followed the bloody mess with his own footprints.

Vaudrey squinted at the tally marks, trying to trace them with his talons and figure out what they were.
Tracing the grooves of the tally marks, there seemed to be five letters, all etched in a language he did not understand. Below each name were tallies. The first one read one, then the second five, the third twenty, and the fourth ninety-nine. The last etch was that of a fish, and it was etched in blood red.

She would have actually found a very large perfectly circular slab. The center of the slab had been carved out, and measured very carefully. It was labelled 314.

Once she had finishes stretching and was fully awake Camilla moves to look at the Crystal nearby. When she saw there were slots in them and that runes might be needed she moves over to where the blank ones were.
Curiously, she picks one of the blank runes up. Even if it was worthless it was nice looking.

"Puella!" Fia was happy to see someone she knew. She also had something that seemed to fit into the slots! "Good job! I think we're supposed to touch the crystals again once we have one more..."
Fia went tothe table and walked around the diameter of it, running her hand on the underside of the table.Where were these other runes hidden? "Do you have any clue where we could get another?"

tried to pull the key from the door and insert the rusty key that he owns.
There was a loud click as the action of tugging the key caused the door to remain in a greater state of being locked. Unfortunately, the key did not budge despite all efforts.

Aymet was extremely confused at first, but quickly settled into the correct level of suspended disbelief required to find his way out of a hole in the ground. After all, that's what this all sounded like to him.

... She totally hadn't expected that. What was something like this doing buried in the ground? And what did 314 mean? Maddie didn't know, and didn't want to think about it. The only thing that went through her head right now was FINDERS KEEPERS. She tried to pick up the slab.
