Personality:A mysterious man with an ominous presence that makes for an intimidating sight as he bears down upon his enemies, brandishing his massive blade with ease. His icy exterior makes it impossible for others to read him, let alone approach him.
Makai is someone who prefers to personally take action instead of having others do the dirty work for him, and says he is like "the calm before the storm", as he may remain silent until seeing a weakness in his enemies, and once he does, he will expose it without mercy. As his goal draws nearer, he becomes visibly emotional, ultimately revealing himself as a determined and single-minded man who has been consumed by sorrow and rage over the centuries.
Even when outnumbered, he remains composed, adaptable, and calculating, quickly able to adjust to new developments and change his battle tactics. He can also be spiteful, and belittling of others. Despite his pride and confidence in his immense power, Makai is shown to be highly vigilant, regardless of the situation.Makai carries a powerful presence;even for a demon. He is noted for his stoic and inscrutable disposition. He takes large amounts of time each day to have open audiences with anyone who wishes to speak with him, and he often looks into problems personally.
Makai lives by a philosophy that it is the duty of the strong to protect and guide the weak. He cares deeply for the well-being and happiness of his people, whether that be the people of Hell or, his family, and in his own words, will "crush anyone who dares to harm his people". He is passionate when it comes to his beliefs, going to great lengths to uphold them.
Preferring to live an independent life, Makai has shown to be a very mysterious and withdrawn being, not having shown in contact with any other being unless he has to. As noted by those that know him well, Makai has a tremendous amount of willpower. This aspect of his personality has been prominent since he first began combat training; as he always showed the necessary willpower to improve himself. His sheer determination and willpower is further highlighted through his ability to resist both the addictive properties of most chemical drugs and the mind-controlling effect the scientist tried to brand into his psyche; effectively dealing with both forces simultaneously with the force of his will alone. Appearance:A tall, fair-skinned man with spiky, black,shoulder length hair that has a slight, blue tint to it. His outfit is usually a bright red traditional armor — similar to that of samurai — worn over a simple black suit. This armor was constructed from numerous enchanted plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body, in particular: chest, waist, shoulders and thighs.
An octagon-like glyph appears under Makai, and dark flames of demon energy erupt from the it. The flame cries out an eerie moan immediately.During the wail itself, Makai's hair is replaced by a exo-skull and he begins to grow a pair of horns from his forehead. His energy liquifies and covers his arms and legs solidifying into a form of armor. He then proceeds to grab his chest and pulls out his sword;causing the flames to dissipate. As the hymn nears its end,his skin turns crimson and he grows a thick red tail. At the end he brandishes his sword and the transformation is complete. Maō : A pentagon-like glyph appears under Makai's , and white-red flames of hellion energy erupt from the ground. The flames cries out an eerie moan immediately followed by the sound of prayer chants in the form of a hymn that echoes throughout the immediate area, often confusing those who witness the transformation process.During the hymn itself, Makai's body bulks up and his horns turn crimson his skin becomes more armored,and he gains additional arms. As the hymn nears its end,his skin turns golden and his tail become whip-like.Once he channels his power pressure thru his sword he makes a diagonal swing that causes the blade to shatter like glass and reveal its true beauty. In this state the sword has now transmogrified into larger blade he can summon at will. In this form Makai gains access to his Genrōmaōken (Demon Emperor Fist) ;wherein Makai can channel a fusion of Ishohi or Darkness Flame into one or all of his hands. By concentrating he is able form a sphere golden sphere of lightning around a similar sphere of black flames. The result is a nearly element which combines the piercing effects of lightning with the golden flames of Ishohi. He uses this technique to enhance his hand-to-hand combat abilities. Kanseishikaku (完成視覚, complete vision):When invoked, Maki's eyes emit a faint light, and a red ring appears around the pupil. While in use, this magic allows the Maki to see everything in slow motion .This works by speeding up his eyes ability to perceive the world around him, allowing them to react faster and execute more precise attacks. With his trained eyes Makai can see through all forms of when someone is altering something. This includes but is not limited to illusions, mirages, forced sleep or dreams, or even if one's perception are influenced with no hints that they are being controlled. However, what makes this power truly great is that it can see through subjective forms of altering perception or ethereal beings. Meaning, it can tell him if a situation is false, true, or incomplete or if something ethereal is present. He can also see if someone hiding something through deceptions,or if a situation was made to appear differently, than what it originally was made to.
Ryuugan ( Dragon Eye):When invoked Makai's eyes gain a ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeball, with light purple sclerae and irides, and a pattern of six tomoe. Ryuugan momentarily allows Makai to brake his seal and transform the physiology of his body into that of a demon-dragon which increases the his power tremendously. The Ryuugan grants the Makai various characteristics typical of a dragon; gaining reptilian scales and traits, such as further elongated, and sharper, canines and scale-like patterns on the skin, and the ability produce and control hell fire from any part of his body, which can be used both in melee and as a ranged form of offense. Kehai Hatsu (Presence Manifestation):The physical manifestation of Makai's will power and killing intent projected outward or given shape. In This can be seen as his power slowly manifests around the him as an aura which then expands and molds in a black spectral dragon. The dragon can form musculature as well as make shift bones, progressively completing it until it develops into a full-bodied form. Since it is formed through the materialization of Makai's will, he is able to freely move around within the manifestations body as well as levitate inside of it,and can also leave its body entirely while maintaining it. While the materialization acts as a defence against external attacks, anything coming out of its body will simply pass through it.
Ishohi (Will Flame): Ishohi is a high-density form of aura that is refined from the Makai's draconian soul,and will power. It can be seen as a fire-like battle aura with a dynamic cloak-like form. It resonates with Makai's soul but, unlike an aura which is a supernatural phenomenon seen in only a few individuals, the Ishohi is more akin to an actual flame, possessing its own destructive properties.When an opponent comes into contact with this flame they will be attacked on a spiritual level as the fist itself produce no physical damage. This causes most spiritual and demon entities immense pain as their very existence is being burned away. The flames have the ability to manipulate outside flames as well. This includes moving,absorbing and dispersing foreign flames from the users body only. These flames are unable to be extinguished by normal water or ice nor are they able to be taken control of by a secondary-source; they move and burn according to the will of the user. The flames act completely separately to regular flames, and pursue an enemy relentlessly with great speed, accuracy and strength.
Battle Style
Mazoku Style: Dragon Kata (竜組手, Ryū Kumite) : A martial art were the Makai's energy takes dragon-headed shrouds around his arms. He can then drive his own power directly into an opponent's body through a physical strike or can release it for a projectile attack. The technique requires momentum and great control making it difficult to replicate. The style centers around the shifting of weight with each of the user's strikes, which are strong and well grounded, yet shift. The blows consist of swift, open-handed strikes from the user's fore-arm and strong, direct punches and kicks.Makai created it after copying the movements of dragons he encountered,and fusing it with his flames . This style is considered to be amongst the strongest, most elegant, school of martial arts in existence and relies on fast footwork in order to focus on fending off enemy attacks with the arms and using the legs to counterattack with powerful kicks. It is based on on the Northern Shaolin style of kung fu,his fathers Snake Hand and Snake Kata,with emphasis on highly technical kicking strikes, fundamentally strong movements, and the usage of swift, direct maneuvers.
Snake Fist: A clan martial arts technique, that imitate the movements of snakes. It is a style of Shaolin Boxing. Proponents claim that adopting the fluidity of snakes allows them to entwine with their opponents in defense and strike them from angles they would not expect in offense. His aura takes a snake-like pattern around one of his hands; he will then use his palm to physically strike his opponent. The technique attacks the opponent through touch with a snake-like form, and leaves a scar in the shape of a serpent on the flesh. It is said a "Master Snake hand fighter like Makai ; unleashes a deadly snake so large that it looks more like a monstrous serpent than a mere snake, and simply rushes to attack the opponent without direct contact
Snake Kata: a fighting style, and one of the Five Form Fists, that can only be mastered by those who have trained using the Snake hand. . Noticeably, when using this fighting style, the power causes the body to begin to vibrate at high speeds, though these vibrations are so fast that it doesn't appear they are moving at all.At the same time, the user generates an aura around their body. The user then mimics a snake in their motions, focusing the majority of their power within their fingertips. By keeping a grounded footing, the user lashes out with a whipping motion, much like how a snake strikes, releasing the full force of their power at the moment of impact, causing tremendous damage to anything The fighting style also is fit for weapon fighting by applying the same style and techniques to the user's weapons.
Kyouki no Tenchi Karyūsen (Madness of Heaven and Earth,Vortex Dragon Flash): Makai's signature sword style that gained him the title Hells Greatest Swordsman. The form is both chaotic,aggressive,and erratic, with a heavy focus on speedy offense. With his strength Makai can unleashes slashes, that result in a powerful blades of pressure that appears as faint ripples of wind at his foe at high speeds; this attack enables Makai to assault things which are out of his sword's range, sending slashes which fly through the air itself. These blades of wind possess incredible range and devastating power; and Makai has mastered this ability to the point that it can cut through most barriers of magical energy. In close combat the immense force of the enhanced slash cuts the air in front of it and creates a powerful vacuum in its wake as the deflected air rushes back into place. Any opponent to deflect or dodge the first swing will have a high chance of being subjected to this vacuum and be inexorably pulled closer to the Makai. Even a missed swing naturally leads Makai into an accelerated spin. This in addition to the pulling force of the vacuum on both side results in a second strike that greatly dwarfs the first in power. This is best explained to the following indium: "Even if you avoid the fangs of the flying dragon the gusting winds strip away freedom of movement and the claws would rip you apart". The only form capable of utilizing this is his first form Magōshinjū.
Torite (捕手, "Catching Hand"): The Torite is a technique that allows for a martial arts master to deflect and catch actual weapons. With a skill level like Makai , the Torite becomes great to catch the blade of even most Zanjutsu masters. The idea of Torite, or rather his use of it, works according to the method at which Makai uses his hand to catch onto an opponent's sword. Using a single finger or palm to block the strike of a sword is one of his favorite uses of Torite. In reality, Makai's allows his finger to act like "a rock in the river", allowing the opposing energy to circle around it without any harm befalling it. By his own immense comprehension of energy and force flow, Makai causes the entire force behind the opponent's sword attack to essentially move around his finger and escape from the opposite end in the very minuscule instant that his finger and the opponent's blade come into contact. However, Makai comments that the more strength is behind the sword swing, the easier it is for his Torite to deflect the attack effortlessly, even if the swordsmen in question is of master-class skill. Therefore, attempting to strike down Makai with a single sword technique is very difficult. Of course this cannot block multiple slashes or the weapons with special properties( poison,and ect.)
Special Abilities:
Tenma Kōfuku (lit. Demon Pacifier ): During his time as an envoy to the next world Makai was at time tasked to deal with evil spirits and demons. To do so efficiently do this he was granted the ability to momentarily block and disturb an opponents energy flow. To do this he invokes Ishohi to his fingers. After a few moments kanji form of one of elements;(Fire,Wind,Earth,Water,Ice,Demon,and Holy),he then strikes the opponent branding the kanji to their flesh. Kokūken (虚空拳, Void fist): Gives Makai the ability to push virtually anything he touches and send it flying at an extremely high speed. This includes both tangible materials such as people and objects, and intangible materials. Following the build up of energy into his body the user releases a high-speed force externally thru on of their extremities. When used with the hands or feet the user strikes their limb into the air with such force that their energy dashes forward, causing a vacuum shell to be formed from the said strike, blowing the opponent off their feet with tremendous force before they even notice they were hit. When used with the limbs it has more range;about forty feet in the direction the user thrust.
Sage Dragon Roar (Inja Doragon Hōkō): The signature technique of Makai, otherwise known as the "breath attack". Makai execute this a multitude of ways. The most common is when he takes a deep breath, manipulating the Flames within his body to become concentrated towards his stomach, before exhaling the said "breath" of concentrated flame as a blast of a wide radius or a wide stream.
Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuuha (Dragon of the Darkness Flame):This is a powerful technique that summons black flames from the depths of hell and shaping it in the form of a dragon.There is an unusual element at the depths of the world with unmatched destructive capabilities called the Darkness Flame. For millennia, countless Demons sought to harness this power. None of them had succeeded until Makai appeared,and since he has been sealed few remember he posses it. While he invokes the black flames, a series of ominous weather changes occur (lightning strikes, darkened clouds, etc). [It takes 3-4 post to forcibly brake the seal and 3 fully invoke the flames]Spiritually-aware individuals in the vicinity will also begin feeling cold, experiencing anxiety or even despair. Once the channel for the Dragon is fully charged, its form materializes in a swirl of black flames covering Makai's entire arm. Upon release, the flames burst forth in an explosion described as having a mind of its own and thus difficult to guide once launched. The dark hell fire then proceeds to instantly incinerate just about anything in its path. In the event that the Dragon turns back on makai, he is capable of absorbing its energy and thus greatly enhancing all of his abilities for a short period of time becoming the Dragon of the Darkness Flame in a sense.When this occurs, the Dragon will appear to have devoured him completely before he reemerges, seemingly from nowhere.After being fully released, the flames take the form of a giant Chinese dragon, composed entirely of black and purple flames. But the exact color of the dragon is not consistent; while its appearance always keeps the black base, the secondary color varies between purple, red, blue, white and even gold,gold being the strongest. There is are two drawbacks, however, due to the fact that this technique uses so much power and stamina Makai's seal will be reinforced turning him back into a child,and allowing only use one of his separate techniques afterward. The second drawback is if the dragon and the seal react while Makai has absorbed the darkness flame. This would cause Makai to enter a berserk state where he would lose all sanity and destroy anything in his path. [last five posts]
[Weapons:]
Triple Bladed Scythe.The three blades get smaller from top to bottom, giving the scythe a larger range, despite decreasing its lethality. The scythe is attached to a long hellion steel cable, wound around two spools on Makai's right hip. By gripping the cloth on the hilt of his sword, Makai can swing his Scythe and toss it at opponents for mid-range combat. The blade moves very quickly when thrown, and it can damage a building upon impact with Makai's strength. If the target dodges the attack, Maki can use the cable to change the scythes direction and try to hit the target once more. By gripping the cable, he withdraws the scythe and swings it to attack again. This is usually seen in his child form.
[ Kuzuryūsenga (九頭龍閃, Nine-Headed Dragon Flashing Tooth):: An advanced form of gauntlets that takes the form of bracelets at first, but when activated, they cover Makai's' hands and forearm as gauntlets that are very lethal.They are incredibly durable, able to shrug off sword strikes with little to no damage. Though extremely hard to do, if it ever where to become damaged, it will slowly repair itself similar to a real limb would heal. It boasts a set retractable claws on the fingers and a blade along the forearm, granting Makai another means of attack. By charging it with his power, the claws and blade glow orange and become hot enough to gouge through metal.The arm also has the ability to fire bursts of flame from it's palm.
Chaos Deflector:A weapon forged from chaotic energies,that is imbued with a vengeance powerful enough to shatter steel. It is weapon of immense power, forged in the storms of chaos and flames in the lower levels of Hell.This weapon's amplified cutting power is perfect for dealing with resilient foes. The blade is used for two different reasons. The first is the obvious reason. Like every other blade it is used to cut, tear, rip, shred, or to stab the opponent, but the second reason is the blade is as strong as the fangs of a dragon, which are known to be absurdly sharp and extremely durable; even capable of slicing through beings of demonic and draconian origin and effortlessly cutting through most magical barriers. The weapon's amplified cutting power is perfect for dealing with resilient foes,and can change form(see Hagoromo Keirikushō). Its usually strapped behind Makai's back,and is his most common weapon

Nine Phantom Dragons;Nine Eternal Divine Scales Armament: ( Genryū Kyū Fūjin Heisō Kugaitenbin) :With the Kanji for Fear being clutched by a dragon designed on its back the Heisō is one of Makai's signature outfits. Although not always shown directly, the armament is a strong defensive barrier against physical damage. Not only are dragon remnants darned into the seams to give the suit high elemental resistance,but a new specialized material called Shinra (神羅 lit. Divine Silk?) was woven into that slightly siphons the energy used against it an purifies it.
Hagoromo Keirikushō (Heaven-Stepping Adornment Garments of Execution ):: These clothes are made from the tears of a phoenix and the bones of the former envoys of Hell. They possess incredible defensive power, allowing Makai to withstand large amounts of demonic and evil energies without suffering fatal damage. The garb harmonizes" with the opposing forces to repel attacks against it . This harmony is created through the three-way mixing and balancing of Makai's spiritual energy and demonic energy, as well as the natural energy of the environment. The Harmony characteristic represents a state without contradiction nor flaws in which the balance of the whole is maintained.
Inja Doragon'enperā Heisō ( Sage Dragon Emperor Armament) : By tapping the tuning fork while holding it upside down, black flames are released and begin extending themselves like tendrils up and around Makai's arms, injecting them with a heavy concentration (or coating) of this Ishohi , turning the area black, thus making the them denser and more formidable, and giving his physical attacks greater power. Makai gains full-bodied black garment with black pants, gloves, and boots, over which he wears a flowing white robe with six black magatama markings across his chest and the familiar pattern of his clan symbol on his back Makai's skin comes grey and his hair turns a taupe-color,and a closed third eye emerges from his forehead. He also gains a forehead protecter-like appendage which emerges from the left side of his forehead, and had an upward curve on its right side. A sash-like component comes over Makai's left shoulder and down to his waist, containing five slitted eyes. Attaching to Makai's arms and the sash is something reminiscent of a dragon's tail, which hangs freely from the upper shoulder area of the back. Several malleable orbs of Ishohi orbit him which he can use to attack and defend.

-Naraku no Juin (Cursed Seal of Hell;Super Human Strength Sealing):One of the three Golden Seals of the other world that turns Makai into a young boy. While he does retain some of his super strength he can't fully access his powers. Most notably his Darkness Flame, and Ryugann.gain When removed Makai regains his mild regeneration, endurance and can fully access his energy. Ten no Juin(Cursed Mark of Heaven) :Appears on Makai's back when wearing Hagoromo Keirikushō. It slowly gathers natural energy from the surrounding environment and synthesizes and harmonizes it with the energy in Makai's body.The greater the exposure the more adept at harmonizing the mark becomes.
Ameno (Celestial Tuning Fork): A rather unorthodox weapon the tuning fork, has its sides curving inward and the tip of the blades curving outward. He keeps it sheathed in a wide white scabbard, which hangs on the right side of Makai's waist. Makai can fire energy blasts from this weapon and negate most sound based attacks and barriers with it. It is also said to cause pain to the ears of angelic beings,and can be combined with Snake Kata for devastating affects.

Kanseishikaku (完成視覚, complete vision):When invoked, Maki's eyes emit a faint light, and a red ring appears around the pupil. While in use, this magic allows the Maki to see everything in slow motion .This works by speeding up his eyes ability to perceive the world around him, allowing them to react faster and execute more precise attacks. With his trained eyes Makai can see through all forms of when someone is altering something. This includes but is not limited to illusions, mirages, forced sleep or dreams, or even if one's perception are influenced with no hints that they are being controlled. However, what makes this power truly great is that it can see through subjective forms of altering perception or ethereal beings. Meaning, it can tell him if a situation is false, true, or incomplete or if something ethereal is present. He can also see if someone hiding something through deceptions,or if a situation was made to appear differently, than what it originally was made to.
Ryuugan ( Dragon Eye):When invoked Makai's eyes gain a ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeball, with light purple sclerae and irides, and a pattern of six tomoe. Ryuugan momentarily allows Makai to brake his seal and transform the physiology of his body into that of a demon-dragon which increases the his power tremendously. The Ryuugan grants the Makai various characteristics typical of a dragon; gaining reptilian scales and traits, such as further elongated, and sharper, canines and scale-like patterns on the skin, and the ability produce and control hell fire from any part of his body, which can be used both in melee and as a ranged form of offense. Kehai Hatsu (Presence Manifestation):The physical manifestation of Makai's will power and killing intent projected outward or given shape. In This can be seen as his power slowly manifests around the him as an aura which then expands and molds in a black spectral dragon. The dragon can form musculature as well as make shift bones, progressively completing it until it develops into a full-bodied form. Since it is formed through the materialization of Makai's will, he is able to freely move around within the manifestations body as well as levitate inside of it,and can also leave its body entirely while maintaining it. While the materialization acts as a defence against external attacks, anything coming out of its body will simply pass through it.
Ishohi (Will Flame): Ishohi is a high-density form of aura that is refined from the Makai's draconian soul,and will power. It can be seen as a fire-like battle aura with a dynamic cloak-like form. It resonates with Makai's soul but, unlike an aura which is a supernatural phenomenon seen in only a few individuals, the Ishohi is more akin to an actual flame, possessing its own destructive properties.When an opponent comes into contact with this flame they will be attacked on a spiritual level as the fist itself produce no physical damage. This causes most spiritual and demon entities immense pain as their very existence is being burned away. The flames have the ability to manipulate outside flames as well. This includes moving,absorbing and dispersing foreign flames from the users body only. These flames are unable to be extinguished by normal water or ice nor are they able to be taken control of by a secondary-source; they move and burn according to the will of the user. The flames act completely separately to regular flames, and pursue an enemy relentlessly with great speed, accuracy and strength.
Battle Style
Mazoku Style: Dragon Kata (竜組手, Ryū Kumite) : A martial art were the Makai's energy takes dragon-headed shrouds around his arms. He can then drive his own power directly into an opponent's body through a physical strike or can release it for a projectile attack. The technique requires momentum and great control making it difficult to replicate. The style centers around the shifting of weight with each of the user's strikes, which are strong and well grounded, yet shift. The blows consist of swift, open-handed strikes from the user's fore-arm and strong, direct punches and kicks.Makai created it after copying the movements of dragons he encountered,and fusing it with his flames . This style is considered to be amongst the strongest, most elegant, school of martial arts in existence and relies on fast footwork in order to focus on fending off enemy attacks with the arms and using the legs to counterattack with powerful kicks. It is based on on the Northern Shaolin style of kung fu,his fathers Snake Hand and Snake Kata,with emphasis on highly technical kicking strikes, fundamentally strong movements, and the usage of swift, direct maneuvers.
Snake Fist: A clan martial arts technique, that imitate the movements of snakes. It is a style of Shaolin Boxing. Proponents claim that adopting the fluidity of snakes allows them to entwine with their opponents in defense and strike them from angles they would not expect in offense. His aura takes a snake-like pattern around one of his hands; he will then use his palm to physically strike his opponent. The technique attacks the opponent through touch with a snake-like form, and leaves a scar in the shape of a serpent on the flesh. It is said a "Master Snake hand fighter like Makai ; unleashes a deadly snake so large that it looks more like a monstrous serpent than a mere snake, and simply rushes to attack the opponent without direct contact
Snake Kata: a fighting style, and one of the Five Form Fists, that can only be mastered by those who have trained using the Snake hand. . Noticeably, when using this fighting style, the power causes the body to begin to vibrate at high speeds, though these vibrations are so fast that it doesn't appear they are moving at all.At the same time, the user generates an aura around their body. The user then mimics a snake in their motions, focusing the majority of their power within their fingertips. By keeping a grounded footing, the user lashes out with a whipping motion, much like how a snake strikes, releasing the full force of their power at the moment of impact, causing tremendous damage to anything The fighting style also is fit for weapon fighting by applying the same style and techniques to the user's weapons.
Kyouki no Tenchi Karyūsen (Madness of Heaven and Earth,Vortex Dragon Flash): Makai's signature sword style that gained him the title Hells Greatest Swordsman. The form is both chaotic,aggressive,and erratic, with a heavy focus on speedy offense. With his strength Makai can unleashes slashes, that result in a powerful blades of pressure that appears as faint ripples of wind at his foe at high speeds; this attack enables Makai to assault things which are out of his sword's range, sending slashes which fly through the air itself. These blades of wind possess incredible range and devastating power; and Makai has mastered this ability to the point that it can cut through most barriers of magical energy. In close combat the immense force of the enhanced slash cuts the air in front of it and creates a powerful vacuum in its wake as the deflected air rushes back into place. Any opponent to deflect or dodge the first swing will have a high chance of being subjected to this vacuum and be inexorably pulled closer to the Makai. Even a missed swing naturally leads Makai into an accelerated spin. This in addition to the pulling force of the vacuum on both side results in a second strike that greatly dwarfs the first in power. This is best explained to the following indium: "Even if you avoid the fangs of the flying dragon the gusting winds strip away freedom of movement and the claws would rip you apart". The only form capable of utilizing this is his first form Magōshinjū.
Torite (捕手, "Catching Hand"): The Torite is a technique that allows for a martial arts master to deflect and catch actual weapons. With a skill level like Makai , the Torite becomes great to catch the blade of even most Zanjutsu masters. The idea of Torite, or rather his use of it, works according to the method at which Makai uses his hand to catch onto an opponent's sword. Using a single finger or palm to block the strike of a sword is one of his favorite uses of Torite. In reality, Makai's allows his finger to act like "a rock in the river", allowing the opposing energy to circle around it without any harm befalling it. By his own immense comprehension of energy and force flow, Makai causes the entire force behind the opponent's sword attack to essentially move around his finger and escape from the opposite end in the very minuscule instant that his finger and the opponent's blade come into contact. However, Makai comments that the more strength is behind the sword swing, the easier it is for his Torite to deflect the attack effortlessly, even if the swordsmen in question is of master-class skill. Therefore, attempting to strike down Makai with a single sword technique is very difficult. Of course this cannot block multiple slashes or the weapons with special properties( poison,and ect.)
Special Abilities:
Tenma Kōfuku (lit. Demon Pacifier ): During his time as an envoy to the next world Makai was at time tasked to deal with evil spirits and demons. To do so efficiently do this he was granted the ability to momentarily block and disturb an opponents energy flow. To do this he invokes Ishohi to his fingers. After a few moments kanji form of one of elements;(Fire,Wind,Earth,Water,Ice,Demon,and Holy),he then strikes the opponent branding the kanji to their flesh. The max Makai can block at one is two elements at on time. [Seal last 4 post with Ishohi/6 with Darkness Flame] ( 6 post cool down)
Kokūken (虚空拳, Void fist): Gives Makai the ability to push virtually anything he touches and send it flying at an extremely high speed. This includes both tangible materials such as people and objects, and intangible materials. Following the build up of energy into his body the user releases a high-speed force externally thru on of their extremities. When used with the hands or feet the user strikes their limb into the air with such force that their energy dashes forward, causing a vacuum shell to be formed from the said strike, blowing the opponent off their feet with tremendous force before they even notice they were hit. When used with the limbs it has more range;about forty feet in the direction the user thrust.
Sage Dragon Roar (Inja Doragon Hōkō): The signature technique of Makai, otherwise known as the "breath attack". Makai execute this a multitude of ways. The most common is when he takes a deep breath, manipulating the Flames within his body to become concentrated towards his stomach, before exhaling the said "breath" of concentrated flame as a blast of a wide radius or a wide stream.
Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuuha (Dragon of the Darkness Flame):This is a powerful technique that summons black flames from the depths of hell and shaping it in the form of a dragon.There is an unusual element at the depths of the world with unmatched destructive capabilities called the Darkness Flame. For millennia, countless Demons sought to harness this power. None of them had succeeded until Makai appeared,and since he has been sealed few remember he posses it. While he invokes the black flames, a series of ominous weather changes occur (lightning strikes, darkened clouds, etc). [It takes 3-4 post to forcibly brake the seal and 3 fully invoke the flames]Spiritually-aware individuals in the vicinity will also begin feeling cold, experiencing anxiety or even despair. Once the channel for the Dragon is fully charged, its form materializes in a swirl of black flames covering Makai's entire arm. Upon release, the flames burst forth in an explosion described as having a mind of its own and thus difficult to guide once launched. The dark hell fire then proceeds to instantly incinerate just about anything in its path. In the event that the Dragon turns back on makai, he is capable of absorbing its energy and thus greatly enhancing all of his abilities for a short period of time becoming the Dragon of the Darkness Flame in a sense.When this occurs, the Dragon will appear to have devoured him completely before he reemerges, seemingly from nowhere.After being fully released, the flames take the form of a giant Chinese dragon, composed entirely of black and purple flames. But the exact color of the dragon is not consistent; while its appearance always keeps the black base, the secondary color varies between purple, red, blue, white and even gold,gold being the strongest. There is are two drawbacks, however, due to the fact that this technique uses so much power and stamina Makai's seal will be reinforced turning him back into a child,and allowing only use one of his separate techniques afterward. The second drawback is if the dragon and the seal react while Makai has absorbed the darkness flame. This would cause Makai to enter a berserk state where he would lose all sanity and destroy anything in his path. [last five posts]
[Weapons:]
Triple Bladed Scythe.The three blades get smaller from top to bottom, giving the scythe a larger range, despite decreasing its lethality. The scythe is attached to a long hellion steel cable, wound around two spools on Makai's right hip. By gripping the cloth on the hilt of his sword, Makai can swing his Scythe and toss it at opponents for mid-range combat. The blade moves very quickly when thrown, and it can damage a building upon impact with Makai's strength. If the target dodges the attack, Maki can use the cable to change the scythes direction and try to hit the target once more. By gripping the cable, he withdraws the scythe and swings it to attack again. This is usually seen in his child form.
[ Kuzuryūsenga (九頭龍閃, Nine-Headed Dragon Flashing Tooth):: An advanced form of gauntlets that takes the form of bracelets at first, but when activated, they cover Makai's' hands and forearm as gauntlets that are very lethal.They are incredibly durable, able to shrug off sword strikes with little to no damage. Though extremely hard to do, if it ever where to become damaged, it will slowly repair itself similar to a real limb would heal. It boasts a set retractable claws on the fingers and a blade along the forearm, granting Makai another means of attack. By charging it with his power, the claws and blade glow orange and become hot enough to gouge through metal.The arm also has the ability to fire bursts of flame from it's palm.
Chaos Deflector:A weapon forged from chaotic energies,that is imbued with a vengeance powerful enough to shatter steel. It is weapon of immense power, forged in the storms of chaos and flames in the lower levels of Hell.This weapon's amplified cutting power is perfect for dealing with resilient foes. The blade is used for two different reasons. The first is the obvious reason. Like every other blade it is used to cut, tear, rip, shred, or to stab the opponent, but the second reason is the blade is as strong as the fangs of a dragon, which are known to be absurdly sharp and extremely durable; even capable of slicing through beings of demonic and draconian origin and effortlessly cutting through most magical barriers. The weapon's amplified cutting power is perfect for dealing with resilient foes,and can change form(see Hagoromo Keirikushō). Its usually strapped behind Makai's back,and is his most common weapon
[Armor:]
Nine Phantom Dragons;Nine Eternal Divine Scales Armament: ( Genryū Kyū Fūjin Heisō Kugaitenbin) :With the Kanji for Fear being clutched by a dragon designed on its back the Heisō is one of Makai's signature outfits. Although not always shown directly, the armament is a strong defensive barrier against physical damage. Not only are dragon remnants darned into the seams to give the suit high elemental resistance,but a new specialized material called Shinra (神羅 lit. Divine Silk?) was woven into that slightly siphons the energy used against it an purifies it.
Hagoromo Keirikushō (Heaven-Stepping Adornment Garments of Execution ):: These clothes are made from the tears of a phoenix and the bones of the former envoys of Hell. They possess incredible defensive power, allowing Makai to withstand large amounts of demonic and evil energies without suffering fatal damage. The garb harmonizes" with the opposing forces to repel attacks against it . This harmony is created through the three-way mixing and balancing of Makai's spiritual energy and demonic energy, as well as the natural energy of the environment. The Harmony characteristic represents a state without contradiction nor flaws in which the balance of the whole is maintained.
Inja Doragon'enperā Heisō ( Sage Dragon Emperor Armament) : By tapping the tuning fork while holding it upside down, black flames are released and begin extending themselves like tendrils up and around Makai's arms, injecting them with a heavy concentration (or coating) of this Ishohi , turning the area black, thus making the them denser and more formidable, and giving his physical attacks greater power. Makai gains full-bodied black garment with black pants, gloves, and boots, over which he wears a flowing white robe with six black magatama markings across his chest and the familiar pattern of his clan symbol on his back Makai's skin comes grey and his hair turns a taupe-color,and a closed third eye emerges from his forehead. He also gains a forehead protecter-like appendage which emerges from the left side of his forehead, and had an upward curve on its right side. A sash-like component comes over Makai's left shoulder and down to his waist, containing five slitted eyes. Attaching to Makai's arms and the sash is something reminiscent of a dragon's tail, which hangs freely from the upper shoulder area of the back. Several malleable orbs of Ishohi orbit him which he can use to attack and defend.

-Naraku no Juin (Cursed Seal of Hell;Super Human Strength Sealing):One of the three Golden Seals of the other world that turns Makai into a young boy. While he does retain some of his super strength he can't fully access his powers. Most notably his Darkness Flame, and Ryugann.gain When removed Makai regains his mild regeneration, endurance and can fully access his energy. Being in a high concentration of hellion energy seems to allow Makai to bypass the seal effects. [ 2 post to brake the first seal. 4,and 6 for the second and third. Ten no Juin(Cursed Mark of Heaven) :Appears on Makai's back when wearing Hagoromo Keirikushō. It slowly gathers natural energy from the surrounding environment and synthesizes and harmonizes it with the energy in Makai's body.The greater the exposure the more adept at harmonizing the mark becomes.
Ameno (Celestial Tuning Fork): A rather unorthodox weapon the tuning fork, has its sides curving inward and the tip of the blades curving outward. He keeps it sheathed in a wide white scabbard, which hangs on the right side of Makai's waist. Makai can fire energy blasts from this weapon and negate most sound based attacks and barriers with it. It is also said to cause pain to the ears of angelic beings,and can be combined with Snake Kata for devastating affects.

They fought valiantly together for their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
Alongside his brother, Makai was considered the most gifted members of the even by his clan's standards. Both were known in their mothers tongue as Dovahkiin, Dragonborn. Demons born with the souls of dragons the blood within them in a constant power struggle. With their mother blood they can consume a slain Dragon's soul and absorb its knowledge.Unlike his brother Makai could not use this power to its fullest extent,and therefore did not delve into it much in his youth.

It was said that in his prime Makai was the strongest swordsmen in the Hell. Upon his own request he was send to 'moorim' a realm in the next world where martial artist,swordsman,and or such warriors who have mastered their skills reside. Upon his arrival, over 250 swords masters in moorim had waited for him, swords master's who's skill can be called legendary, myth even. After they picked the fight with Makai, they were all mercilessly defeated. He proved that his skill and strength was better than any of them.The councils of hell and were aware of Makai's strength, and declared he was too dangerous in hell and placed one the three gold marks of hell, 'superhuman strength sealing symbol'. The gold mark which maintains about 90% of the person strength while changing them back to a young adolescent. If that humility wasn't enough Makai, a legendary demon who proved his strength and skills to over 200 other legendary warriors who existed before him, became a servant / envoy to the next world.
He despised his fate so much that he traveled to the lower levels of hell and began absorbing power. The power mutated his body, and turned his true form into a demonic looking beast. He gained red skin,a tail and two horns. For countless years he did this an honed his skills to seek revenge on those that had sealed him. Eventually finding a way to temporarily brake his seal.
