I would like to join but... I have way to much experience in World if Darkness so I may be at a disadvantage my character would A tremere because that is the one I have always been I did three years of Habbo WoD roleplay also I have played the actual game. But unfortunately, I would want to lead, my character would be a iron fist and I know all the benefits of the thaumaturgy

I'll address most of what you said here:
First off, I've only played the Masquerade Bloodlines game on PC and read up a bit on the White Wolf forums etc. so I know
only slightly more than the average bear about traditional WoD.
Secondly, this is just my half-assed forum game interpretation of WoD, so it won't be functioning too similarly to traditional WoD games. That being said, everyone starts out as a fledgling essentially. Even if they've been around for a hundred+ years, they aren't the most experienced at what they do etc. etc.
So, as far as "leading" goes, I can work something out as a "lieutenant" of the Camarilla or some such, but NPC's will steer the plot while the players influence what happens as it happens.
And yeah, the playable clans are already set out and I do not intend on changing those at this time.
