Jubaku Hogosho  --"Kids today... need a lesson in manners."-- {Nanabantai Taicho} After a few moments of silence, Jubaku took a few small steps forward walking with his cane out in front lifting his head before adjusting his haori slightly as it was drapped across his shoulder. His feet moved in together subtly. His arms gently rested at his sides. His hands tensed up and closed slightly. His gaze peering across the room in a 1000 yard stare. All subtle movements and hints that most without trained eyes would never pick up on. Hints of a master soldier and swordsman trained for century upon century in the arts of discipline and warfare. He slowly leaned forward, his neck straight with his back as leaned to about a traditional 15 degree formal Japanese bow."Why hello. My name is Jubaku Hogosho. Swordsman, Soldier, and Teacher. I am the Nanabantai Taicho. It is a pleasure to meet you all." He then paused for a moment before slowly standing back staight. Returning to his normal standing position. He then turned 180 degrees on his heels quickly and easily as he slowly walked back to his position the same way he walked forward before turning another 180 degrees on his heels again returning himself to facing forward.

scott the true ice prince  Airisu Koneko YamanashiLieutenant of Squad EightAirisu listened to the introductions from the people who introduced themselves and reintroduced themselves with pauses of silence between introductions. She watched as they would walk forward, some would bow as they stated their name and went back to their place. A small smile crept up when one of the vice-captains interrupted their brother's introduction who was also a vice-captain. It was funny to her, but she thought laughing would bring stares from other people to her, which she didn't really want. After her brother introduced himself and glanced back at her, she took it as a cue it was her turn to introduce herself. Before she could, though, another captain introduced himself. She took a step forward to the middle of the room then decided to introduce herself after the captain went back to where he was standing. " Airisu Koneko Yamanashi, Lieutenant of Squad Eight." she simply said with a bow. She then returned to standing behind her brother.

She had little to no interest in the others. What she needed to know, she had already gotten information about. As such, she receeded into her own personal, mental self and closed her mind to the world, leaving only an 'alert' above her subconcious to alert her should any key words and phrases be sounded, such as 'are you listening?'... Iroha sighed inwardly, wondering if this was going to take any longer. One more thing before we start the final face-off,

Izuma nodded to the captains and vice-captains that introduced themselves. It was a rather quick moment. He waited for the others, but at the last second decided to throw another statement to get the meeting more rolling along. "Once this is done, we will begin the situation regarding Ex-Captain Fury's body and his death..." he said as he leaned back in his chair as he looked at his Vice-captains for a moment that where at his side before continuing. "I will also have Roda and Nai address the damages that were repaired after the fight that took Captain Fury's life..." he stated as he seemed to want to get this out of the way for Lloyd's sakes and the questions that he had.

 Ashi Sousakuryoku - Jūnibantai Captain Dance for me marionette..... Ashi had been puffing on his tobacco pipe the whole time now and it finally had no more crop to smoke. Ashi unconsciously beat the pipe into an open palm letting a small pile of blackened ash sit there. Ashi had stopped himself from tossing the ash to the side in a meeting hall where respect seems to be a high priority of some of the members attending. Ashi thought no more of it and simply rolled his blackened tongue out from behind his needle looking teeth. He leaned back and tossed the ash into his mouth ingesting the ash with an audible gulp. Ashi straitened his neck up once again to look about the room and on command went to explain further.
"Well then to answer the questions from before, the fight in question took place at a casino in the living world. The idea of a three on one is out of the question. The whole recording we were able to analyze showed the espada were very respectful in the ways of combat. The fights were one on one......." Ashi paused letting that sink in.
"These Espada display a captain level reiatsu on the scanned readings I gathered myself. And seemed to have a motive of sorts other than genocide of our members. In fact the video feed when the espada went into what they call ressureccion overloaded my equipment. We also are suspicious of the Fullbringer noticed in the video. A human was able to stay in that barrier and live. Not many reports of that happening in.... EVER. With permission of the commander I would like to do some research on this human which may lead us to Hueco Mundo, the hell hallows dwell. This however is a ruff hypothesis and may or may not be fruitfull to research." Ashi said.
He lifted the remote towrds the orb in his suitcase and clicked a button.
"Clickypoo." Ashi said to himself. The orb floated and began showing the scenes of the fight between former captain fury and the Espada.
"Now as you may notice not once did the espada use a range technique during the main points of his attack. While the female Espada that fought briefly used a reiatsu based skill to support the other. the third one didn't show any of his ability leaving him assumed to be the most dangerous do to lack of information. They were clever enough to move in groups each with a skill to support the other. This is what I have gathered, if we can separate them as a group we can concentrate on the individual weaknesses and pick them apart like they did to us. This is your basic fight fire with fire strategy in it's most basic form." Ashi explained.
"As for our Miss Kenpachi I am as clueless as the rest of you. My team is reviewing the last several hours of footage around Junibantai walls to see if we can get a lead. My uneducated assumption would be the battle hardened captain found a good fight in these Espada. As we all know the temptations would be more than enough for her to run into a fight blindly. I wouldn't be surprise if she appeared in the next few hours smiling and bloodied from a battle. I hope this info was sufficient, I am more than willing to share the readings and other footage of the battle from the living world." Ashi concluded his speech by stepping back into his spot. A click of the remote stopped the video and it landed right back into the suit case.
"Ah yes one more thing..... I wish to carry on Fury's plan to find and analyze a subject of arrancar or even the rare espada level. Of course I'll inquire into further detail on my request once the meeting is adjured." With that the captain was silent swaying side to side lightly as he shifted his weight form one foot to another. ..... For I've seen your moves.

Lloyd stood there, listening to every word, Scanning the footage with his eyes clear fully. He watched every move the Espada made, every simple and slight moment. Lloyd made mental notes of the 3 Espada's appearances and then when the final blow was struck and Rai fell to the ground so did the tip of Lloyd's Zanpakutou , which made a loud cling noise as it did so. He Gripped his hilt even tighter , so tight that you could hear the Ray skin start to crack. He looked to Ashi and spoke calmly and softly. His expression still showing that of a calm man "This info was most helpful..i would like to request that we do not pursue them.It would be good to lure them into a false sense of safety so that they show them self once again............where as i know that some of you are itching to pursue these vile monsters for the sake of the late Captain Fury. I would like to find that Human as well but i think that the most pressing issue is that of the missing Captain Kenpachi. "
Lloyd bit back the erg to show any other emotional response. He wanted to go after the Espada but he knew that would be more trouble than it's worth. For now he had gotten enough info on his Enemies. Enough to formulate a way to beat them, a way that he would use on them even if he would face them all at once. For now he was interested in knowing more about the missing Captain.

Whether they were corresponding events or searate was still up for debate. Virgo felt it was the latter. Perhaps there was even a third issue yet to be addressed or even noticed. In all it was far to troublesome. Virgo lightly sighed to his own thoughts. Turning his notebook around he shifted through a few pages in order to get to a blank one so he could write his thoughts down. All of this would have been easier had he had a whiteboard like in his office. Oh well, he chose not to speak, it was never a matter of not being able to it was simply his choice not to. So as his chosing he would have to deal with the concequence. With his squeaky marker he began to write. Finished he turned his notebook around, it wrote, "My Captain would not run off for a fight without anyone being informed. She is not stupid nor is she ignorant. Besides has anyone known my Captain to be able to repress her Spiritual Pressure so much so that it becomes undetectable?" The writing was a little small and those far would have to squint to really read it, but in all the message was directed more towards Ashi who had commented about his Captain simply taking off to get a good fight. Virgo knew his Captain best, and he knew she wasn't that simply minded. Virgo sighed once more as he used his freehand with the marker to push back his hair behind his ear. It was a general tic of people who were either deep in thought or simply nervous. Virgo didn't show emotion so it was up to the others to simply judge his state of mind. Virgo didn't care in what light he was being pictured - It never mattered.

Raian stood there listening to everything the Captains were talking and explaining about, it took some seconds for everything to sink and for him to make all the puzzles to fit in one place, the most thing that interested him was what Ashi had said "I am Captain Raian Shinoda of the 9th Squad... I want to offer myself to help the Jūnibantai Captain to go to the human world to research about the Fullbringers." Raian had nothing to say about the missing Captain since he had no idea how or why she would just vanish in thin air, he would stay quiet once again and await something that interested him to come up in the conversations.

Ashi Sousakuryoku - Jūnibantai Captain Dance for me marionette..... Ashi frowned as Fury said that his brother's vengeance was second priority. Though it was a sound decision Ashi's blood lust in his core wanted to see these espada on his lab table cut into multiple pieces. He relished at the idea of their brains floating in a glass jar or under his scalpel. But the captain alive right now was priority for everyone's sake Ashi didn't feel like dressing another captain for a funeral. Then the sound of squiggles on a paper reached his ears. He leaned over to see past Captain Fury to where acting Captain Angelus stood with a message of his own opinion. Then Ashi heard the voice of Squad Nine Shinoda wishing to assist Ashi in his research. The opinions being voiced were almost a paradox of the next.
"Acting Captain Angelus Also has a sound theory. The human mind is hard to predict. But serving under Kenpachi her lieutenant would know best.... However if we are accounting for all possibilities then there is an off chance of unlikely but not impossible.... As you know the science division helps track reiatsu of hallows so we can act in dealing with them in a sufficient time scheme. Lately a third type of energy has been showing up on our readings in Kakrakura specifically. As you know the only other known energy besides Hallow and our own is Quincy. I'm throwing it out there because of history with them and nothing more. A mere thought per say and as a scientist all details and possibilities may lead to a grand discovery." Ashi said.
He leaned back to face Fury once again.
"I'll respect whatever I am told to do by my superior. Now I wish to hear what the squad one siblings have discovered. I believe that will decide how we should act on both events in question. As you see others support my ideas. Once we find our dear Kenpachi I would like you to help me slaughter a few of these bastards. It won't do anything to bring him back as we both know, but I will feel much better. It'll help me sleep soundly at night. Keheheheheee...."
Ashi faced forward once again being silent and calculating. ..... For I've seen your moves.

He looked up at Matsubara-Sotaicho turning his body completely to face him. His brow seemed heavy with the weight of his own personal history."If I may Matsubara-Sotaicho. I would humbly ask that I head up the Espada deterrance portion of our countermeasures. I would require nothing more than a few days preparation and time to find a suitable team to best combat their abilities. If and when we do finally engage them, A small team and myself would have a much higher chance of success in dealing with them. After all... I do have history fighting Espada."

After hearing Ashi's words Lloyd let a few soft words leave his lips, but his eyes however were filled with rage, not towards Ashi but towards to thought of facing the Espada "As would i Captain Ashi.....as would i" Lloyd then heard Jubaku's words and he shot a glance back over to Ashi, he then looked up to Izuma and spoke loud enough and clearly enough for everyone to hear him , while bowing his head slightly "Matsubara-Sotaicho.... i would like to follow up on Captain Hogosho's request by offering a suggestion. Captain Hogosho's abilities will be effective against the Female Espada . After reviewing the recording provided by Captain Sousakuryoku i can see this as logical. I also hear that the squad 2 Captain is very fast and as such he should be able to handle the one that killed my Brot...........i mean the late Captain Fury....... and the 3 Espada is an unknown........i will deal with him. Captain Sousakuryoku will provide us with back up and battle data." Lloyd then paused for a bit top let it all sink into everyone's brain before continuing. "If you allow this task force to be formed i think those choices are best......i assume that Captain Hogosho will find my choices for the task force to be suitable " Lloyd thn turned to Jubaku and gave him a slight bow of respect.

Turning the book around he pointed it's written contents towards the two senior members of the Gotei 13, Lloyd Fury and Jubaku Hogosho. Virgo made sure the writing was as clear and large as it could be so the two Captain's could read it properly, if they noticed to look. That was the biggest down side to not speaking, if you wanted to address someone you generally had to poke them or some other method to get their attention. However being in a meeting area that called for a more professional approach Virgo would just have to hope that the sound of his squeaky marker would be enough to draw attention to himself and his comments. If either or any Captain bothered to look his way, Virgo's message would read, "Going after these Arrancar would no doubt be fun. However has anyone considered that there may be more we are unfamiliar with?" By that statement he simply meant that, as whole and noble it would be to punish these Arrancar it was also a suicide mission. Everyone was only aware and concerning themselves with the three notable Arrancar, who have been measured to be of Espada level due to their power matching that of a Captain. But again, there were only three known. If everyone was to charge in to avenge the fallen Captain they could very well fall into a pit of a trap they could never recover from. That would be an even greater problem for Soul Society. Ripping the page off and holding it down Virgo began to write another quick note to add to his last statement, this one read, "Who's to say even more powerful Arrancar are not laying in wait, and waiting for us to charge in. The loss of one Captain is tragic the loss of many is idiocy." It wasn't meant to be an insult. Virgo was only saying.. Writing it like he saw it. Truth hurt sometimes. With each note in each hand he held them both up giving everyone, but mostly the two Captain's time to read, that is to say if they noticed.
Mentally, Virgo had to fight with himself. He would have loved to request joining them on their venture, if approved, to hunt down some Arrancar. The Eleventh Division was always ready to be on the front lines of any battle. But today was not a day to be thinking solely with ones sword. It required a great level of understanding of ones position. Virgo, without his Captain was duty bound to take care and manage his Division, so leaving at this critical time wasn't an option for him. It was an annoying notion but one that was all to real. He was in charge now and there wasn't anything that could change that.. You know unless his Captain returned within the next couple hours. It seemed unlikely... One could only hope right. With a still bored lingering expression Virgo sighed distantly. He was getting a little stiff in his shoulders from holding up his notebook. It was an action that was constant but it no way was it any easier. Especially when standing in place. Virgo wondered why the Captain's meeting chamber couldn't have a large desk and the Captain's could sit around with chairs. They didn't have to be fancy chairs just usable ones. For a second Virgo gave a deathly glare towards the commander envious of him being allowed a chair to sit on. He was conducting this damn meeting surely he could suffer as well. But he was in neither a position nor was he in condition to actually say anything, you know with the whole not talking thing. Turning his attention back onto the group he lowered the page and book hoping the others were able to receive the message before turning the ripped page over and writing on it, "Why not start with a recon mission?" Was his last written comment for the group.
Many would not guess Virgo to be a Battle Crazed Warrior, especially not now at this meeting. But it was just a part of his personality, unlike many he considered consequence and weighed options. It would not always stop him from running off and trading blows but Virgo was the kind of man who understood his place and knew when he had to be standing in it. As Acting-Captain of the Eleventh Division he had no choice but to take the role and do so responsibly. It was the biggest pain in the world but Virgo would do it without voiced complaints.

At first he was all for the plan suggested by Captain Hogosho but when he thought about it , doing the suggest plan was like sending a half blind man to fight. He cleared his throat, "If I may, I agree with Lt. Virgo..." He just didn't feel as if they should send captains out of the Soul Society while so much was going on, plus they didn't know all of their opponents. " We would be sending that unit in half-blind which is a bad tactic. As things are now we cannot afford to lose anymore captains due to miscalculations." Desious took a deep breath as it had been his first time to give his opinion in a meeting. Izuma nodded to all comments and suggestions before he took notice of Acting Captain Virgo's comments and the agreement of the 10th division captain with him. "I already now that, which is why we are as shocked...." he than smiled at him to reassure him. "Do not worry, we are just ruling out all possible means of why your captain would end up missing..." he said
He than heard the issue of luring or going after the Espada. Izuma's voice and mood changed right away. "I do not want anyone leaving more engaging the espada at this time..." he said as he stood from his chair and pounded his blade ( still in case ) on the ground with his hands upon the hilt of it. "We can not risk sending several captain for such a task..." he said as he however took note of but Captain Hogosho, Fury, Ashi, and Raidan comments. Izuma could only look at them with slight detest, however they did have points and good ideas. "On the matter of heading the espada situation, I will allow you Captain Hogosho to be leader of all responding forces to counter their movements you will be with Captain Lloyd Fury to act as back up..." he said as he than took to the matter of the fullbringers that was mentioned.
"Captain Raiden and Ashi, please refine from interacting with them unless we find a defined reason to approach them for questioning..." he said as he sat back down. "However I do not mind overall watching them to get some information upon their powers and movements..." he said agree to the matter of looking into them on a fifty-fifty basis. Still he was a bit hesitant to interact with humans that know so little about them now that Ichigo had passed away and many of the still living past shinigami that know some humans are also hesitant to get to involved with them again.
Izuma now wanted to bring up his own issue. "I have an issue to bring up..." he said as he seemed to be very serious as his face had very little happiness within. "The Sekimon Gate opened on its own..." he said pausing for a few moments before continuing, "Not only that it would appear we could possible have an uninvited guest or guests..." he said as he seemed to be very serious about this matter. "And if that is the case, we could be attacked at any moment, therefore as of now all Division are to be on alert..." he said as he now waited for the response of the others.
