Yuki realized when the Mizukage said something that she was going to get in trouble for what Shun did... She sighed greatly when there was a sudden mist she was then picked up and carried off. She had no idea what was going on. But she knew that the Mizukage wouldn't let Shun die. So she just stayed quiet, even when Meiji talked she ended up nodding by accident.

 Shun S. Shimada" From future honored prodigy..." [Ryo:]500 [AC:]0 [Split Num:] Two ♪──♪───Ｏ（≧∇≦）Ｏ────♪──♪ Tris took a glance back at the coast and saw that the fog in that area had gotten thicker and he could barely see his allies. But he didn't let it bother him, so he just turned back to the great beast. Now something else strange had happened, he was hearing a voice in his head! He spun around to see who was speaking to him, but the only thing he could see is the Kraken.
Tris closed his eyes and concentrated on listening to whatever the voice was saying. His mouth spread into a joyous smile as he recognized it as Meiji's voice," Ah~ Hello, Herro! Meiji! It's been awhile, huh? I hope you have gotten along with Shun! He can be a big jerk sometimes but based on his memories, deep down... There is a nicer side to him! But don't worry about him too much!", he tried communicating back mentally and used his working hand to play with a strand of his hair.
" W-what's that? How I'm doing? Well taking the fact that I am standing on an unstable block of ice, having a broken arm, no clay, and that giant octopus in front of me out of consideration... I am doing great!", Tris spoke mentally before he turned his head back to the fog and gave it a peace sign with his working hand. He continued to speak to her mentally," Oh! Can Yuki speak with us too! I wanna hear your voice too! Yuki~! Can you hear me? How were you doing? Hah... You seemed injured... I'm sorry I wasn't able to protect you and Shun... He had disobeyed me again... but I can make it up for him so please forgive me!", Tris mentally said, he disliked breaking promises but keeping one was hard to accomplish because Shun never helps him out with these sorta things... Sometimes he wished that he and Shun would somehow take commands of their own body and not have to share one anymore...

Meiji all but laughed with relief at the sound of Tris's happy greeting. "It has been a while, ne?" she replied as she looked around cautiously. The mist seemed to be fading. Did this mean that whoever cast the jutsu had gone away and gotten what they wanted? "Yes, Shun was pretty interesting...and yes, I'm sure he does." By this time the mist was all but gone and she stood, reaching for a kunai and looking around carefully. To her surprise there seemed to be nothing out of place. Then she listened to Tris's response to her question and couldn't help a tiny chuckle, although she was beginning to grow more than a little worried by Yuki's silence. "I see. That's good...um, are you able to return, or are you preoccupied at the moment? And yes, she can..." Meiji paused and looked around some more, her worry rapidly growing by the second. She couldn't see Yuki anywhere.
"Yuki-san?" Meiji wandered over to the water's edge, still looking around. Then Yuki's response to Tris arrived and she almost fell into the water out of pure shock. Momentarily she wondered if Yuki had been caught in some kind of personality-altering genjutsu or something. But first things first...
"Yuki-san, where are you? Are you alright?" she asked, still looking around almost wildly for any signs of their missing teammate.

[Ryo:]500 [AC:]0 [Split Num:] Two ♪──♪───Ｏ（≧∇≦）Ｏ────♪──♪ Tris saw that the fog had left the area as soon as it arrived, but now something was different... He just couldn't put his finger on what it was, but realized it after Meiji has pointed it out. "What! Yuki! Yuki where are you! Oh god, how could I lose someone as little as you? Wait... It is pretty easy to lose someone your size... Anyways, Yuki!!! Where did you go!?", he yelled out physically. He tossed his head side to side in a panic as he tried to find her, then Yuki had answered Meiji mentally.
Tris carefully placed one foot on the sea water and checked to make sure it would support him. Then he ran straight across to Meiji and said," Did you hear that!? Yuki has been kidnapped and was taken to the Sparring grounds! I know she said she was fine, but why would someone kidnap her and heal her? Something's up and we hafta save her Meiji!", he grabbed Meiji's arm with his working arm and started his way towards the Sparring Grounds.
He realized he had forgotten something and let go of Meiji," Umm... Wait a sec... I have to go pick up some clay at the marketplace first... Meiji, the Sparring place isn't far from here. You have to just continue down this path and you will find yourself there. If you can try to conceal yourself somewhere and wait for me... Don't do anything hasty and while you are there observe the enemy's abilities. Do not tell Yuki of this or she might tell the kidnappers... Anything else?", Tris didn't wait for a reply and he ran down another path that lead to the markets. He just hoped they would be fine by the time he returned...

The sparring fields? Meiji wondered silently, temporarily withdrawing from the mental conversation although she kept her seal activated. Why would someone kidnap her there of all places? Does it have something to do with the Chuunin Exams?
Her thoughts were interrupted by Tris rushing over, completely ignoring the looming Kraken, and grabbing her arm and dragging her in what she assumed was the direction of the Sparring Grounds.
"Oh...uh...right..." Meiji said articulately as she watched Tris rush off. She blinked suddenly and quickly added mentally, "Hey Tris, can you check out...um...on second thought, never mind..." She checked her pockets briefly and made a face, then resumed her walk in the direction of the sparring grounds (or what she assumed was the direction of the sparring grounds given that this was the way Tris had been dragging her).

  The Overlord of the Sea - Kraken - Summoning
The Kraken was just one millisecond from turning the children, and a good chunk of the beach into a nuke zone. The veins red veins that showed in it's large murky yellow eyes showed just how ticked off he was. The beak opened wider as he was going to ensure that these humans remember his name! Remember that his seas where not to be messed with, and his children are not to be harmed. He has left Kirigakure and the Land of Water alone for centuries; even has become something of their natural protector from enemies. Yet now, he awakes to his children's cry of pain from one of their own nin! Someone must pay. With their blood, or, with their lives.
Even Tris's change and act for peace was not enough for the Kraken. All he was seeing, was red. It is hard enough, to stop a pissed off human parent when their child is harmed; imagine, a legendary beast being pissed to the hilt! If it wasn't for the Mizukage's swift moves, the boy would have lost more than just the Chuunin Exams as the Kraken shot his blast. Splitting the seas with it's condensed power and nearly eradicating half the beach and the forest beyond it. When the Kraken missed, the roar that it created would tremble the forest it wrecked and beyond. Only capping it's rage to the voice of Akio; or rather, seeing the Mizukage's robe. The Mizukage he remembered, is long turned into ashes but he never forgets the shinobi that wears those robs are the boss.
"MIZUKAGE?!" The beast roared as his large tentacles coiled into knots to imitate 'fists', as the red-veined eyed beast wafted with want to kill, "DO YOUR CHILDREN KNOW NOTHING? I PROMISED TO OFFER THE SEAS AND MY FISH TO THE LANDS OF WATER WITHOUT INTERFERENCE... SO LONG AS THEY RESPECT ME, AND THOSE THE LIVE THERE! LOOK!" The Kraken bellowed as two 'small' Kraken, being the size of a supply vessel drifted up to the surface. One could say they were a little cute. As they tried to attempt the beam that their father performed and only released a large amount of mist instead; well... mist that made the water sizzle as if a chemical reaction was being made. But one thing if for certain, on the right side of one baby Kraken, and on the left side of the other baby Kraken, there was a prominent black mark or bruise upon their 'little' heads. The Kraken coiled his tentacles caringly around his children, eyes softening to them as they knew not the fury their father was in, as they clinged to his massive tentacles with all of theirs looking up to the Mizukage innocently, before the venting fully grown Kraken looked up to him next, "I want to see them punished! The Ichidaime Mizukage would have never allowed his Genin to break the treaty that has been set forth for years. They have hurt my children and I want blood. If they survive it... Then I guess... I can show them the area to find what they seek. But I will not... retrieve it for them." The beast said and stood it's ground... or rather, position in the water. It's request shouldn't be so vicious. After all, he hasn't harmed Kirigakure since the contract was made; so for him to rise from his home, meant something is horrid has occured.
But things started to make the Kraken rowdy again, and his anger to spike. First was the mist, pushing his children into the depths as his rage began to increase again. What now, decided to interfere with the beast? And seeing the person or rather, the people that were the cause of the attack, made the Kraken screech in anger, "ARE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MIZUKAGE? OR WILL I?"

Yuki came back and heard the Kraken saying something about helping them, but he wanted them to be punished. She limped up to the shore and yelled. "I'll do it, I will take the punishment, it's my fault that Shun was here! I'm willing to take it all!" She called out to the Kraken, and hoped that she was going to survive this. She wanted to the artifact, and knew that she had to do this. But her her voice was going to be gone tomorrow, she hadn't talked and yelled like that in along time.

Akio turned back to look at the two children when the Kraken mentioned them. Only to find out that Shun had actually already left. Akio was absolutely FURIOUS. He had come to clean up the boys mess and he left him to it. This was not good. Shun running away would make any apology he could make on the boys behalf seem half hearted. He mumbled into a small mic for a member of his ANBU to bring Shun to him immediately. Before turning back to the Kraken. Yuki was right, they would be punished. Shun more so. But he would do it himself. At the very least the Mizukage was less likely to kill them then the beast of the sea was. "If blood is what you want then you've already got it. The girl has broken her leg and the boy has broken his arm. I will see to it personally that they are punished when we get back to the village. But I will do that myself. These Genin are my responsibility after all. Give me time to see to their injuries and then I will come back here with them. Hopefully we can come to some sort of arrangement." He watched as the baby Kraken attempted to imitate their father and it made him smile slightly. He then moved in a blur of speed and stepped out of the mirror that was on the beach. Standing next to Yuki.

Yuki looked at Akio, but then back at the Kraken, waiting for his answer. But then she looked at Akio again, something seemed, familiar to her. She blinked and then stood in front of him and stared at him right in the face. She think noticed that he kinda looked like her mom, and her heart seemed to stop, she moved out of his face and back next to him. She held her arm and looked away. Remembering her uncle was named Akio, he must hate her. Everyone thinks that she killed her parents, he must think that too. So she didn't say anything and looked upset.

He was aware of the relation, but he had kept quiet about it for a number of reasons. Being close to a Kage usually meant that you were put in the direct firing line and in danger. And he didn't want that for her. When she stood beside him, he reached out and placed an arm around her. Carefully avoiding any damaged area's so he wouldn't hurt her. He pulled her closer and smiled down at her in a warm and comforting manner. Deciding to drop his "Kage" attitude for a moment. He spoke quietly enough so that only she would hear it. " Don't worry, Yuki. I won't let any harm come to you." He then looked back up to the Kraken to await it's response.

Yuki looked at him as he smiled at her and thought it was kinda weird. She smiled softly at him. Soon she looked away and thought. 'Wow, alot of people want to protect me, that makes 3... Right? I wonder why they are guys and why they want to protect me? Is it because I'm a girl?' She thought and now looked curious and lost in thought.

On the way back Tris quickly got bored and decided to play some games with the silent ANBU. "Soo... Umm... I seen ANBU all over the village and could never tell apart their gender. Is there like a variation between genders, or do you give them a pat pat at their private? I would never want to become an ANBU if that had happened because it would be very awkward doing that and if you...", Tris was silenced by the man and decided that he didn't want to be bothered with questions. They were nearly there but Tris had again gotten distracted," What a dull environment... How about I lighten this up with a bit of music? Ahem... A-A to the N to the Buu Buu! A to the N to the Buu Buu...! About this! I don't wanna...!", he trailed off as they reached their destination.
"Ah- Ha! Yukiiiii~ There you are! What are you doing back here?", he ran to her spot and prepared to jump on her and give her a big hug. At that moment he noticed that something was wrong with her leg and panicked," Oh Yuki-San... That... Was my fault... Wasn't it?", Tris kneeled down and poked her leg with his working hand. Tris's cheerful attitude quickly turned into a more of a resentful one, he pouted childishly as he scratched the back of his head. It hadn't lasted very long and Tris turned back to the two, this time he wore a fake smile to hide his feelings," We better wrap whatever this is up and go help Meiji out! She may be in a bit of trouble soon if we don't hurry. When we are done... Let's stop by that new hospital and heal up and take a break there.", he said without looking at Yuki. Tris realized he was acting a bit out of character and decided to joke with the kage. "Soo... Kage-sama... What are you doing on this beach here all alone with a little girls... Were you perhaps... Trying to play *****!? Eh? Eh?", Tris said as he annoyingly poked the Akio's arms.

Yuki looked at Tris, and clenched her teeth as he poked her leg. "It's not your fault, it's Shun's..." She patted his head with her good arm and smiled softly and then he was talking to Akio, and sighed. "I brought him here to help, if you forgot, there's a big Kraken behind you. Plus he wouldn't do that... He's my uncle." She told him and then flicked his head. "Chill and wait for the Kraken's answer." She heard Meiji and told her. 'We're at the beach... But it would be best if you stayed there for abit.'

The Overlord of the Sea - Kraken - Summoning
The Kraken snarled as the girl answered. Admittedly he was surprised. She'd take punishment? What a brave little human. Maybe just a backlash his tentacle would release some of his rage, yet that too bright hair-styled child was who he really wanted. Oh he wanted squeeze him until his head popped like a cork.
Large eyes returned to the Kage when he spoke, the Kraken admittedly wasn't very happy about the answerl. It sounded almost as if he was protecting them and not in a way that would have them learn their lesson. Those enormous eyes narrowed to Akio as he spoke, "Fine boy. But listen carefully. Should they not be taught a lesson, I will ensure that not one fish will swim in the seas of water. I know how economical you humans are about fish the trade of those noisy ships. If they don't learn, then the entire village will suffer economically." The beast said before submerging it's threatening tentacles underwater. His anger was still high, but a threat on the economy should be something that would rather force his way to be made.
"The thing which you seek lies a few miles north from here. You will find a oddly shaped rock." He knew that it would sound odd, since there are probably many rocks that have breached the surface of the sea so he added, "Do not worry, you'll know it when you see it. From there, you will dive. If you enter deep enough into the water, you will find it."The Kraken looked at the children, not wishing to help them further, but because the girl who was the most feeble of the group, spoke upon being punished first... he wouldn't mind helping a little more. "I would advise finding something that will let you go that deep. I have seen many humans drown before they even reach where it nests. The man who put the item down there long ago, bore a second face. That is all I will give you." With that, the beast would start to dive. Leaving them with only that last word of advice and ultimately, disappeared into the very deep depths of his home once again.

Shun S. Shimada" From future honored prodigy..." [Ryo:]500 [AC:]0 [Split Num:] Two ♪──♪───Ｏ（≧∇≦）Ｏ────♪──♪ Tris turned to the blue seas and listened to what the Kraken had to say. As the beast revealed the locations of the artifact he whipped out a pen and paper, then he listened intently while he scribbled down several notes. As the Kraken decended down into the depths of the ocean, Tris waved silently and gave it a polite smile as in thanks. He carefully read the notes," Hmm... Few miles north... Strange rock... Second Face...", Tris said aloud to everyone. He closed his eyes and tapped the side of his head as he thought about what the clues had meant, although Kraken had said not to worry about the rock they needed to find, Tris wasn't so sure about how they could find this rock. He quickly moved on to the next one and thought that it was very simple... Second face... It obviously meant some sort of mask. Acctually to be more specific, it was the breath mask that was sold at the markets. He had just been there and had saw a few going for 800 ryo.
Tris opened his eyes and checked his money pouch hanging on the side of his belt, he frowned as he saw that he was 300 ryo short. Tris really didn't want to ask for money from the girls and... he really didn't want to spend any money during the Chunin Exams.... But really, after all the hassle they had went through it would be insane not to buy the mask and get the artifact. Now then... Was there anything else missing? Well he had wondered something that had seemed strange. What was the reason of obtaining these artifacts? The Kraken had mentioned that many people have drowned from trying to obtain our artifact... The artifact was so important that many would risk their lives to obtain these things... Now, the people who run the Exams... Why have they allowed, or even encouraged us Genin to retrieve artifacts which have killed many people that were wiser or probably stronger than us... Something is up with these Exams, but the only way to learn is to progress through these exams...
Tris shook his head and sighed, he was thinking too much... But maybe he should discuss these things when they rest... He turned to Yuki and smiled as he spoke mentally back to Meiji," Oh~ Meiji~ Umm... I was sidetracked and was ordered to return to the beach... I'm sorry for making you wait...
