Kou Uraki-shoi Um...okay, I think I get it. Is overspill only for the current patch? Or all the legacies that already exist? And I'm still not sure. If I wanted to suggest the Phantom Stranger and Spectre legacies at some point, how would I go about that? I'm sorry, I'm feeling kind of dumb right now... It's fine, I am here to help. All patches can be applied for. An overspill did just open. The I,Vampire Legacy is no longer with us... So maybe... You could pull Phantom Stranger in to fill that void. But remember how Phantom Stranger works and what he is. If you wanted to do the Spectre, Spectre is not actually "invulnerable". Lots of different heroes have went toe to toe with him. We'll just have to see how it plays out.

So the last question would be where would I apply to add the Stranger? and I know he's "vulnerable" and he can certainly be beaten, I just mean they're hard to kill, so if that's was a problem I could add more ways to kill them. And the Stranger probably wouldn't take an active role in things too often, mostly just showing up to help or betray someone...if he fights it'd probably be a minor scuffle.

And the Stranger probably wouldn't take an active role in things too often, mostly just showing up to help or betray someone...if he fights it'd probably be a minor scuffle. Just put a profile up for your stranger character. It's gunna have to have an awesome bio though. Especially considering that Stranger is Judas.

I'm back with more dumb questions.
If a character is omniscient sans a few rare cases, is it permissible to use some OOC plotting? I don't want to break the meta-playing rule but omniscience sort of is meta-playing.
I would never use OOC knowledge to outplay someone in a fight or dodge an attack that my character shouldn't.
I'll get specific: since I have the Phantom Stranger, he is generally omniscient and so he would show up to a situation pretty much already knowing what's going on, or at least knowing there is already a problem or situation is going to arise. So am I allowed to talk to the other RPer to discuss at least what that "problem" might be before hand?

It's mentioned after "intelligence" and in the powers it's hinted at at the end of "sorcery" however, I recognize how it would be a problem for RP purposes. So I don't want to sound petty (and I mean this in all honestly) but maybe for the sake of the character I should just forfeit him because it wouldn't really feel right to me to use him in a manner inconsistent with the old comics. And I do apologize because that was my mistake.

So, even though I don't see why you're forfeiting him... you can if that's what you want to do. I mean looking at all the source material, I don't really get at what you're saying.

In both circumstances, he is nigh-omniscient (due to his connection with God and the cosmos) but is not omniscient in and of itself. He usually has to encounter a situation or someone to know everything about them/ it. A problem with the stranger is that he is one of the most inconsistently written DC properties. But yeah, if you wonna forfeit and be someone else it is fine.
