 Commander TridentMarine Commander ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trident was glad to be moving on in the discussion, he wanted to move forward. He was still in his combat uniform, he wanted to go home be with his wife and get cleaned up. He missed her dearly, having her at home, gave him something to fight for, something to come back to. It also made him one of the toughest men out there, nothing could keep him from getting back to her. But this needed to get out of the way first.
Trident waited for the discussion to begin, he had already sent in all of his weapons, gear and vehicles that needed to be purchased.

Air Vice Marshal Lightning II
Lightning was relieved as his wingman and his crew has been recognised for their sacrifice in the operation and was worthy, Lightning has been waiting for this since the start of briefing, now that he got what he wants to get, he then gets active once more and make himself involved in the conversation.
He looks around the room, trying to recognise most of the member's faces. The easiest person he could recognise was Staff Sergeant Nora, thanks to that, she reminded him about promotions. He then has his left hand up as in he wants to ask a question like a kid always do in primary school. Lightning then brings up with a question regarding promotion. "Hmm Sir, may I have a minute up the front after paycheck is done? It is regarding a good news about Army."

And when he gets to Heaven,to Saint Peter he will tell... Aingel smiled slightly when he noticed Kage. He was going to have to commend him for his accomplishment of the secondary objective, the destruction of the gunboat. The original paycheck for the mission had merely been 6.5 billion, but the country from which the gunboat was stolen had given the Legion a healthy sum of 500 million for destroying it and preventing a possible international incident. He nodded to the man, reminding himself to mention him when he started with personal commendations. "The client who hired us to complete our objectives payed us generously, to the tune of 6.5 billion USD. In addition, for the destruction of the gunboat, for which you can thank Kage back there, got us an extra 500 million from the Israeli government. That brings our earnings up to.....7 billion. As such, we have distributed the payment as follows: To the Air Force, 3.0326 billion. To the Army, 194.01 million. To the Marines, 172.76 million. To the Navy, 2.4 billion. And finally, to the HQ sector, 270 million. In the event that these payments are insufficient to cover your expenses, there is an extra 930.63 million that is left over. It will be stored in the vault, but I can give out smalls sums of it as needed. No, onto the next topic, personal commendations." He rifled through the papers on the podium again. "Ah, here we go. I'll start. As I mentioned before, Kage Tsu is to be commended for his role in the destruction of the gunboat practically right under the noses of the enemy. As such, he is rewarded an extra three weeks' leave to be used at his discretion, along with a voucher for and all-expenses-paid trip to any location of his choosing for those three weeks." "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."

 Staff Sargent Nora Rosenburg
She always felt a little uncomfortable when people were speaking in another language around her, but this time it was quite a bit to take in. The conversation between Colonel Artyom, General Pryor, and Commander Trident must have been heated because Artyom ended up walking out. This was quite the surprise but Nora simply stayed where she was.
The mood of the room seemed to shift as Commander Aingel mentioned paychecks. The crew was certainly eager to hear about that and she was glad to hear all the commendations. It seems that the mission truly was a success.

 Brigadier General Thomas Pryor
Thomas looked over at Kage, and nodded to him. Thomas also liked the paycheck the Army was getting, he had already sent in his equipment list and it would hopefully be arriving very soon, all of the equipment would pay for itself in no time. He then leaned back in his chair, wondering what the good news that Lightning had mentioned. He also wondered about the question he had for Aingel that he was going to ask him in private, and hopefully he would be able to help Thomas out.

 Colonel Artyom
Artyom had never really left the room but more of found a dark part of the room and sat in it mostly to keep out of sight from the others and as soon as the talk of money was over he got up once more "Yes the money was good but tell me Arch what is the next mission or when is it for a matter of fact" he then said as he looked at Arch walking into the light. Once in light he looked around at the people that were there his mind and his curiosity wanting to know why they all fought hopping that money was not the thing they fought for.

And when he gets to Heaven,to Saint Peter he will tell... Aingel paused a moment, the continued, nodding at Lightning to allow him to the podium after his was done speaking. "Further commendation goes to Commander Trident in his role in covering for our former Marine commander, Altair, who is tragically no longer with us. While his insertion into the battle zone while under cover of stealth was nearly compromised, he took his sudden promotion well, and was able to resume the mission with little trouble. Also worthy of commendation is Colonel Artyom, who continued to fight even after losing men and being wounded himself. As with Kage, you two will be granted leave and an expenses-paid voucher. Have I missed anyone?" "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."

Air Vice Marshal Lightning II
As Aingel finishes speaking, Lightning stands up and walks to the front of the room, on his way walking, he walks up to Brigadier General Thomas Pryor. "General Pryor, may I have you at the front as well?" Lightning then continues walking to the front of the room.
"Sorry for the interruption, this will be short. After the completion of the operation, Private Nora Rosenburg was promoted to Staff Sergeant, and at the recommendation from her branch leader General Pryor, she is officially reclassified as Master Sergeant." Lightning pulls out a pair of camouflage pattern rank slides with a Master Sergeant insignia, he hands it at Pryor. "Here you go, you should hand it out to your branch member. And may I have a round applause from everyone here?" After that Lightning starts clapping as he calls out Nora's name for promotion.

 Staff Sargent Nora Rosenburg
Nora was pleasantly surprised that Colonel Artyom had not actually left the room, even if he had gone off and (what seemed to her) sulked a bit. Of course money would bring everyone around. The Colonel brought up a good point, Nora was certainly already anxious for the next mission.
Though there were more commendations going out and Nora was pleased for them all. Commander Trident, Kage, and even Colonel Artyom were all recognized. She was happy to see so many people had done so well as to deserve being mentioned individually. This recognition made it seem as if the members were each individually important to the DLCC, and were certainly not treated simply as soldiers to be used.
After commendations were done Vice Marshal Lightning took to podium. Attentions were directed towards him now. Hm. Nora thought it was curious how he had called Brigadier General Pryor to the podium as well. She had thought the Army had given all their reports, but what did she know. What came next was more than a surprise. Nora, herself, was being recognized for accomplishing higher rank. Was she blushing? That was a possibility but probably not likely, however she was surprised and grateful for the promotion and the recognition. Was jumping ranks always commended in this manner; she had to wonder. Nora smiled on as people applauded. She wondered if she should applaud as well but realized it might seem self-promoting and decided it was better to play appreciative, if not a little coy.

 Colonel Artyom
Artyom took his old seat back before Lightning took the stage and after he heard what he said he put a hand on her shoulder"Mater Sergeant Nora better get used to calling you that comrade Nora" he said to her as he looked over to her and smiled. After her removed his hand from her shoulder he looked around at the people and started to think "When the hell will this be over Trident owes me some drinks"
