Denied. Too many grammatical errors, contradictory information within the sample (switching between villages, which indicates little effort put forth in the sample), insufficient knowledge section, little use of a sharingan's use shown. It seemed like you focused more on the opponent's eyes that your own. Simply saying "One tomoe, two tomoe, three tomoe" is not a sufficient use of the Dojutsu.

Bloodline or Clan applied for: Trendrill
What you know about the clan/bl: From what've seen, both in the manga and here, it is a "bloodline" that allows the user to use threads contained in the body to attack, detach and even reattach severed body parts. It can also be used to sew back the severed limbs of other people. The user of this bloodline has also shown the possibility of using hearts stolen from other shinobi to obtain their chakra's element. It was shown that the user can have up to five hearts in total, allowing a total of five different chakra elements to be used through this method. Said hearts were also used to attack as separate beings, creatures controlled by the user when fighting, though by doing that each creature could only use the techniques from the heart's element. The existance of these extra hearts also seems to grant the user a kind of immortality. In order to kill the user, the five hearts have to be destroyed. I don't recall if it was mentioned that decaptating or destroying the user's head could work as a method to kill him/her.
Rp Sample:
A short figure could be seen moving quickly through the forest in the Land of Fire. White hair and clothes that stood out even while the forest grew darker as the night approached. She was being followed by hunter shinobi from Kumogakure, who condemned her for murder. Hahaha. You guys never know when to give up, do you?" she said with a voice that was filled with the joy she felt from the thought of killing them one by one as they followed her. Her name was Shiro Hanazawa and she was sentenced to death after being seen stealing the hearts of four shinobi. "Hanazawa! Don't think you will be able to escape after having killed my men!" the man said. He was not the one in charge of the team, but he was the former captain of the shinobi who lost their hearts. "Nobody was forced to do that. They were all happy to give me their hearts, and their lives." she said as her tone seemed to slightly change and become more serious. The team chasing after her had five men, three of them were of jounin rank at least, while the other two were chuunin aspiring to a promotion.
They managed to keep up with Shiro as the girl knew little to nothing about that forest. Meanwhile, the hunters were used to chasing after criminals in that area, that's why they were chosen to that mission. 'They should be able to keep me amused for a while longer...I guess it is time to play for real.' she thought and made a ninety degree turn to her left. Up until then she had not made such a big change in her course, she had been making just slight changes in a pattern, making them used to her pace. With that change the team was caught off guard as they had been chasing after her for a long time already. 'Got you!' she thought and from their sight she disappeared, using one of the most basic jutsu of the earth element, branching it into a more advanced one of course. The girl sunk into the earth while moving between a couple of trees, using them to block the sight of the hunters. As the hunters went on her trajectory, she remained still until the time for one of them to walk right above her arrived and Shiro pulled one of the chuunin into the ground. The only part of his body that was not buried was his head.
With a shout, the chuunin warned his team mates that he was under attack, but by the time they stopped their rush and returned to assist him, there was nothing they could do to save him. The group pulled the chuunin out of the earth, but as they did so, there were black threads piercing through his chest. As the body was pulled upwards, the threads were extended and at one point it retracted, taking the shinobi's heart away. It was taken underground, to the hole from where the chuunin was pulled out from while the hunters were shocked by the scene. At that moment of shock, the ground underneath the shinobi seemed to be liquid at one point as the kunoichi rose while between them. Blood and the black threads covering part of her left arm. She held her hands close as she had prepared hand signs for another jutsu. Shiro thought she would be able to finish it before the men would have a chance to react, but she was reckless. The three jounin were as fast as a shinobi of her rank, or almost as fast as her, and they all attacked her simultaneously. One held his blade and pierced through the girl's chest, stabbing her heart, the other two aimed to cut her legs so she would be unable to move away. The remaining chuunin was caught off guard and did not react along with the jounin.
It all seemed to be going well for the team from Kumo, the girl fell and seemed to be without her legs in case she managed to, somehow, avoid the attack at her heart. Her face during the time she fell was as if she was shocked and indeed had died, but as her back touched the floor, one could see a wicked grin that was followed by a laughter. The girl's legs were reconnected by threads that came out from them, reatatching themselves. Her heart was impossible to heal though. "Hahahahaha. You guys amuse me. Why do you think that piercing through my heart would kill me?" she said and when she said that, four masks came out from her body, remaining by her skin, hiding four more hearts. While that happened, more threads came out from her body, from what seemed to be sewed wounds on her arms, chest, back, and the rest of the body. With those, she pierced through the body of two more shinobi, two of the three jounin who were close to her. "Three birds down, only two still able to fly." she said with a tone that almost sounded like she was singing. Not too long after that, two of the hearts covered by masks completely came out of her body, with more of the black threads forming a body for them. "Good boys, go play!" she said to the beasts formed with the threads. Each with distinct masks and forms, one looking like a creature with four legs and thin wings, while the other seems to be some deformed creature that walks on two legs. The first creature possessed the wind as its element, while the other had lightning.
Without waste of time, the creatures started their assault with simple tackles but the remaining two shinobi jumped backwards to increase the distance and avoid the first attack of the beasts. But luck was not on their side and the beasts started to use better attacks from then on. The deformed bipedal creature, with a mask that resembled a bull, concentrated a large amount of chakra into what seemed to be its left hand. It became visible at the form of ligthining, making chirping sounds like those of countless birds. It was faced against the chuunin, who looked full of confidence even after seeing the lightning in the beast's hand. And such confidence had a reason, the man's natural affinity was the wind element, that reigned over lightning as its weakness. Meanwhile, the other beast also prepared to attack, but the jounin did not wait. He had a guess, if the threads could be used to reattach severed limbs then it could probably reform itself, for that reason the shinobi attacked before the beast could even react. He aimed at the mask, and pierced through it with his sword.
The shinobi's sword pierced through the heart behind the mask, destroying the beast. And that gave the chuunin confidence to win against the beast too. The beast charged at the chuunin, ignoring the fact that the other one was destroyed. The jounin was not like the beast though and did not ignore the beast that was still alive. Both, the chuunin and the jounin had their attention focused on the beast, for them it was the best thing to do, but they were forgetting about the most dangerous enemy, Shiro. While they approached the beast, that stood still to take them head on, Shiro finished the seals for her next attack. From her mouth, a stream of fire came out and took the shape of a dragon that moved forward, towards the enemies and the beast with the lightning heart. She was willing to sacrifice it if needed, and that was what she did. The beast's legs wrapped around the two shinobi as it had no intention of attacking from the beginning, it was used to hinder the movement of the shinobi while the cunning kunoichi prepared to launch her devastating attack. All that was left were the unrecognizable remains of two humans and the beast with the lightning heart. "Oh crap...I put too much into that attack...Well, it is not like there are no replacements for them~" she said at the sight of the fallen enemies and decided that since she was so close to Konoha, she would pay them a visit. She paid no mind to the fire that was spreading, caused by the same technique that killed her opponents.

Kakuzu is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. He is capable of sewing up any injuries that he or others may suffer. However, it appears that this is limited, since he warns Hidan not to move his head too much after he had sewed it back on, saying it might fall off again. He can detach part of his limbs and manipulate them, to the point that he can even send them underground, and then reattach them when he is done with them. Kakuzu uses Water Encampment wall when Shikamaru throws a Exploding badge at him.

Jack was bleeding out. His lanky, pasty body was slumped against the cracked wall of the room he was tasked with defending. He had been fighting. He groaned in pain, his chest heaving with the inhumane effort it took him to circulate air through his body. Fresh cherry blood pooled beneath his limp body. His lips were quickly turning an ashen gray, just like his skin. He was losing far too much blood. The shrouded ninja that had done this to him approached his body, his feet wet by the blood from five feet away. "Did you really think you could oppose me?" He said, a sinister chuckle forced through his mouth, the sickening gravelly tone tainting it. He walked closer, until he was only a foot away. A lone dagger slipped from the shadows, and curved around the shrouded mans throat. Before he had time to even twitch, his throat was opened like a can of tomato sauce. Jack slipped from the shadows just as the ghastly image of his fabricated death disappeared. "Amateurs. Who falls for such a basic genjutsu? He only used a little fuuton on me." He said, as he entered the room. The kage was awaiting him, his hands entwined at the fingers, his eyes boring into the living shadow that was Jack. "So I take it the mission was successful?" He asked, his thick accent painting his words in harsh tones. "Of course, my Liege." Jack replied in his silky smooth voice. He bowed low and lifted himself upright.

What you know about the clan/bl: I know that the bloodline uses paper as weapons. They use chakra to shape paper into different shapes, much like origami, but without using their hands. Also, at stage 2, they are able to strengthen the paper by making it into paper meshay and adding water chakra
Rp Sample:
The sun was barely cresting the sky over the village and a young boy was closing up shop at his family's store. He double checked the locks and was starting to walk home, a pile of blank fliers in his hands. Just then, four dark figures approached him from a nearby a alley. Three of them hung back, trying to look intimidating, while the fourth and largest stood in the front. He smirked and cracked his knuckles. "Hey kid, wanna open those locks and let us see what we can find inside?" The other men snickered and popped their necks, still trying to be threatening. The boy shook his head and continued to stare at the men. His eyes were almost emotionless as he looked at the men blankly. "What's the matter, kid? Don't talk? Well, if you're not going to let us in, we'll just let ourselves in once you're dealt with."
The man reached back, he must have been going for a knife, but the boy would never know for sure. He hadn't given the man time enough to bring whatever he wanted out of his waistband. While the men had been focusing on his face, the boy had been silently channeling his chakra into the pile of papers in his hand. As the lead man had been reaching back, a piece suddenly folded into the shape of a butterfly and shot into the man's neck, puncturing his vein and soaking the paper in blood. The boy quietly a sentence as this whole ordeal went down: "Chou Tokkoutai-Butterfly Kamikaze unit ." The other three men stared stunned at their leader's now lifeless and bleeding body. One finally found his voice and looked at the boy. "What the hell did you just do?! You killed him, you idiot kid!" The boy nodded silently, his eyes still blank and emotionless. His face now had specks of blood on it, but he didn't acknowledge it. The man who had spoken slowly began to walk towards him and pulled out a dagger. "Alright kid, now I'm in charge here. Give me the keys to your shop here." The boy shook his head again.
Then, the boy threw his arms into the air and muttered the same sentence. "Chou Tokkoutai-Butterfly Kamikaze unit." The fliers folded themselves into small butterflies and shot at the other two thugs. It shredded them like razors, cutting them to pieces. The last living man looked back slowly at the bloody lumps that used to be his friends. "What the hell...." He turned back to the boy, a look of pure terror on his face. "You're a monster! You're not human!" The boy's face broke into a small smile as he walked slowly backward towards a wooden board laying on the ground. He crouched and touched it behind his back. He once again muttered words under his breath: "Art of Pressing Pulp." The board began to warp and change form. Soon, there was nothing more than a pile of wood pulp on the ground. The boy put a little more chakra into it and the pulp formed into pieces of paper. The boy hummed a little tune as he forced chakra into the paper and folded it into a small dog, the size of a dachshund. The thug turned back to him and blinked. He was taken back by the fact that a kid covered in blood could make origami animals. "This can't be real!" The man turned and started to run. The boy's emotionless eyes snapped to him and narrowed. "Go." The small paper dog took off running after the last thug. The boy stood up straight and looked at the man and the dog running down the alley. Just as the dog neared the man, the boy formed a single hand-seal and said, "Art of Cutting Blast." The dog jumped like it was going to bite the man, but instead it exploded into a hail of paper shuriken. All the paper shuriken embedded themselves into the man's back, cutting like steel into his body. The man fell, lifeless, onto the cold pavement. The boy, however, looked at his family's shop one last time and then walked away. It was late and he needed to get home.

It can also be left behind as a trap but this use requires a larger amount of chakra if you wish it to be an effective means of hindering an opponent long enough for you to gain more ground in fleeing.

If you can't figure out why, I don't expect you to be able to fix it. If you can't think of anything though, I'll continue. You displayed zero use of the bloodline in your sample. You supposedly used one genjutsu, but didn't even mention what that jutsu was. This bloodline has a pile of benefits, not just the X-Ray vision and enhanced genjutsu as you are implying, all of which could be used for a much better sample. If all you're after is the genjutsu enhancement, I'd recommend just going genjutsu spec and possibly making a good talent. If you just want the X-Ray, well, that's a bit sad. Especially considering you didn't mention it in the sample. All in all, a sample written in five minutes, unless you are a tremendously skilled speed writer, is not going to pass. Please redo this application entirely AFTER doing some more research on the bloodline.

You supposedly used one genjutsu, but didn't even mention what that jutsu was. This bloodline has a pile of benefits, not just the X-Ray vision and enhanced genjutsu as you are implying, all of which could be used for a much better sample. If all you're after is the genjutsu enhancement, I'd recommend just going genjutsu spec and possibly making a good talent. If you just want the X-Ray, well, that's a bit sad. Especially considering you didn't mention it in the sample. All in all, a sample written in five minutes, unless you are a tremendously skilled speed writer, is not going to pass. Please redo this application entirely AFTER doing some more research on the bloodline. I know, I know. >> I just really didn't want to write a real sample. Fine, I'll redo it.

What you know about the clan/bl: It is a clan based on Genjutsu. It has no skills in it's first stage and it usually produces stronger Genjutsu than if one didn't have this bloodline. It's genjutsus cannot be kaied. It can reduce or eliminate the hand signs needed for genjutsu, and the eyes you receive allow you to see through walls and the like. The owner of this bloodline can sense others life force and changes of said life force over long distances. It also gives the user increased perception and analytical abilities.

Holland skipped from tree to tree, launching himself from one to the other faster than most people could run. His eyes glowed blood red as he searched the forest for any potential problems like foreign shinobi, or traps. His eyes flickered back and forth as he scanned the area, picking up every small branch and possible hidden trap. He was on a mission. Find and eliminate Sari Obbha. Knowing she was in water country helped his search immensely. As soon as he entered the country his eyes flared to an intense cherry red. His eyes opened wide and he no longer saw what was in front of him. He saw miles away to a single red pint. He found his target and she was healthy. "Oh bother. It's always a good job when I find them half dead." He muttered to himself as his eyes went dull once more and he returned to leaping from branch to branch like a squirrel. After an excruciatingly long time he made it to his destination. A small home on a lake. Seclusion always made his job easier. He sat down next to the water, a minute or so away from the house. He layer back and took a moment to collect his breath and his composure. He stood up, the look of relaxation gone from his face. He strode towards the small shack like house, silently casting two simple jutsus that would hide his scent and quiet his movements. He slipped around the house, searching for all of the exits, making back-up plans in case his failed. He effortlessly slipped in through a half opened window. He melted into the shadows like a snake into a bush. Holland made his way through the small home until he reached the only door, obviously leading to Sari's bedroom. He opened the door extremely slowly until he could see through it with a single eye. The room was unlit, and seemed to be empty of anything but a bed and a dresser. He grinned silently and opened the door a little faster until he could slip through. Not a single sound could be heard above the muffled breathing of Sari Obbha. Holland, invisible in the darkness, made his way to her bed, his black cloak covering him like a shroud of darkness. His eyes flared and he saw that that was not Sari. He was under a genjutsu. "Kai." He whispered under his breath and the image and sound disappeared. He sidestepped as three kunai went whizzing by. He could see Sari clearly as a red outline, thanks to his Kekkai Genkai. She moved around the room, crouched down, trying to locate Holland once more. She hid well, but no one hid as well as Holland. He moved towards his target slowly, making sure he was always out of sight. He sprinted behind her once he got within a few feet of her. A wickedly curved blade appeared from his sleeve and almost instantly entered Sari's skull at an entry point known as the temple. She slumped to the floor, her body limp and heavy. Hollands eyes flashed again, making sure that she was dead. Her outline disappeared along with her life force. "Another Job well done." He said to himself as he stood up straight and walked through the door. He threaded his hand through his slick hair as he stifled a yawn. "Hm.... I suppose I might as well take a nap before I head home." He mumbled to himself. He walked back into the room and layer down on the small one person bed. He thought of death and darkness as his eyes fluttered shut and he drifted off into a dreamless sleep.
Jutsu used:
Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) are magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make.
Nioi Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Smell Covering Technique)
Description: This jutsu basically creates a layer of chakra that seals in scents. The user coats himself in a thin layer of chakra, creating an air tight seal that doesn’t allow any scents to escape. If they touch anything a scent is not left behind. (As if they are wearing chakra gloves.) This starts to take up a lot of chakra if used for long periods since a new coating must be applied every 5 posts. The user cannot use this jutsu on other people.
Genjutsu Kai (Release)
Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user once it is recognized as an illusion. With very powerful shinobi, Kai may be performed without handseals. Can only dispel genjutsu up to your rank, higher genjutsu are merely weakened. Must be able to determine what illusion you are breaking, even if you cannot tell what specific jutsu was used.

Bloodline or Clan applied for: Ushio
What you know about the clan/bl: Well, the Ushio clan is a clan with very few males, and have four families in Kirigakure, Amegakure, Waterfall and Crescent Moon Island. The children that grow up to become ninja eventually fight one another to be trained under the clan head, since the Clan Head can only teach one student. The Clan Head also bears a symbol, showing proof he is the Clan Head, near his vocal cords on the back of his neck. The symbol can also be transfered by the current bearer of the symbol (Clan Head) to the next worthy Clan Head. Aside from their history, the Ushio also an ability that allows them to use jutsu with no hand signs, at double the chakra cost for some and at certain stages. This ability is a kekkei genkai called,"Ina Hassei Ryouken no-jutsu." This kekkei genkai allows control of the users inner chakra flow to their brain, and vocal cords, which enables the user without saying the name of the jutsu.
The bloodline, because of its specialty in Chakra Control, is said to have a little excess chakra, which the clan has learned to hide over generations, mask their real chakra levels.
The Ushio clan is a highly powerful clan which is even capable of stopping Sharingan users in their tracks. It was even said that the Ushio clan was comprised of four clans of water to protect secret jutsu of their land from the copy cat eyes of the Uchiha.
With all those bonuses, the Ushio do have weakness', too. The Ushio clan's jutsu are mainly water based. Meaning, their jutsu are weak to lightning jutsu of equal or lesser in rank.
Rp Sample:
A cold white mist emitted from Sora's hand as it was placed on the rouge ninja's head. The rouge's body began to freeze quickly from the effects of the Ushio's clans Frozen Touch jutsu. "So who's next?" whispered Sora in a clearly hostile manner. Around this brown headed haired boy were four other rouge ninja, waiting to take him on... but they reconsidered now. They had no idea who this boy was. His stature was small and he was, clearly, a young boy walking in the direction of Konohagakure.
Their attention was brought back to the Sora's gloved hands, now moving from the frozen to death rouge, to now pointing at the rouge in the middle of the remaining three. "God, you're wasting my time.. Move!" Water began pouring out of the Sora's glove and formed itself into a snake, then into two large hands made of water (Water Snake Fist Jutsu). These hands grabbed the middle rouge and pulled him quickly towards the young Ushio future clan head. Then the water instantly dispersed and Sora made his attack quick and painful. The rouge man pulled a sword and swung it. It wasn't much, and Sora rapidly jabbed the man's arm he weld the sword, causing it to go instantly limp. 'He doesn't have it either..' Sora thought, attacking once more with five fatal movements learned from the Ushio Clan's Ushio Style:Oshi-Ten Dageki Taijutsu. The rouge man collapsed and began squirming in pain, speechless, even unable to breathe. Sora will never tell Luo-sama how or what he's done, or about to do, to this group of rouges.
The rouge finally stopped moving around... for good. Luo-sama would know what this technique is, and he probably wouldn't be happy that Sora's using it on Rouge's about... Chuunin level.
"I'm gonna cut to the chase.. Do any of you have the Sharingan?" Sora asked rather impatiently. The remaining two looked at each other, and one suddenly rushed forward and threw a Demon Windmill Shuriken. Finally! Sora thought as he got in position, ready to fight this guy head on, knowing that this would be a good fight. Or, at least hoping. Immediately a wall of water appeared in front of Sora and the Demon Windmill Shuriken went right into it, but not coming out the other side, Sora's side (Water mirror replacement jutsu). Instead, the Demon Windmill came flying back out the same side at equal speed. The rouge ninja, still charging for Sora, jumped over the windmill, grabbed the center of it, and landed back on his feet. He would have received a '10', but he only received the next jutsu Sora had in his arsenal -- Tsunami Sphere Jutsu. Sora was a Jounin, and after training this jutsu, he finally got it to be strong enough. The jutsu was a compressed orb of water which cascaded like a stormy sea. It even had the power to cut through steel at this level, and it took this guy head on... Enough said.
By the time that had happened, the last rouge was gone. 'Pfft. I used Ina Hassei Ryouken no-jutsu a lot in this battle... I shouldn't have. It was a waste effort... Bah. And that one guy didn't even have Sharingan! Maybe he allowed that other guy to escape because he had the Sharingan.. Whatever. I need to fill my thirst for killing. And the only people on this planet to do that are the Uchiha...'
Sora continued on to Konohagakure, leaving a messy scene behind. A guy frozen to death by the Ushio clan's Frozen Touch Jutsu, a guy, who's heart exploded from the inside from Ushio Style:Oshi-Ten Dageki's Five Point Impact, and a guy who was reduced to nearly nothingness from Tsunami Sphere Jutsu. 'Then, maybe, I can face someone who actually forces me to use Takai Chikaku..'
