Jordan stared at Leon. Then he raised one eyebrow and grinned evilly. "Looks like you might've grabbed the wrong size, man. It happens. You were rushed."
"Yeah, let's just get it over with," he agreed. "Totally good with never speaking of this again."

And that was exactly how the Hunter still on sentry duty encountered the trainees on the way back - Marcus bursting in first, literally, with all the contents of his efforts spilling everywhere on the lighthouse sands, Jordan a few seconds after him, and then finally, while the sentry duty Hunter was still trying to recover from dying with fits of laughter, a belated but fortunately not too late Leon.
There was no use getting help from that Hunter at that point: he was rolling on the ground laughing so hard, it seemed he was going to pass out - or explode, maybe he would just explode.
But it didn't matter. They had made it. They had all ******** made it, and had completed the mission successfully.
Well that is, until Marcus received that text. It was too bad that he was too busy reading the text to notice the sentry Hunter texting away themselves on their own cell phone, most likely with something like "Hey guys, you'll never guess what happened to these three trainees today..."

Leon didn't even bat an eye at the jib that Jordan was giving him and tucked his prize away in the vest. "Oh that darn timer, if only i had a second to think." he muttered sarcastically to Jordan before putting him in a headlock. and roughing up the guy's hair. "No complaint from me, lets give her the stuff and never talk about the experience."
and then he had to pause in step as they began to walk.
"We still have to fill out our mission paperwork." And then staring at the text just made things worse. "We still have to give these to Julie.... and she might be PMSing given the emergency maxi pad run."
it was only getting worse and worse.

Yes, laugh it up dude. One day- One day- Forget it. "It's hopeless to say that we can hide this I guess." That was true, they still had a mission report didn't they? Picking up the 'goods' Marcus let out a heavy sigh. "East Wing room, 301. Let's go. Faster we drop it off, the faster we can get to bed and forget this ever happened."
Another glance at Leon. "...Seriously. Do you actually plan on getting laid?" He didn't take Leon for that kind of guy but..hey, everybody had their way of dealing with it. If it was with his d**k....uh... yeah he wasn't going there.

And Leon deadpanned at Marcus. "No i was going to turn them into balloon animals. Of course I plan on it!" He could understand his own stupidty, it came with the years of punches to the skull, but Marcus, REALLY MARCUS?
"Come on, the faster we can get this done, the earlier Marcus here can treat the two of us to a hearty breakfast from the cafe Jordan." He stated as a fact as he pushed Marc's shoulders to move faster.

"Augh!" Jordan flailed and laughed as his hair was suddenly assaulted. Fair enough, he'd deserved that one. Once he got out of Leon's grasp, he helped Marcus pick up the contents of the box, stuffing them haphazardly back into the container. "Small island," he said, and shrugged philosophically. "If anyone laughs about it, we can tell 'em that it was an important courtesy to the ladies who live here. I mean, someone had to do it."
"Why not?" he asked in response to Marcus's question as they walked. "Not really planning on spending the rest of my life celibate, personally."

East Wing 301, logically, was on floor 3 of the Hunter dorms on the more eastern section. Of course at five-twenty in the morning, the hallways were abandoned mostly because everyone was asleep.
When they arrived, the door was already half-open, thankfully.

The door was open. Thank god. A sigh of relief as Marcus saw it. He was ready for this to be over. Hoping he wouldn't wake anyone up he gave a light knock on the door. "Julie? We uh got..the stuff. I think."

"This had better be Julie's room," Jordan muttered darkly. If it wasn't, they were probably going to have to exercise their sprinting skills again.

It was a stroke of luck that the door was open, it beat having to leave the box outside for all to see. And having to wake the possibly sleeping, bleeding and hormonal hunter up. Again he was glad that Marcus managed to step up and handle his own mission.
Leon on the other hand was calculating the best route that was both quick and stealthy enough back to his own quarters.
The one good thing about running around everywhere, excellent knowledge of the layout of the compound. "Dude just.... poke your head in and see if she's there Marcus."

"This is unfortunately not Julie's ******** room." Informed a very informative and rather familiar voice from behind them. What Caelius was even doing up at five-thirty in the morning was another story: maybe the man just never slept.
As the three of them froze on the spot, the Death Hunter's gaze went from their faces to the remains of whatever they might have been carrying. "When you three have finished notifying me about bleeding from your vaginas, I recommend you invest in some sleep." And that was that as he slammed the door closed to his room.
Thankfully, as the trainees stared in silence at what just happened, another text came from Julie:
A day later, after word of the trio's heroic tale, especially the bravery of one Marcus Hasan had spread all through Deus Ex Island and possibly beyond (see: The Super Mart maxi pad crime scandal), the trainee would find in his room a brand new set of Hunter coats. On the top of the coat was a single stick-it pinned with a paper clip that read the words in a very messy print: "Congratulations John Windwalker, you are now a true hero in the eyes of many. May your noble day be blessed with-"
- Unfortunately the rest was cut out with ink a giant blotch of black ink from where they had tried to make a thumbnail print smiley face. OOC - Congratulations Marcus, you are now an intermediate trainee. Don't forget to post in the growth slots thread with your growth request. - In addition, everyone in this RP is given +2 bonus rp points (except for Marcus since this is his growth promotion RP). If they fill out a mission report form here they will also get the +3 rp points from it for following up on a private mission
