Description:
For guild clarification and overall balance, the techniques used by Suigetsu and Nagare have been combined into a single bloodline for guild usage.
• Bloodlines:
___○ [ Douka ] has been added to the canon bloodline list.
___○ To clarify, this means Shinranbanshou Douka no Jutsu and Suika no Jutsu can no longer be learned.

Douka has received a few alterations to help balance it out.
• Bloodlines:

_-_-_○ Solid to liquid assimilation cool down reduced to four posts. ( Previously six. )
_-_-_○ Universal two post cool down added.
_-_-_○ Manipulations that need chakra, now require that much plus 10.
_-_-_○ Density manipulation no longer requires chakra to perform.
_-_-_○ Size manipulation now requires chakra.

Description:
The performer class has been played around with. The area of effect attribute has been replaced with one that allows you to perform nin and genjutsu through your instrument. As thus, the additional 2 posts to learn ninjutsu and genjutsu requirement has been removed. Additionally, there was a slight error in the math for genjutsu limits- this has been corrected.

The First Round of the Chuunin Exams will end on Saturday, February 5th. If you have not already completed the first round, please do so before heading on to the second round. The second round will end next Wednesday, and the last round of fights will start after that.

For monetary balancing, the custom Jinton bloodline Shounin no Gouzoku has received a small reduction in mission bonuses. Also to reiterate the recent Guild Announcement, we have initiated a Bloodline Check that ends this very Friday, opened up a new shopping center within Suna, & the Custom Puppet approval area is up and ready for use.
