GET ON MSN!!!!! biggrin

I'm not a fan of giving spoilers, buuuuuuuut....

SPOILERS FOR FALLING IN TIME:

[From what I've had planned out in my head, Warlock is actually a semi-sentient machine. The reason it is glitching is because Professor Hall from the intro actually came very close to finding out how Warlock worked, which is uber-classified information. So, the glitches are actually a manifestation of Warlock's paranoia, which is inherited from Caziel Klox - yeah. It's entirely possible the guy actually dumped part of his brain into Warlock. Oh, it gets better. There are two theories I want to play with: one is that Caziel was a timetraveler, and the reason Warlock is so advanced is because Caziel was using knowledge from eons in the future, maybe even from another world entirely. The other (more plausible) is that Warlock is actually a war machine, and if you set off the right sequence, the b*****d will turn all of the city into a fully-functioning flying warship/city thing.]

And that is my brain on no sleep.

Talon StarDrifter
*ninjas into the thread*

Hmm, a nickname for robot Elliot would be best for real Elliot's nerves... Not that Armand has any care for those. rolleyes
Talon! Obviously, the answer is to beat Armand up! I give you permission too because I can!

So much posting in this threadO_o;

All this talk of moving cities and water made me think of this old looking movie I saw on TV randomly one day. Everything was on water, and I think there was this old actor named Kevin Costner? Or was it Costco? Wait, that doesn't make sense. They sell food and stuff. I suck at people names. sweatdrop

Hurray! I haz the permission to beat Armand up! xD

Eylios, wow. Those theories you got look exciting. *w*

This actually reminds me of Pendragon and The Lost City of Faar. Great series, you all should read it.

I think I know what you're talking about Lise. I'm pretty sure that's Waterworld you're thinking about, or something.

Kevin Costner. The movie was Waterworld or something like that. I never saw that movie, but I did see two other movies he was in. The Untouchables and Dances with Wolves. The Untouchables is about their fight against Al Capone's Chicago gang. Dances with Wolves is about him living with a relocated Native American tribe during the time when tribes were being relocated, and he adopts their ways.

lol @ Dances with Wolves. I saw that when I was in seventh grade. It took up all class for... like... two weeks or something absurd. and I had a double-blocked class. (But we would pause occasionally to talk about it, sadly.) For those two weeks alone I love the movie.

I really liked that movie. :3 Especially the end, when Wind in His Hair is all like, "I am Wind in His Hair. Do you see that you are my friend?" and stuff. It was great.
PostPosted: Tue Aug 10, 2010 8:22 pm

I don't think I've seen any of those movies... hah.

Talon, if you want, you can post a response to Eylios's post first. Whatever any of you decide, I'm warning you that assigning Armand to PR could be either really bad or really good.

I am envisioning a point where pipe/wire tentacles burst out of walls and start taking people hostage.

Because that would be hot.

Lol, water woeld was weird. Keven Costner was a fish man for gods sake XD

Hmm, just a thought but this planet can totally sustain life, and its all water... so what's to stop their being like full underwater cities willed with fish people things ninja
Oh theres so many things can be done with this setting! I love it XDDD

I feel somehow that Aubia is a much meaner woman than I intended her to be. I can envision her saying these lines quite easily.

"I don't like you."

"Well, there goes your holiday bonus!"

"You are a waste of air and carbon."

"I'm leading, so either follow or get out of my way."

"What were your parents thinking that night?"

Wow. She sounds like a nasty librarian. Ha! Oh man. This team is totally gonna kill each other...

Hopefully not. I wouldn't want the city blowing up by page 7.

Nasty librarian, perhaps. It's possible she's tsundere, but I'm not sure. I think it's more likely, at this point, she's simply a control freak, a Type A sort of gal.

We shall see over time.

I think you've started a trend! I can picture Maxwell saying some of these...

"There is no such thing as the mob. Get off those cheap quality Black sector drugs."

"In the underworld, everyone can hear you scream, but they're paid to be deaf."

"You'll be living under this building... literally and permanently."

"Mobsters and gangsters? Is that what they call weapon carrying business men and women now a days?"

"I'm innocent. Some of these banks, corporations, and public figures are the REAL criminals."

((Accidentally edited my other post instead of posting a new one, so sorry to anyone that got confused.))

I'm tempted to write Armand responses to your quotes.
