Omega weapon from Final Fantasy VIII will shortly take that award. Right now thought it's gotta be Doom Dragon from Golden Sun the Lost Age.

Recently, the hardest boss I've faced is Ashnard from Fire Emblem: Path of Radience (the gamecube one).
Only one of your people can actually hit him, and he kills all your other party memebers in one hit.

The hardest boss I've seen is Meta Ridley from Metroid Prime. It took my bro like 10 tries before he beat him. Its said that he was one of the hardest bosses known for that year. domokun

hardest boss eh? .... here's the hardest boss for the carcrage systems, the origonal sonic game, the final boss is a death trap if you don't know what to hit xd

i think the hardest boss i've ever faced would have to be is the three alchemy brothers from the first fullmetal alchemist game.
i had my friend beet them for me.

The hardest boss I've faced was Seymour from Final Fantasy X, I almost threw the controller at the TV because of that boss.

Probably Soma in Castlevania:Aria/Dawn of Sorrow games. Mainly cause, playing as Julius sucks.

the hardest boss i have facen is Riku from Kingdom Hearts. and yes, the amount of times i had to go through the same long cutscene was stuttering.

Curenty, the CAve of Wonders form KH, I just can't pass it. crying It's not that I don't know how, but I always die. I guess I have to level up some more first. (Before the actually hard bosses) I'll have to borrow the game again to do so.

i caught hell in FFX when I had to foght Lady Yunalesca(sp?) -_- She pwned me like 7 times before I finally beat her! scream
