(His mother was goddess of tornadoes in SOA if that inspires you with his hair movement somehow xD) Exact style is up to the colorist, but I do want it to be an edited, "unique" mane in that it's not predrawn. I'd like a cold, maybe slightly amused expression. Also, I'd want the leg down option and the eagle wings. If there is any way he could also be given the warhorse body that'd be great, but I don't mind if he can't have it.
